My first experience with Jeris Oberle was incredible!!! I couldn't be any happier. He was very polite and listened to me! He took time to explain to me everything that my car needed and what items could wait. He kept me well informed and even got me a loaner car while mine was being worked on. I have always loved BMW and now I love BMW of Murray service dept. because of Jeris and his way he took care of me. If you need service with your car ask for him,he is amazing!Thank you so much Jeris!
