Edit: Upped the rating to 4 stars (from 3). They contacted my dad and tried to make it right.
My dad just bought a truck from Rob Sight, and his experience was pretty good, except for one small-ish detail that left a bad taste in my mouth. A few days after he bought it, I noticed corrosion on the battery. No big deal, happens all the time. I told him to bring it up when he went back to take care of some small details, get a latch fixed, and finalize paperwork.
After getting home from that visit, I asked him if they took care of the corrosion. He looks at the inspection checklist they completed that day, which lists inspected battery terminals, but the corrosion was still there. They also mentioned they topped off his wiper fluid, and that was still half full.
So the service department lied on the form, and didn't do two of the easiest jobs on the checklist. It really makes me question the quality of their inspections, or if they even did complete any inspection at all. The truck seems to be in good shape with no problems, but a dealership service department should be able to inspect a battery terminal.
