I had a catastrophic engine failure because of a recall issue with my 2012 BMW. I worked with BMW corporate who pointed me to BMW of Murray. I connected with Dave Hansen (Service Manager) and he made a tough situation great. Dave followed up with my for several months while BMW corporate was getting a new engine sent to him. One the engine came in they quickly got it installed and let me know it was ready for pickup. When I arrived at the dealership, I was shocked to find that the car was not just clean, but completely detailed inside and out. It looked like a new car! I would recommend BMW of Murray without hesitation. Also, kudos to Dave Hansen for the great care he took of me over several months. Dave is a great asset to the BMW family.
