The people who work here are nice but the service ...

The people who work here are nice but the service is horrible. I didn't want to write a review because they are so nice but truly they need to work on their service.

I received an email that my car had a recall. I called to schedule. I was told that it was a quick software update. I took my car in at my appointment time and they could not find me in the system. I showed them my email and they had no idea where the email came from, who I talked to or who scheduled me. They reluctantly took my car and told me it would be 3-4 hours. I asked for a loaner car because I live 30 minutes away and that is outside the range of their Uber service. There are no loaner cars and I'm told that I had to arrange that earlier. I said then I need to reschedule. The woman argues with me asking why while the service guy is happy and gives me my keys back. After some back and forth, I reschedule on a day with a loaner car. That was about an hour.

I return another day to drop off my car for the recall. At about 4.5 hours I am asked if they can keep the car overnight with no estimate of when the car will be ready. I agree because what choice do I have. I receive a text the next day around 1130am that the car will be ready in an hour. I give it extra time and arrive at 130pm. My car is not ready. I wait 50 minutes.

Checking out, I'm informed that there are no charges since it was a recall and the charging tray is under warranty but I will have to return in about a week when the parts for the charging tray arrive.

A few days later, I notice a $53 charge on my credit card from BMW of Murray. I call and was told it was for gas for the loaner car. I've never been charged for gas by a dealership or anywhere I've received a loaner car. I would have never thought BMW would. Also because they never informed me that I would be charged, they just did it.

They were nice but they kept making mistakes and acting as if it was suppose to be that way. I have to go back to this dealership for all my prepaid services. Ugh. I will never buy/lease another car from this dealership.

Tip: I've read on the DealerRater that people go to Henderson to buy to avoid the tactics at this dealership.
