Just completed my second new car purchase from BMW...

Just completed my second new car purchase from BMW of Murray, with Robert Clark at the helm. Robert and the dealership handled this transaction flawlessly and expedited every detail. My wife has never test drove a car until Robert helped her feel comfortable enough to drive the car on the test drive. Thank you for not making this transaction quick and perfect.
This was the best car buying experience that I have had in over 30 years of buying cars.

This place is a joke! I went in to purchase oil and a filter for my car, walking in I had no help whatsoever from the staff not even a hello, but instead I got mean stares. I bought my stuff from the part specialist when he returned my card he tossed it at me. I've never felt so disrespected. Never coming here again, I would rather make the drive to Pleasant Grove.

I had a wonderful experience with Chris Durr, my client advisor. I was shopping for an electric car and the BMW i3 was my first choice. Chris took me on a test drive and told me about the features and the good deal that was on for leasing a 2015 model. He searched for cars that fit my needs and I settled on an Andesite Silver BMW i3 Rex. It was in California so I had to wait a few days for it to be shipped to Salt Lake and Chris kept me informed of its whereabouts. Going through the paperwork was a breeze and Chris was excellent in checking me out on all the neat features that are in the BMW i3 Rex. Of course, I should mention that Chris has a BMW i3, which added to my confidence that I was buying the right vehicle. He has been very supportive in helping me afterwards. I love my new BMW and thank you Chris Durr.

Drove my brother here to pick up a loaner while they did some work on his car. Felt a little awkward strolling around the showroom in my dirty work clothes while I waited, but was greeted kindly by staff and invited to help myself to the cafe drinks and snacks. Nice folks.

Kori and the entire team at BMW of Murray were all wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable about M3s and willing to work with me from acquiring an allocation to helping me schedule the delivery of the vehicle on a time frame that worked best for me.

Kori kept me informed at each step of the process and made my first BMW buying experience one to remember!

Their passion for the product and service was felt and appreciated by myself and my wife.

The service department of BMW of Murray is horrid....

The service department of BMW of Murray is horrid. My car was in the shop for 6 days and i left 3 voicemails before I received a call from my advisor. The car was supposed to be done after 1 day. They did not provide a loaner car for accommodation or make any other attempt to correct the situation. I live 2 hours away and had to pay for their mistake. I would make the trip to Idaho instead.

We recently purchased a car from BMW of Murray Utah via the internet..Geoffre Simeona was and will be our salesperson for future transactions.This was literally a seamless transaction . Geoff was on his "A" game and had the necessary paperwork completed and sent to our residence within 24 hours. The entire transaction took less than 4 days portal to portal. Geoffre arranged shipping and subsequent follow up. There were no hidden fees or any petty haggling. Done Deal !!! Ryan Roosendaal, is who you want to work when purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. I have been with a lot of dealerships here in Salt Lake (Infiniti, Mercedes, Audi, Acura), and I can say Ryan is one of those rare people in this industry who takes his job seriously and truly cares about his customers.
I reached out to Ryan back in February, trying to find the right vehicle. Ryan was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and efficient in helping me get into the right situation. In fact, he is so patient he worked with me for 5 months, and not once did he pressure me, haggle me, or play games.
He was honest, transparent, communicative, and he listened to my concerns. If I didn't like the color or feature, he would find a car that I did like. If I didn't agree with the price, he would find a way to get it lowered or make it work. If I thought the interest rate was too high, he would call the bank and get it reduced. He was always going above and beyond.
During the pandemic, trade-in values have slumped, most dealerships will take advantage of this and lowball you. However Ryan, explored every avenue to get me the most value for my trade-in. Ryan works to earn your business, even if you are not purchasing an M8 or 7 series, he treats you like you are.
Besides the fact these cars pretty much sell themselves, I can not say enough good things about this dealership. I would 100% recommend BMW of Murray!

I purchased a Mini Cooper at BMW of Murray and was helped by Kori Criddle. I have never had a smoother car buying experience. She has a no pressure attitude and will tell you anything you want to know. If she doesn't know the answer she will find it. She is very knowledgeable about the cars and showed me the inside and outs of the entire vehicle before I drove of the lot. she even showed me how to sync my phone to blu tooth. She took the time to make me feel like a priority. As for the paperwork I had a trade in that was easily done and was worry free and Kori had me done with signing paperwork for my new car in 45 minutes by having it ready when I got there. She explained step by step what it was I was signing so I felt comfortable signing it. I have never been happier with a vehicle. My dog and I LOVE cruising around town and my husband even BEGS to drive my car. you could say we are obsessed. who says Minis are for girls? Kori checked in a few weeks later to see if I was still loving it and to see if I needed anything. She is by far the best salesperson and I will continue to buy from her and send anyone I know her way. Very happy with my experience. Good Job.

So, I have had less than great experiences in the past at BMW Murray that led me to purchase elsewhere...HOWEVER...this last time was excellent!!! I worked with Geoffrey Simeona and Amir, and they were complete professionals. I was able to explore the options and find the right fit for me. I am really happy and excited to work with them again in the future!

Had a great experience down at the Murray location when they ordered in my BMW m235i. Right when I walked in I was greeted and helped. This is the only dealership I have not either been bombarded with salesmen that are way to pushy and obnoxious or treated like I cant afford a nicer car being as I was only 22 at the time and do not dress all that fancy.

Salesman acted completely inappropriate. When told I had financing lined up, just wanted to test the car, he acted like I was trying to joyride. Never treated this poorly at Porsche or Mercedes. If you MUST buy from BMW in Utah, it's worth the drive to Pleasant Grove. They aren't rude and say there's a $10 test drive fee

After countless dealerships and salesman who were rude, I was ending my day at BMW of murray. Going in i didn't have high expectations because every dealer I've gone to didn't take me seriously. (I look incredibly young for my age). But I actually had an amazing experience at BMW with Tiffany Long.

She was SO warm and welcoming. It was so nice to be taken seriously and not feel pressure. In a rush to get a new car so I can drive it back home to Cali, she made the process quick and painless and I don't doubt she was giving me the best deal out there! She was reassuring time and time again and was incredibly patient with all the questions my family and I had about the car.

Buying a car should definitely be fun and exciting. It seems like nowadays it's dreadful because dealerships forget that philosophy.

Thank you Tiffany for making it just the most fun and exiting experience for me. I love and adore my car and I can't thank you enough!

Give her a raise or I'm changing it to four stars instead of five.

I always have a great experience at BMW of Murray thanks to Jeris Oberle, my service advisor. He always goes above and beyond to take care of me. He is awesome at communicating and keeping me updated on the status of my car. He is very reliable and knowledgeable. I enjoy going to BMW of Murray because I know that I can count on Jeris to be amazing! I would recommend Jeris to anyone who owns a BMW as their service advisor.

I recently purchased a new 2 series convertible from BMW of Murray. I worked with Kori Criddle and had a great experience working with her. She was friendly, low pressure and knowledgeable. We test drove several cars and she even offered to let us take one home to make sure it fit into our garage properly. Later that day, I asked her to work up a proposal which she did very quickly and emailed it. Very fair proposal and we wrapped things up. Delivery experience was fast and efficient. Again, Kori demonstrated her knowledge of the car as she took me through the iDrive system and other features of the car.

Overall, a great experience.

I can't remember the name of the shuttle driver that drove me to work was the best part of my BMW experience yesterday morning 4/27, he was extremely friendly/courteous and I enjoyed the ride. He reminded me a lot of my grandpa that passed away 20 years ago so the experience was incredible and refreshing. Not sure if they give out gold stars but he was an incredible man. My husband and I worked with Robin to lease our new car. We've been to perhaps half a dozen dealerships and this experience was by far the best. We enjoyed exploring our options and chatting with Robin. It was clear that he loves his job and it made it a more enjoyable car buying experience for us.

Once we decided which car we were leasing, we were able to start and finish the process in less than three hours. We are thrilled with our new BMW and look forward to continuing to work with BMW of Murray.

Ben Ostler took great care of us as he guided us into a 2015 i3. It was a smooth process and the price was right thanks to Ben and Weston. Weston took the time to initially greet us and explain the i3 inventory. I have nothing negative to say. These young men were professional, courteous and honest. They were more than willing to ensure we were placed in the car we wanted. Please consider them and the i3 (so fun) if you're in the market for a different vehicle. I would, without hesitation, look at BMW once again for future purchases. This is my first BMW.

Just purchased an X5 from BMW of Murray. This was a first class experience; the friendly people at this dealership bent over backward in order to make sure that I was happy. Not only did I get a great deal, but I received exceptional service from the moment that I walked into the moment that the car was delivered to me (yes, delivered). The GSM, Doug, is hands-down the most professional and up-standing GSM that I have dealt with in my extensive car buying history. Also, if you go to buy a car, ask for Shane as he was so friendly, professional and detailed. This is my 4th BMW purchase, and my next will be from BMW of Murray.

In the past they have been good to deal with. Today is an exception. I called to ensure they had a part in Stock. They assured me that they did. I drove two hours to get to the dealership to be advised that they did not have the part. A simple "I'm sorry" was all I got for my four hours out of ny day in an attempt to get the part. They did offer to give me the part number so I could order it online. I'm not impressed with this dealership at the moment.

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a 2009 Mini from BMW of Murray. I worked with Parry Arbon. The whole process was painless and pressure free. Parry did a great job answering all of my questions, in a friendly, patient manner.

The car was spotless when we picked it up and the paper signing was easy peasy. The car has done well since our purchase. I'm loving my Mini and I really appreciate the easy purchasing experience from Parry and BMW of Murray. I have purchased cars from other dealerships and felt very "handled" or "oversold." That was not my experience here. Very professional, very friendly, very up front and honest. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Parry and the BMW of Murray team.

I work very closely with multiple dealerships in my line of work and this is by far the worst service from a dealership I have ever experienced. The service advisor did not keep his word or follow through with what he said he would do, and he tried promoting unnecessary and highly expensive options. Coming from someone who manages company vehicles every day, I would suggest buying a Lexus and working with that dealership in Murray over this one any day if you really want a luxury vehicle.

Acting condescending, behaving as if we owe him a purchase, saying useless comments about how his time is precious. Totally out of the line and forcing us to make a purchase. I should mention I drove all the way from San Francisco to drop off my car and pick up another one, and they made the whole situation very easy for me. Highly recommend these guys.

I just moved from the San Francisco Bay Area and thought it was time to trade in my 2011 328i. After having a great experience in San Francisco - I didn't think it could get any better. I was wrong - Steve Hampshire met and exceeded every expectation I had.

Not only was I greeted immediately at every visit - I felt at home coming into the dealership. I never felt like it was a transaction and only felt like it was a relationship that they cared about. Every email (my preferred method of communication) was responded to quickly and every question answered.

I went in not really knowing exactly what I wanted and Steve was not only patient with me he let me drive the whole experience. There was never a single ounce of pressure and I walked away more satisfied than I thought possible.

I will never go away from having a BMW and Steve has made it so that I know exactly where I will go to get those amazing vehicles in the future.

I honestly can't say enough about how amazing Steve Hampshire is. He not only explained everything about my new X1 - he even taught me things about the iDrive system I wish I had known in my 328i.

I also need to give a big shout out to Andrea who started a live chat with me on the website and made sure that my concerns were taken care of and got Steve in touch with me.

BMW of Murray is the only place to buy a BMW and get not just an amazing BMW experience - but a phenomenal relationship to go along with it.

McKay and Kimberly really hit a home run today at the BMW of Murray. The warranty that was on my car was up at midnight (which I did not know since the car was purchased used) and I was able to get signed up with a fantastic extended warranty for my car. Kimberly did a great job explaining the options and even offered to stay late for me if I couldn't make it to the dealer in time. She had all of the information emailed to me and we were all wrapped up in no time at all. Thank you Kimberly and McKay for taking action on this as I would have missed out on the option for the Gold Extended Service Contract. Thank you guys!!! Rock on BMW of Murray.

Very disappointed in my last service. Took X5 Dies...

Very disappointed in my last service. Took X5 Diesel in for repair to the DEF heater which cost $1600. Found out several months later that the rear engine bay shroud had not been fastened back on properly but was merely left laying on the engine. It subsequently fell down on the back of the engine where it rubbed against engine/transmission until it broke in half and started causing noise. $500 to replace it - I gathered up the pieces and put them in the trash. This should never have passed any final inspection by service department.

From the moment I walked onto the sales floor I was greeted by Caroline who made all the difference. I would highly recommend working with her. She was knowledgeable and knew when to share and when not to share. She just let me experience the car for what it was. Just bought a used BMW with a trade in and I have to say the service is one of the factors that sold me. It's nice to know your business is important to them. My sales Associate, Parker, was awesome. We're similar in age so we spoke the same language which was was refreshing after dealing with pushy middle aged-men who thought I hadn't any clue. They were accommodating to my schedule and communication was timely and simple. I had a few requirements with the vehicle and Parker went above and beyond with preparing the vehicle for my arrival. I'm impressed thus far.

I had 2 recalls, I called on a Saturday and was told there was an opening at 7:00 am on Thursday which was acceptable.
So I took it in the Wednesday before to leave overnight.
I was greeted and taken care of quickly by the receptionist who was friendly.
I had a few minutes before my ride arrived and as I watched out the window I saw the kid taking my car and was shocked when I saw him race down the extremely short alley on the side of service department! Hence the 4 star rating which is the only problem I have.
I was told that the recalls would take about 5 hours and I received a call 3 and a half hours after my appointment which surprised me.
I think they need to watch those kids a little closer because the way he drove my car was totally unnecessary and highly unprofessional.

I worked with Steve Hampshire, who listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, test drove a number of them with me, then proceeded to spend the majority of his day helping me choose and finance the perfect one. Steve and the rest of the team went out of their way to accommodate my needs, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. Buying a car seemed terrifying at first, but at BMW of Murray it was one of the most exciting experiences I've had. If you are looking for an honest team, comfortable environment and killer selection...look no further.

I would highly recommend BMW of Murray for anybody in the market for a BMW. I recently purchased a pre-owned 335xi from them and had a fantastic experience. The salesman I was working with, Parry Arbon, was excellent throughout the entire process and really helped minimize the stress with car buying! Parry was very knowledgeable both about the vehicle and the car buying process, so everything went as smooth as possible. Parry originally spent about an hour with me going over the entire vehicle, answering any questions I had. Now I am a proud owner of a 335xi coupe. Thanks Parry/BMW of Murray!

I haven't bought a car from them, and never will now. The way they drive their cars around on Brown Street, my neighborhood 25 mph street, shows how much disregard they have for people. I've nearly been hit by their staff several times. They'll cut you off, drive down the middle of the street, and punch the gas pedal getting up around 40, or even 50 mph.

I knew what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me, while browsing online for CPO. As soon as I submitted my inquiry, JoAnna responded within 5 minutes! She and I hit it off and really listened to what I was looking for. We were prequalified and had a proposal within an hour! We test drove the car yesterday and it was ours within 2 hours! I HIGHLY recommend JoAnna. She is professional, listens, responds immediately and truly cares about making her customers happy!

A first time buyer, I went to BMW of Murray and was helped by Joanna Rich. I have only good things to say about my experience. I was initially quite worried about being pressured into buying something I could not afford, or being swindled into paying far more than I needed to. My actual experience could not have been more different. I purchased a certified pre-owned 3-series and LOVE it. It truly is the ultimate driving machine! I will definitely return to BMW of Murray for all of my service needs, and next time I m interested in buying a car will go out of my way to be advised by Joanna.

I bought a brand new 2017 BMW 320 Xdrive at the BMW OF MURRAY in November. 3 days later the engine light overheated and was in the shop for about a week. Now it is February and this is the third time in 3 months that I have brought the car in for service on the same issue and it only has 3k miles on it. I have had the car in the shop for a month when I have only owned it for 3 months so far and I am very upset about the matter. When I looked for the lemon law paper in my BMW it was not in there. I then went back in and asked for one, everyone said 'They do not know what a lemon law card is.' The manager JEFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. He said to me that 'a lemon law is only appropriate if the same issue happened like 14 times.' This is far from the truth. He then proceeded to tell me that 'I can talk to their attorney on Monday.' Why couldn't they just give me the lemon law card? Point is is that they are unprofessional, rude and do not care about my safety. I bought a brand new BMW, not a used beater. I will not be taking this car back it is UNSAFE. This is insanity. I will be contacting corporate as soon as they are open on Monday.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a BMW X5. We actually went to the dealership looking at another brand and on a whim decided to try the X5 and found it to fit our needs very well. No pressure, just consultation and fair pricing. We worked with Kori Criddle and found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful and great to work with!
