Own a 2012 Fusion and was on the verge of selling and buying something other than Ford due to fact of receiving less than satisfactory service from two other car dealerships. My son owns an F150 and with him working long hours and myself being retired, i took in his F150 for the maintenance schedule at Bob Allen (3rd dealership a charm?). I was totally taken off-guard by the exceptional customer service (character, personality and concern) of both the service advisor (Josh) and the Service Manager (J.P.) Without going into specifics, they exceeded mine and my son's expectations of how a company should treat their customers. I am keeping my Fusion, bringing it here for my 90,000 maintenance and will remain a Ford customer as long as the customer service retains it's current scale. Another kudo goes out to Larry, the shuttle driver. Again, a great guy with the right personality for the job.
