I have two BMW's that I have had serviced in Murray and I have always had a great experience. The technicians are knowledgeable and do great work. It will always be my place of choice so my vehicles continue running as they should.

I'm editing my review (formerly 1-star)...I had a rough experience with a car in their service department. It was in there for about 1 month before I got it back. I had a hard time getting a hold of them during the service.

As frustrating as this was, when I went to pick up my car yesterday, it was clear they felt bad for how long my car had been in service and really tried to make it up to me.

I can't fully ignore how hard communication was (hence the 4-star) but their efforts to make things right went a long way in changing my overall perspective of their dealership.

My X5 is a great car. I worked with a great salesman. But the quality stops there. Worst Service Department on the planet. After years of crappy service, I would love to buy a new X5, but the service stinks. Now they are screwing over a close friend who's 2018 X3 was misdiagnosed and will now take weeks to repair under warranty. BMW of Murray gave them a loaner car with a broken windshield. That isn't even safe. I wish I could give BMW of Murray a ZERO or a negative number.

Buying a gently used BMW from Ben Ostler at BMW of Murray was truly a pleasure . Ben listened carefully to my wants and desires and worked especially hard to find just the right car for me . He listened carefully to the thoughts I had on what were important to me and then went to work to find me a special car that I am truly enjoying . Ben was wonderful at explaining and simplifying the complicated technology of the new car to make it seem so logical and unintimidating ...Easy!!! Ben answered all my questions and was very professional in all of our interactions. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him for our next BMW.

BMW of Murry has been so disappointing! I had my BMW serviced here and 3 days later my car broke down late at night on the side of the road! Not only was that a scary experience, but BMW has not helped in the slightest! I have now called twice and have been treated like I mean nothing to them. I was supposed to be called back by a mechanic and I NEVER heard back. I have taken my car to a different shop now because I am so disappointed. Wish I could give less than one star on this review.

I suppose they did their best. But it fell short of my mark. I'm no longer a hostage to the dealership because this car is out of warranty. It used to be great and the service was Johnny on the spot but, I don't know, perhaps when you don't buy the car from them everything changes a little bit?

Extremely unhappy with the service department. Alisa is hands down the best service advisor for BMW, unfortunately I was unable to have her as my service advisor when bringing my bmw back in. Picking up my vehicle the second time visiting I have more issues with my vehicle then when I dropped it off. After all of the problems with my vehicle I promised myself I would always go to pleasant grove BMW instead of Murray. Murray BMW replaced my transfer case a couple months back, I have been having issues with vibrations. I bring my vehicle to Pleasant Grove BMW today and they tell me Murray BMW installed the transfer case incorrectly and just let me take off with the vehicle with faulty repairs. Please go to BMW Pleasant grove from here on out. It is an extra 30 minute drive for me but we ll worth it!

The team at BMW of Murray has been great! I've worked with Parry Arbon on the last three cars I've purchased, and he has gone out of his way to make sure that I'm completely happy with my new car. I've also worked with a few other people there who have taught me about the features of my new car, or arranged a loaner while my new car was getting some extras, and they have been knowledgeable and friendly. The updates to the lobby are really nice as well. So buying a car should be fun and exciting, and Parry and his team have always helped me feel that way through the whole process.

I have bought dozens of BMW's from Robert Clark, and the entire Clark family. I started buying in 88 because if the car, and kept buying from Robert even if the car wasn't exactly what I wanted at the time because I have NEVER known a sales consultant as dialed in, caring, not pushy, and truly honorable & trustworthy. Robert has become a true friend. I love the cars, the dealership, service, Robert, and highly recommend them all. Kudos to DAVE Clark for keeping Robert around all these years taking him all the way to management. Thanks to the Firmages for keeping the store a long term family business with high quality charactered people. Wouldn't think of buying from a big group store even if I could save a few bucks, the total package at BMW of Murray is worth it. It makes an engaged owner experience well worth it. The new 2016 7 series is over the top! Better than my Bentely, not sure how they made it this phenomenal. Still can't believe it.

My first BMW! Yay! Purchased a lease return X5 M. Absolutely love the car! Tyler and Sarah were awesome! With that said, I regret to say that the customer service there is not up to par, for a BMW dealership. Picked up my car after Permaplate paint treatment and you have five or six service advisors lined up behind the glass in the bay, as I entered, not one even acknowledged me standing there for almost three minutes, I did time it because that was awkward. Mckay was my service guy, but he was on the phone at the moment. No worries, but I found it really odd that no one else even offered to help, say hello , or just acknowledge I was even standing there. No other customers were there. I felt like I was invisible, weird. No Hi, we ll be with you shortly or anything, from anyone?Super weird and awkward? What s the deal guys? You are selling some the most beautiful cars (I think) on the market today, but I ve had better service and attention at the local DMV. Very cold and unwelcoming feeling from everyone there. What gives? I am pretty sure no one is meaning to come off this way, BUT you are. Come on BMW of Murray, you need to step it up and at least act like you sell and service a premium brand! I had a better experience buying and servicing my daughters Hyndai!

Who knows how good they are? They won't answer the...

Who knows how good they are? They won't answer their phones! I've bought 2 BMW's from them over the years and my impressions of them are all over the map - from excellent to extremely poor.

1. Bought a 1999 328i that was "certified pre-owned" and sold as "Accident free". Nope. After taking delivery and doing a very thorough detailing I discovered the the left front fender had been replaced/repainted. Doing a more exhaustive search revealed a credit card receipt from the previous owner tucked up underneath the seat railing. I found the owners phone number and called him. Sure enough, the car had been in a rather extensive accident. Called BMW headquarters in New Jersey and was told that the car shouldn't have been sold as "certified pre-owned". I brought this info to the dealers attention and was met with a blank stare - not willing to do anything for me.
2. Two months later the transmission goes out. Guess what, the transmission for my car was made in Zuffenhausen and is not available in the U.S. Car is in the shop for 3 weeks waiting for transmission to be flown in. Good news is they give me a new loaner car to use.
3. Nine months later, wiring harness goes out. Car completely dead. Again, no parts in stock. Car at dealer for over a week.
4. Had enough. Raise holy hell with the general manager and demand some action. Gives me low ball deal for trade in (which I refuse) but a fantastic deal on a new BMW. Bought new 2003 330i.
5. On and off good and bad experiences with the service department. Their turnover rate is huge. Have a hard time keeping a good service advisor.
6. Today - five phone calls to BMW service. First one gets lost in a transfer. Second, placed in hold-hell then hung up on. Third, finally reached service scheduler, tell her I have a simple question for a service advisor, she places me on hold and again I get hung up on. Fourth, back to the service scheduler tell her I got hung up on, transfers me again and it goes straight to voice mail. Fifth call, main operator transfers me again to the service department where my call is met with a voice mail.

I wish my experience with these guys was more consistent. I really want to like them, but overall I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I also have a 2005 Lexus that has not had a single problem. Routine maintenance at the dealer is an exceptional experience. Night and Day better than BMW of Murray. Too bad, BMW may be "The Ultimate Driving Machine" but my customer service experience has been "The Ultimate In Extremes".

There was a young man, his name was Freddy Guillen that really took the time to help me with my concerns in regards to my vehicle and was very knowledgeable about everything I had questions with. Very smart and pleasant man very grateful for his dedication to make my experience better. It's people like Freddy that make me want to comeback.

BMW Murray Service has provided great advice and work on my car. Dan Taylor has been key in making sure my car is running properly. He caught a minor issue that could have become a major issue before the warranty ran out saving me time and money. And has been great in helping me think about customizing my car to fit my needs. Also, Jeff Jorgensen has been great in helping schedule and talk through the work that is being done. Great working with them all.

I just recently bought a 2009 335i from a dealership in Idaho. I didn't know it had a wastegate rattle when I got it, but I took it in to BMW of Murray and asked what they could do. Kyle Adams told me about the wastegate warranty, and that I should get it looked at. I set up an appointment, brought it in, talked to Rick, one of the service advisors, and they said I qualify for the warrantied turbos, and took care of everything. They also looked at other things on the ca and noticed I had a cracked valve cover. They gave me a quote, and recommended that I get it fixed, however they did not force it, which was awesome (it's not hard to DIY). I'd definitely recommend the dealership.

We are first time owners of a BMW. My husband and I were interested in driving one because we heard how fun they are to drive. We set out that day to test drive every vehicle made... We stopped at the BMW dealership in Murray and talked with Parry as our first stop. He let us test drive everything that we wanted and if we had a question that he could not answer he got us one. We had such an enjoyable experience driving the cars that we decided to purchase one without test driving the competitors. Needless to say the day went into night and Parry was there until we sealed the deal! We loved working with Parry, he was a no pressure sales man who wanted to help us get our dream car. We are the proudest owners of a BMW 335i Thank you Parry for all your help!

Now on my 3rd BMW and my experience at BMW Murray has been great. Worked with Shane Romano the last couple times and he was professional and pleasant. Actually a fun experience working with him. I highly recommend this BMW dealership. Contact Shane and I'm completely confident he will take good care of you. And of course it's a BMW so the SUV is a joy to drive. I can't imagine going any place else next time. 5 Stars and they earned it.

I love BMW but had a truly unprofessional experience with a salesman at this location. I have previously owned a 335xi and was looking to make a new purchase. The salesman was playing on his phone in the middle of our conversation and then got up to use the restroom, but stopped to loudly tell a funny story to a colleague. I was disappointed in my experience and didn't feel I was treated as the loyal customer that I am. I will no longer be visiting this location. I have previously worked at a dealership and was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism. I have only left five star reviews on all my Google Reviews, but didn't want someone else to experience this.

I went to this dealership for repairs on my BMW ba...

I went to this dealership for repairs on my BMW based upon reviews from Google but I wish I had receive service that warranted 5 stars. I had an outside drivers door handle that was not working and I had made an appointment for a diagnosis whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced. I was told that it would take approximately 1 hour to diagnose at $95 per hour.

First, I had an appointment at 10am for my repair and I informed the service writer that I had to wait for the car since I lived about 75 miles away. I arrived about 9:45 but my car was not pulled into the service bay until approximately 11am. At that point I was already becoming slightly irritated but it wasnt until the service writer came out and said that it would be $115 per hour instead of the $95 that I was quoted that I started to become upset (to myself). Of course I protested and he left for a few minutes and then came back and said they could do it for $95/hour.

Finally, two hours later they came out and told me that it was broken and couldnt be repaired. That's what I thought the diagnosis would be so I wasnt surprised, but when they showed me the cost to replace the door handle is when I was completely floored. They wanted $400 in labor (4 hours) and about $230 for the parts! I knew this was too high so I opted to not repair the handle at that time and I left 4 HOURS AFTER I ARRIVED FOR A 1 HOUR DIAGNOSIS!

I went home and ordered an OEM BMW handle for half the price of the dealer and found a local repair shop that quoted me $100 to do the repair. I ended up taking it to that dealer and they repaired it for the $100 that I was quoted. 1/4 THE COST OF THE DEALER! I understand that the dealer will be a bit more expensive than other repair shops and needs to make a profit but at 4x the price of other repair shops? That is just the dealer trying to be greedy and take advantage of the customer.

I will never return to this dealership again and I caution others to avoid the service department at all costs. Their sales and parts departments may be fine since I didnt have any dealings with them but the serivice department was a complete joke and makes the entire dealership look bad.

EDIT: Now that I read other's reviews a bit closer I notice that most of the negative reviews on Google refer to the service department. That just backs up my review and obviously their service department needs some changes in order to bring it up to BMW standards.

I typically have a good experience here, but today I had a lot of issues with my service. The parts department was less than helpful. Problem one, they ordered the wrong parts after I explicitly explained what was needed for my door. Problem two, they lost the quote I was given over the phone after I asked it to be saved. Problem three, couldn't spell my name right after I spelled it out over the phone. Problem four and most frustrating of all, zero urgency to get me out of there. I spent well over an hour there when this should have been a simple parts pickup for prepaid items and an order placement for one more. It might be time to find another BMW dealer nearby.

What an excellent car leasing experience! My sales representative Chris Durr was outstanding. Chris took lots of time with us between the test driving and the negotiations, it was as seamless transaction. He respected my time as a busy professional and I completed all the forms ahead of time so when I arrived to pick up my car, the whole transaction took 1 hour leaving lots of time to explore my new car and get acquainted with all the features! He even surprised me with a little something when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Chris Durr and BMW of Murray.

Our famnily owns 4 BMW's and 1 Mercedes. We have always experienced fantastic service at BMW of Murray. Recently the Mercedes tire blew out on the freeway and the Mercedes dealer said it would take over a week to get that size of tire in. I called BMW of Murray and they had a new tire on the car within 2 hours!

I'm not sure the service dept. loved having a Mercedes in the dept. but you'd never know it by how well they took care of my problem!

My experience at BMW of Murray was absolutely fantastic, and all the credit goes to Parry Arbon. I had been car shopping for a few weeks and went with a friend to a test drive at BMW. Parry, who treated both my friend and I like we had been friends forever, created a completely pressure-free environment, and was more than willing to go the extra mile. I called and scheduled an appointment a few days later, and after the first 10 minutes I knew that I had finally found the right place for myself as well!

Parry hooked me up with a great 328xi, and set up an appointment for me to get a few cosmetic things fixed free of charge as well. I will definitely be back, and would recommend Parry Arbon to anyone!!

We purchased a used Mercedes Benz SUV from Caroline Olson. She was great to work with, following up appropriately, very organized and detail oriented. She wasn't high pressure nor was the dealership. We were given add on options to consider but not pressured to purchase. The dealership facilities were very nice and Caroline as well as other employees made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the purchasing process. I visited BMW of Murray in the Spring and was helped by Kori Criddle while test driving a car for a family member interested in a BMW, who was relocating to Utah. I was impressed how personable, professional, and knowledgeable Kori was. I shared with her that I was considering a future BMW 535i CPO purchase and told her to keep an eye out for me. She contacted me about a car with the features I requested and after coming down to the dealership, I realized that there were additional options that I wanted. She was very helpful in showing me multiple cars and answering all of my questions. She was extremely efficient and communicated with me via email, text, and phone as needed. The whole sales process couldn't have been any easier; trade-in, pricing, financing, and new keys were all completed within an hour. I would recommend Kori and BMW of Murray to my family, friends, colleagues, and anyone interested in purchasing a BMW.

I was recently in the market for an SUV to downsize from a full size Ram truck. I was ready to buy a Range rover sport supercharged, but after driving the BMW X5 50i; I was sold. Sanel Kibric was my sales agent, he was very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the car. After buying the car I noticed something unusual and he was very quick to contact service and remedy the issue.
I look forward to working with BMW of Murray again in the future.

Update:
BMW sent me an email notification prior to my first appointment to tell me that that they only offer oil replacement services on Saturday. I just didn't see the email in time. Scheduling my next appointment was easy, but there was still a fairly significant wait despite scheduling. Fortunately, my warranty covered my issues so they fixed my problem for free and it was completed the same day. When they finished, they ordered me a lift so that I could come pick my car up. I think the service was great, but I still think it's a little ridiculous that they can't do proper repairs on a Saturday (hence the 4/5 stars).

Signed up for an appointment online and when I arrived they told me they can t offer any diagnostics or repairs on my vehicle (I have quite a few problems to address). They went on to specify that their mechanics can only do oil changes on Saturdays... I specifically outlined all of my issues when I set the appointment, so why did they let me drive 30 minutes out of my way to tell me that?? All-in-all I wasted over an hour of my time for nothing.

I usually refuse to go to a car dealership because I can't stand car sales men and feel like they push me around and are sneaky. Collin sold me my BMW and it was beyond easy and amazing. He answered my questions and was so easy to communicate with. Completely changed my opinion and will continue to purchase cars from him! Thank you Collin.

Let me start by saying that this is the first time...

Let me start by saying that this is the first time I have ever left a negative review for anyone in my life but this has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any business. I expected much better from BMW. In December 2012 I purchased a 2009 X3 with 27,000 miles from BMW of Murray's pre-owned lot. This year the clear coat on the driver side door began peel so I took it into the service department for them to have a look. On my initial visit the service department employees were very polite and told me to make an appointment for the following Monday when the service/warranty manager(Dan) would be in. I did just as they instructed, made my appointment and showed up Monday morning. When I arrived Dan and another service employee came over and looked at the paint for a few minutes. Dan was looking at the paint pretty closely and said, it looks like this door has been repainted but it doesn t look like anything we would have done because we wouldn t accept this quality of work. He then told me they would look into and get back with me pretty quickly. I waited 4 days and had not heard anything so I called and left Dan Taylor a voicemail. 3-4 more days later I still had not heard back so I called again and left another voicemail. He was clearly in the office as he updated his personal voicemail everyday with the current date and his hours. 2 weeks after my initial visit I drove in twice and had left 2 voicemails with the service manager and still had no clue what was going on. Finally, the following Saturday I received a call from Aaron (one of used car salesman) at BMW asking me to bring my car in to have a look. So I went down right away to have them take a look. He then asked me to follow one of their techs over to a body shop(not affiliated with BMW) and have them take look. I thought this was kind of strange but I didn't say anything and just did as they asked. It turned out that the vehicle that I bought from BMW of Murray had to have the front and back driver side doors repainted prior to putting it on their lot for sale. This was not disclosed at the point of sale nor on the Carfax. This is unfortunate for me as I m now learning that 20% of the paint on this vehicle is voided from the manufacturers paint warranty even though when I bought the vehicle I was told the remainder of the manufacturers was valid. Fortunately the shop that BMW had used agreed to fix the paint under warranty. I then asked Aaron if they would have a loaner car for me when the paint was getting fixed. The first response he gave me was that they didn't have a vehicle available for to loan this week. I then asked when they would have a vehicle to loan and the response I was given was it would be a pretty long time before they would have a car available saying it was a very busy time of year. I said, "Ok, well I can wait. How long is a long time?" His response then changed to, since this is not a BMW service they were not going loan me a vehicle. Neither Dan (who still hasn't called me back) or Aaron ever apologized for the length of time it took just get a response nor apologized for the defect on the vehicle. He basically just said this is not a BMW of Murray problem. Since this is not a BMW Problem I had to pay for rental car for 4 days out of my pocket. What I take from that is BMW of Murray does not stand behind their pre-owned vehicles nor the shops they sub their work to otherwise I m sure my experience would have been completely different.

I visited them to see a couple cars I've seen on their website. I had the worst experience ever in a dealership. The sales man was angry about helping me .none respectfully. Seemed like he just wanted me to leave. He didn't spend even 10 minutes with me. I told him that this is my first time buying a BMW and I need some help. I will never go back there and they lost a deal that day i was ready to buy. But not with the attitude of that guy. I do customer service for over 8 years in three different countries and I'm sure he wasn't doing his job right. Someone need to give attention to this kind of mistakes. The customer never should feel that he is not welcome and get ignored. Also one last thing never give your customers commands that not the way they want to be treated with.

I bought a 2006 BMW 325xi wagon a couple years ago from the owner. It was well cared for but a few issues that I budgeted for and fixed. I paid $2,000 less than a comparable Subaru! My last Subaru was AWD as was my Chevy Astro AWD. I bought at 149,000 miles well aware awd is more maintenance. Over the past couple years I have been restoring it to mechanically almost new condition as planned. If I had bought a Subaru, I would have been pretty happy, but with similar upgrades as of now, depending on luck, could have spent more.

That said, as much as I have loved my Subaru s and as good as they are, my BMW is a whole different ballgame. Better handling, ride, performance of a true road car, not even close. Even safety, as Subarus are highly rated this car exceeds
Also not that smart blending of aftermarket and genuine BMW parts keeps cost comparable as compared to higher initial cost and maintenance of a Subaru

But the glue holding this together is Jeris, John (Rusty too!) is in helping me make this work! They go beyond the call of duty as far as checking things out, advising me, and at times sparing me unneeded expenses and non essential repair.
Think about this. If this is the way they treat me as I restore my car to new, just imagine the service they give you on a new BMW. They are consistent with all who walk in the door, from all staff to service. You are serviced professionally regardless whether you bought the most expensive BMW they sell

I love my car, but it is the outstanding service and care that really sets them apart. Everyone is a VIP at BMW of Murray. They rock!

It s unfortunate there are not more options to choose from when selecting a dealership to do regular maintenance. Bought a used m4 that I was told over the phone was still covered for regular maintenance. Scheduled an appointment two weeks out for a simple oil change, arrived only to be told you have to pay a 700$ transfer fee to maintain the regularly covered oil changes. To avoid this waste of time and annoyed customer in the future give people the whole story over the phone.

Ricardo is a fantastic service advisor. He's always helpful, keeps me updated on the status, and gives me good details about any needed service. I made the mistake of taking my BMW to a non-dealer for service when the warrantee expired, and I paid a premium price for substandard work. BMW of Murray is by far the best value and quality. Also, the service technician Laura is fantastic. She really knows her BMWs.

High praise for Geoffrey Simeona and the experience he delivered for a first-time solo purchaser. He set an appointment over the phone, welcomed me at the door, and was the only person I dealt with for the duration of my stay. He was patient, genuine and honest in all aspects of the process. Having looked other places, I felt that Geoffrey was someone I could trust and recommend to family and friends. That coupled with a beautiful car that he found for me is why I did not hesitate to buy same-day. There was zero interface with a sales manager, and as a result, no pressure or gimmicks involved. I highly suggest asking for Geoffrey by name if you are looking for a consultant who values relationships and integrity over a quick buck.

This is our 4th BMW and we ve purchased all of them from BMW of Murray. We recently visited them to buy a used X5 and couldn t have been happier with the process. We worked with Jed and Ryan and they made the visit and transactions very pleasant. They both provided outstanding customer service! I would recommend them both to any potential buyers. Even though we completed the transaction after the dealership had closed, Ryan took the time to email a simple instruction link on programming our garage door and has since called to follow-up to answer any questions we may have. We truly appreciate that level of customer service! When you go to BMW, be sure to ask for Jed or Ryan!

The only person that was nice at this location was the lady that rang up my order. I was told that my part would be ready in about 5 days. It's been 5 days and more I'm being told that it may be coming from Germany and maybe in a week, they can't tell me because it's probably inn a busy or something.that's what the guy told me.
I hose thus ignition quirks better than the last and didn't have a spinning ignition problem. They didn't even send in the order till the 29th and I was in there on the 26th.

Originally, the car I purchased was out of my budget, but BMW of Murray ensured that I left their lot with the car I wanted, at the price that I needed. It was my first experience with a dealer and these guys made it easy. Parker Boice, the salesman that sold me the car, was very professional and was a joy to work with.

My salesman, Shane Romano was very helpful and friendly each time I came by to test drive a different model until I found the one that was perfect for me. Shane has even followed up with me long after the sale to make sure everything was still going well with my X5. Very happy with my car and Shane's customer service.

I love the service department here, especially the mechanic Dan Sandoval. I have a 2003 525i and he is the only person I will let work on my car. He always not only fixes whatever problem I have with my car, but checks on everything else just to make sure there aren't any other issues. He is very good about communicating with me via texts and calls so that I always know what's happening with my car. I recently had an issue with my car on a Sunday afternoon and Dan dropped what he was doing to help me figure out how to get my car over to BMW. I've never had a mechanic that was so reachable and reliable.

I recently purchased a car from BMW of Murray, however I live out of state. Andrew worked with me via email and phone to get everything set up and even picked me up from the airport. I was hoping to be at the dealer for less than 2 hours, but to my surprise was was out the door in under 30 minutes! The car was all detailed and ready to go & the condition was exactly as described which was much appreciated as I had not been able to see the car before hand. They even passed on the extras the previous owner had given them like original window sticker, extra mats and sales brochure. By far the best car dealer I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area, or in my case a few states over.

Have driven BMW for years and have loved the cars and the service department. Always have received great service working with advisor Jeff Jorgensen. Because of how well Jeff and staff always treats us when looking to purchase an additional car we stopped by the dealership and saw one we liked after hours. When we returned the following day to look at the car we were helped by Andrew Dowd who was very attentive and helpful while not being pushy. He answered any questions we had and offered to let us try comparable cars to make sure we liked the one we were looking at. We did not plan on leaving with the car that day but that is exactly what we did and it has been better than expected. Andrew has reached out after the sale to ensure we are happy with the purchase and offered to answer any questions we had and provide training on the new features.
