Had a great experience here couple weeks ago. My wife was buying her first BMW and Randy was very patient, honest, and knows BMW inside out. We test drove a 3 series, ended up putting a deposit and came back next week to get the car. He offered detailed explaination of functionality of the car and was very thorough. Will recommend to others looking for a BMW. My wife loves her car.

Thank heaven for the crew down there! They are so determined to help everyone live their dream of owning such an amazing car. Randy was the sales man who helped my wife and I decide which bmw would best suit our family. Let me tell you that man right there is reason enough to go down and see how they operate. Doug in the finance department got us the best possible deal that I could've ever ask for better than what my own bank was asking! I highly recommend everyone that is interested in buying a vehicle do business with this store it seriously was such an amazing experience and now they have customers for life you guys rock!!!!!

Aside from the lady at front desk and the greeting people at service everybody else is pretty average notice their service is very judgmental they treat you just the way you are dressed and look. I witness a couple things while I was there were the some People were not dressed up and they were very rude to them... sad

With a name that is known for luxury, the customer service can't be seen as anything less than top notch. My beautiful vehicle is being serviced by BMW of Murray and I have to say that I am delighted by Jeris Oberle for the patience, integrity and open communication I am receiving during this experience. This has been a very welcomed relief especially in these unusual times. Thank you BMW of Murray and especially Jeris for inspiring the desire to write a review for others to see what great customer service this high end automotive company emoploys!

We just bought our second BMW in 2 1/2 years from BMW of Murray. The reason we bought the second one had everything to do with the car, of course, but also with the service we received on the first one. Ours sales person on both cars, Steve Hampshire, was exemplary, very low-key, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and great on follow-up. Service on the 2013 X3 has been terrific; service staff has always been knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. The new car, a 228i, has not yet had servicing. We love both of them; they are responsive, fun to drive, well-designed, and absolutely the Ultimate Driving Machine. As former owners of Audi and Mercedes vehicles, these are our favorites. And BMW of Murray is the best dealer (and service!) we have ever worked with.

I wish I could post no, BROADCAST how thoroughly happy I am with my decision to reach out to BMW of Murray. Several people referred me to Robert Clark and from the very first phone call, I was CERTAIN I was in contact with a man of the highest integrity and product knowledge. There was absolutely ZERO games only a smooth and completely transparent experience right out of the gate. Robert s approach is exceedingly patient and pressure-less but also comes with his graceful PURE passion for the vehicles, dealership, and brand as a whole. I sincerely test drive, signed and finished the entire deal on my BMW 330XI in less than an hour with only a 5 minute call preceding my appointment. I cut to the chase, and Robert responded in kind and even BETTER than I hoped for. And the best part of all, is this REAL Red Carpet customer service only BEGAN on the day I secured my car...Robert s follow up and follow through AFTER the sale has blown my mind. My choice to buy this incredible car has truly been a FIRST CLASS FLIGHT; I will ALWAYS look for Robert Clark and stay loyal to the BMW of Murray family. My first experience with Jeris Oberle was incredible!!! I couldn't be any happier. He was very polite and listened to me! He took time to explain to me everything that my car needed and what items could wait. He kept me well informed and even got me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. I have always loved BMW and now I love BMW of Murray service dept. because of Jeris and his way he took care of me. I decided to do the performance center delivery in South Carolina since I live in Louisiana and Robert suggested this as an alternative to shipping the car. I bought a car at BMW of Murray. Tony S. Made my car buying experience a breeze. I was out of there with my new car within 2 hours. My car is great quality and the deal shop had all the luxury included. Tony had exactly what I was looking for! He was no pressure, no nonsense which you don t always get when buying a car! He knew everything about each model and during my test drive walked me through the workings and answered all my questions and then some! Such a transparent transaction. I will come here again and again! Thank you so much Tony and BMW of Murray!!! You guys rock!!

A terrible mistake to go there! Do not even think about getting any service done here. Alisa, the support advisor does not know what she says and Daniel, the foreman twisted his commitment and ripped me good. what a perfect teamwork! All kinds of lies and false information. One example, Alisa told me that the button for assisting downhill only works if the car goes under 5 to 8 mph. I don't know how legit it is and if it is true, BMW wasted time inventing something useless! I went there for several issues; cup holder that has been a glitch of a masterpiece, and rear sun shade that went up and never came down, and the headlight for the passenger side. there was airbag and seatbelt sign issue and I knew that there was a recall for them and they would be covered by the 10 year warranty with no charge. I already told them about that in my first visit but Alisa denied it and said there has been no recall about that. Obviously this proved that she is not qualified to be a service advisor giving customers all false information. Anyway, I wasted almost two hours achieving nothing at all. Daniel said sorry and committed that they would not charge me for any labor but the cost of the material when I would come again next day. So I trusted him and that was even a worse mistake. They couldn't figure out all these in my second visit so they gave me a loaner car for the time being and that was one nice thing that they did. To make a long story short, at the end, they asked me to pay for all the diagnosis for sun shade, downhill assistance button, and headlight that were not even fixed at all. Daniel committed that he would compensate me for not charging for any labour.... but asked me for all the diagnosis that they did not even fix them at all? I don't know how they think that diagnosis is one thing and labor is another. Anyhow, I gave up arguing with two of them and paid what they wanted me to pay.
Please do not waste your precious time! They do not value them.

The people who work here are nice but the service is horrible. I didn't want to write a review because they are so nice but truly they need to work on their service.

I received an email that my car had a recall. I called to schedule. I was told that it was a quick software update. I took my car in at my appointment time and they could not find me in the system. I showed them my email and they had no idea where the email came from, who I talked to or who scheduled me. They reluctantly took my car and told me it would be 3-4 hours. I asked for a loaner car because I live 30 minutes away and that is outside the range of their Uber service. There are no loaner cars and I'm told that I had to arrange that earlier. I said then I need to reschedule. The woman argues with me asking why while the service guy is happy and gives me my keys back. After some back and forth, I reschedule on a day with a loaner car. That was about an hour.

I return another day to drop off my car for the recall. At about 4.5 hours I am asked if they can keep the car overnight with no estimate of when the car will be ready. I agree because what choice do I have. I receive a text the next day around 1130am that the car will be ready in an hour. I give it extra time and arrive at 130pm. My car is not ready. I wait 50 minutes.

Checking out, I'm informed that there are no charges since it was a recall and the charging tray is under warranty but I will have to return in about a week when the parts for the charging tray arrive.

A few days later, I notice a $53 charge on my credit card from BMW of Murray. I call and was told it was for gas for the loaner car. I've never been charged for gas by a dealership or anywhere I've received a loaner car. I would have never thought BMW would. Also because they never informed me that I would be charged, they just did it.

They were nice but they kept making mistakes and acting as if it was suppose to be that way. I have to go back to this dealership for all my prepaid services. Ugh. I will never buy/lease another car from this dealership.

Tip: I've read on the DealerRater that people go to Henderson to buy to avoid the tactics at this dealership.

I've bought seven cars from BMW of Murray because unlike many other dealerships with which I have dealt, the sales manager Scott Simpson has always been very fair, open and helpful during the purchase process with an eye on developing a good long-term customer relationship versus a one-and-done deal. Not only that, but if I ever need assistance with a car even years later, he's my first call and a great advocate with any service or parts concerns at the dealership.

In my mind, nothing makes buying a car easier than knowing that my trade will always be well appraised (Scott doesn't just take a sole bid from his used car manager, but shops it around for maximum value) and the purchase price will be reasonable. It's great to basically just say to a sales manager, "Here's what I've got, here's what I want" and know that when one sits down to sign the paperwork the numbers are going to be as good as they can be.

Kudos, Mr Simpson.

I am highly disappointed with their service. I had an issue with my car shocks - there was an unwanted sound coming under/near the shocks so I went over to get it fixed. I'd scheduled an appointment to drop off my car and had explained the issue in detail to one of the representatives but when I reached I was asked to wait and explain my issue ALL OVER AGAIN. They decided to keep my car for a day WITHOUT providing me with a rental. Highly inconvenient! Once I left the facility, they called me again to ask about the issue. I fail to understand the communication chain within the facility. How many times is a customer suppose to explain the issue?!? I was patient through out this process but I gave up when they returned the car without fixing the issue that was explained to them at least TEN TIMES. I do not know what they did to the shocks, it's actually sounding worse than it used to.

I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Please look for something better and share it with me as well so I can get my shocks fixed.

I am on my 3rd BMW from BMW of Murray. The first one I bought because I wanted a BMW. All the rest were purchased because of the service dept. Ian my service advisor is the absoulute best at what he does. He makes always goes out of his way to make sure everything is the way it should be if it was his car. Ryan in sales is always willing to stop by the house for additional training on the vehicles. All the way along the line, cars to drive while mine is in the shop, clean car to pick up, or a quick drop off at Starbucks. Thanks, Michael Robbins

This has been the single greatest car buying exper...

This has been the single greatest car buying experience I've ever been a part of in my life! I did not expect for the entire experience to be so easy and convenient!

If you haven't had the pleasure of visiting these guys down at the Murray, UT dealership, jump on it! Steve is very knowledgeable, and very honest! I wouldn't have purchased my amazing new car without his world class expertise and advice! And Ben, the Sales manager, is now someone that I consider to be a new friend.. And that's just to name a few of them! I didn't meet one single person down there that wasn't very friendly, happy and extremely helpful!

I have been to so many car dealerships, that I can't even put a number on it! But after coming here, and seeing for myself what all the hype was about, I can't see myself buying a car anywhere else - ever!

I am so happy with my purchase, and constantly tell everyone that the experience was second to none!

Thank you Stephen and Ben! You guys are the example that everyone needs to live by!

I really have nothing negative to say at this poin...

I really have nothing negative to say at this point, Vroqua King and Dave Hansen did everything they could to make me happy about the service and customer service I received. They both were all over it to contact me and update me along the way and I couldn't be any more happy. They got me qualified for the Oil Consumption test and got everything covered under the N63 Class action lawsuit. Jake Johnson was my tech and he did a killer job, fixed everything that was cracked or stripped or broken, he went above and beyond and he didn't have to. He could just fixed what I originally came in for and sent me on my way, but he didn't and I would recommend him to anyone with (and even without) a BMW as an honest reliable trustworthy mechanic. I know I was a pain in the ... but they never treated me in any other way. 5 stars all day, best dealership I have ever dealt with. Thanks for making up for any miscommunications, I really do appreciate it!

The fact that an oil change cost $120 and I had to wait nearly two weeks for an available spot that took 30 minutes is ridiculous. It also costs something like $150 just to plug in and check what codes are showing for the vehicle? Absurd. I'll be going elsewhere for all future service.

I needed recalls done the first appointment was 3 weeks away so I take it in for my 9 am appointment it was suppose to be done at 5.30 pm they called and said the had to overnight the part should be done the next day Wednesday no call. Thursday they said I could pick it up at 5 30 but I didn't get a loaner car so I have to find a way to get there. Now it's Saturday morning called 6 times to find out if I could pick up my car no answers. I called BMW pleasant grove find out if the service is open they answered right away. I feel like with 3 weeks notice for a recall part that they should have it for your appointment. Buy and service your BMW's at pleasant grove. To be fair their service representative did keep me informed with messages and they were honest and explained my cars issues well.

I purchase a MINI Countryman from Kori Criddle at BMW of Murray. Negotiating with her was completely hassle free, and done mostly through e- mail. I felt no pressure at all and took about a week to make my decision.

Once I took possession of the vehicle, it was making a noise that I was not comfortable with. Kori suggested that she swing by my offce pick up my car and give me a loaner until the noise issue could be resolved. The problem was fixed and she once again brought my car too me. Door to door service. I was very impressed. Great customer service!!

If you are looking to buy a MINI, or BMW, I recommend you give Kori a call!

I purchased a used car, sight unseen based on pictures and the information I received over the phone from my Client Advisor, Parry Arbon. When I arrived to pick up the car I found it to be as advertised and it exceeded my expectations. I experienced a high degree of professionalism and courtesy from everyone there. I am very pleased with my purchase, both the quality of the car and the purchase price and would recommend this dealership for consideration by anyone, no matter where you live. I traveled a total of 2000 miles for my car!

I've owned 3 bmws but because I look young(because...

I've owned 3 bmws but because I look young(because I am) I hardly got any respect when trying to get my car serviced for a recall. I wanted a service record of my m3 and it took me 40 minutes before someone finally helped me. The lady at the front desk told me I couldn't have my own service records to my own car. So in the end I was helped out but the disrespect I got definitely means I'm not coming back again. On a side note I got my oil changed here once and the mechanic wrecked my car on a test drive when it was one year old. 3 weeks stuck in an Infiniti. I've always love BMW but because of everything that has happened at Murray I'm not pleased with their services.

I live in Denver Colorado and found the 5 series BMW I wanted on their website. I called BMW of Murray and Kurtis Beck took care of me from that point on. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns of purchasing a car out of state. They made me a very fair deal on my trade in, helped in shipping of the vehicles through a transport company which was excellent, and within a few days my car arrived at my house. Kurtis was very professional, always answered my calls, and has even followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my new car and to see if he could be of any further experience. I highly recommend Kurtis Beck and the BMW of Murray team. Thanks Kurtis, I look forward to purchasing more vehicles with you in the future.

I have owned four BMWs over the last 10+ years, and currently own a 535xi. As with all high-performance cars, you periodically have some service issues that need to be taken care of. I have only used the service department at BMW of Murray (even when off warranty), primarily because I always get great service and have always been treated fairly. In particular, Dave Hansen and Val Sehara have always helped me in resolving issues that I believe should be covered by BMW. Dave and Val have always gone to bat for us! Contrary to my experience at BMW of Murray, I have seen many BMW owners gripe on the Internet about their treatment at service departments at other BMW dealerships. I can honestly say that I am thrilled with the service I have received at the service department at BMW of Murray! My 535xi is the ultimate driving machine!!

Just installed the MPPK on my F30 335. Parts ordered/delivered quickly! I called and scheduled an appointment a week out, but they managed to squeeze me in the day I called, which was awesome. Installation was awesome and fast as expected. HUGE thanks to Chris Durr, Kyle Adams and Dan Taylor.

Love BMW of Murray. I have an X5 and a 335, will definitely be adding another to the collection ASAP!

3 stars, yes because they dont keep the standard of the service, some days they are great some days no even good service, customer service should be always a priority in a business this is my point of view ! But still a good place to go if you lucky you can get a good customer service.

They also had a loaner on standby in the case that the service shop wasn't able to complete my service on time. I had a great experience with Jeris Oberle who took excellent care of me. Said there was a filter for my manual trans...every schematic I have found of this car shows that to be false I changed my own trans fluid in my friends shop took 30 minutes. First experience and it was a joke.

BMW of Murray is hands-down the best dealership in the state. I ve bought multiple vehicles from them over the past decade and I keep going back for one reason incredible service. You won t get a stereotypical, high-pressure sales pitch there. Instead, they offer impeccable knowledge of their products, integrity in their sales process, respect for their customers and a top-notch service department. Scott Simpson is amazing to work with he always treats me as if I m his only customer and I can t imagine buying a car from anyone else. He takes the time to meet MY needs instead of making me feel like he s trying to meet a quota. He goes far beyond what you d expect from a typical salesperson and does whatever it takes to get me the car, price and service I want. I would recommend BMW of Murray to anyone.

I recently had a car i for service and was working with Alisa Rigler. I have to say I have worked with her before but she continues to show amazing levels of customer service and care. She always kept me in the loop, informed me of the issues at hand, and provided solid suggestions on the issues at hand. She was willing to work with us on the issues we had and went beyond in getting some other issues we didnt know about taken care of. I will continue to use her as my go to service advisor at BMW of Murray.

Very disappointed on my last visit there, the price quoted was not the final price. Had an appt. for 7:30 am waited till 8:00. $150.00 to just plug in to computor !!! Auto zone does for free. Hold on to your shorts if you're out of warrenty!!! I've owned BMW's for 15 years, I think I might be changing soon!

It turned out to just be a wire and connector affecting my air suspension, and they didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Easy to work with, they kept me posted with updates until they had confidently diagnosed and repaired the problem. Come here!

I had a catastrophic engine failure because of a recall issue with my 2012 BMW. I worked with BMW corporate who pointed me to BMW of Murray. I connected with Dave Hansen (Service Manager) and he made a tough situation great. Dave followed up with my for several months while BMW corporate was getting a new engine sent to him. One the engine came in they quickly got it installed and let me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked to find that the car was not just clean, but completely detailed inside and out. It looked like a new car! I would recommend BMW of Murray without hesitation. Also, kudos to Dave Hansen for the great care he took of me over several months. Dave is a great asset to the BMW family.

I am an out of state buyer who has been in the market for several months looking for the perfect car. When I came across a CPO 328xi, I was a bit hesitant due to the car being out of state. After contacting both the sales team as well as Mr. Parry Arbon, I can say that my fears were soon allayed. Mr. Arbon's level of service is OUTSTANDING. He was attentive from day 1 and was prompt with responses to all my questions and in his communications. He has a very warm demeanor and it really makes me feel that he cares that his customers are very satisfied and happy. I have dealt with many BMW dealers in Chicago and Columbus and this has been the best experience I have had. I highly recommend Mr Arbon and BMW of Murray to any BMW enthusiast and would definitely consider buying another vehicle from them in the future.

Every time I take my car here, they give it back with problems that weren t there in the first place.

They had my car for a week, I called for a status update and they didn t even know it was on their lot! I ended up paying 2k in repairs, they gave the car back making a noise, and an out headlight. Their solution to the problem was ZIP TYING some wiring.

I have been going here for about 2 years, and am close to calling it quits.

BMW of Murray is great. It always feels like I'm dealing with staff who both act like professionals and treat their customers accordingly. I recently purchased a car from their used lot, and the entire experience was excelent from top to bottom. Parker was the name of my advisor and he assisted me with my purchase and made sure that every detail was taken care of. I never felt rushed, or pressured. He made sure I was absolutely happy before even letting me off the lot. It was nice to have been able to deal with someone who has a deep affection for the vehicles he deals with, as opposed to just some random guy working a job. Not only is my car a joy to drive, but the attention and consideration I received was nothing short of exceptional. I plan on sticking with BMW of Murray for the long run.

I was very politely refused purchase of a specialty tool, or any tool for that matter, at your parts counter this morning. There really wasn't much of an effort by the parts staff to research it; only was told that tools aren't sold at the dealership. What would have been a short afternoon water pump and thermostat repair is now going to put me out of a vehicle until the weekend when my internet order of that particular specialty tool arrives.

I was ready to trade in my Audi A8L. I visited two Audi, one Mercedes and CarMax dealerships (4!) and each place promised calls back to give me requested information. Not a single call (and I was ready to buy!). My friend suggested BMW of Murray. I worked with Ben Ostler. He knew every answer to the many questions I had (I knew little about BMWs). He patiently took me on a few test drives on a very busy sales day, but the final car I was interested in was still in service. He said he would call in someone on their day off to pull it out for me to look. He said, "I'll call you when it's ready for you; today around 3:30 - 4PM." I did the eye roll, thinking "He'll never call me." Well, he did. On time. I loved the 640xi. I then worked with Collin to negotiate the price and found the whole experience easy, not pressured and fair. They came through with what they promised plus more. Seriously, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ben Ostler and BMW Murray.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Robert and his team at BMW Murray were fantastic. I knew what I was looking for when I arrived 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, and he talked me through the vehicle for an hour past closing. I purchased the vehicle from him that night. I picked up my vehicle two days later. The customer service Robert provided was great. I was two and a half hours late for our appointment when I picked up the vehicle, which was also two hours after they closed. Robert didn't appear to mind at all! (Even though he should have. That was very rude of me! I promise I am not always late.) He was kind and took the time to get me in my vehicle and on my way. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from BMW of Murray!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about Scott Stratford (CPO Sales) and BMW of Murray. He accommodated us in every way. He pulled a car from the PG location and had it available within a few hours of our request. We never felt we were being sold--just served. Our negotiation was straightforward and professional. When we picked up the car, Scott had the vehicle detailed, our paperwork ready for signature, and all the other details prepared. It was an easy process.
