So..Friday morning, go to get into my M3, flat tire on rear! Car only has mobility kit. Called Rusty Bryant, Shop Foreman at BoM. Asked if I could pump tire with Mobility Kit. He said, I'm on my way, what's your address? He was at my house in 20 minutes, took wheel off, identified puncture, took the wheel/tire back to BoM, repaired it and brought back to my house and mounted the wheel! Totally didn't expect this!! Way above and beyond! Thank you Rusty and Bom!!

Incredible Service !

Incredible Service !
My wife and I were driving from Dallas, Texas to Idaho and needed to leave our car in Utah. We found BMW of Murray and drove into the service entrance and was greeted by James Brandford. We explained our situation of needing to leave a car with him and he helped us with a location to park. In addition offered us water and access to clean restrooms. The professionalism and warm welcome given to us by James has made us a customer of BMW of Murray.

In addition Jeff Jorgensen of BMW of Murray helped us with fixing some items on the car while we left it with them. Jeff also helped us by providing the name of a transportation company to transport our car to Idaho. Again a high level of professionalism.

Thank you James and Jeff for the incredible customer care and service.

Amazing doesn't describe how great my experience was here. I have to thank Kori for all the help she did, she was quick to find answers to my questions if she didn't already know them. Everyone here made sure to exceed my expectations with my used car. Kori and everyone had all of the documents ready when I told them I was coming to buy the vehicle I'd looked at. They had it detailed, it looked so good I thought it was new vehicle they had brought in to put on the lot since I was buying one. I used their website to initiate contact with some questions, even though it was very late the next morning I had a wonderful reply informing me of some times to meet. Andrea was very helpful with email communications and eventually set up my meeting with Kori. I arrived early and Kori was ready to take me and my wife for a test drive, but didn't rush me into anything. They didn't bug me about looking up my credit and wasn't unhappy when I told them I would be using my credit union, Cyprus Credit Union. I hope anyone looking at dealers stops and goes to see Kori at BMW of Murray, you won't regret it.

Although their service department usually only does oil changes on Saturdays, they were willing to service our BMW on a Saturday when a radiator hose burst unexpectedly. Randall, the mechanic, was especially helpful and willing to work with us to get the car fixed and working that same day. We appreciated their willingness to help us out since we were from out of state and did not want to spend the weekend in Utah waiting for our car to get fixed.

Constantly frustrated with their customer service ...

Constantly frustrated with their customer service in service. The latest experience being the worse. I called for an oil change and was quoted an hour to an hour and a half tops waiting time. I brought my car in for a 10a appointment and finally had someone talk to me at 11:30 when they were just going to start to work on my car. This wasn't gonna happen since I'd spent the last hour and a half entertaining my three year old.

They tried to make it up to me by offering to come pick up my car at my house. Well epic fail. I had to leave two messages with Leland before calling his boss and telling him the situation. Finally, I got Leland to call me back and get my car picked up and serviced.

Three weeks later, was totally clueless as to why I got a charge for $35! I guess that was for gas at $8/gallon from the loaner car they dropped off while my car was being serviced. Ok, I'd be fine with that but no one explained this to me nor did I get any paperwork explaining the charges I could incur. Also I never even got an invoice letting me know of any charges they would be deducting from my account. After my runaround with the dealership as to why I had this fee I was directed to Sean in loans who handles these charges. I have left him FOUR messages with no call back. I give up. I seriously could have gotten better service at a Jiffy Lube.

Took in my BMW X5 because of a slow coolant leak. I live an hour away but figured the dealership would be the best place for service. After coming back in to pick it up (and nearly $2k later) the coolant leak is even worse now - wouldn't even make it out of the parking lot before the while coolant reservoir was empty all over the ground. Spent extra, drove further to have this fixed by the experts and I'm worse off than I started.

This was my first time going to lease a vehicle and I had the pleasure of working with Randy Jorgensen. He showed me many different vehicles within my budget, and knew everything about the vehicles top to bottom. He helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for me, a 2016 3 series 320i, and I am in love with it. I had gone to many other dealerships in search of a new car to lease, and no other dealership could compare to the service I received here. I highly recommend going here and I will be coming here again when my lease is up and getting another amazing car.

Tyler Miller was very professional, kept me up to date on the status of my car though out the day via email and phone call. The staff does an amazing job getting you into the BMW that's perfect for you! They are by far the best sales staff we have found anywhere and that's why we keep going back. Whenever we have a question about the car or service we always call BMW of Murray because we know we are going to get an honest answer. We have absolutely loved every car we have owned and every experience we have had with the dealership. When people ask us where to go we always send them to BMW of Murray.

I found the car of my dreams at BMW of Murray! First this wonderful woman, my internet advisor, Khristina Swihart. She fought for me and never gave until she found me the best price for the car. Thank you Khristina! And then my client advisor, Sir Robert Weitzel, what a guy! He takes your car buying experience to another level. Weekdays, weekends, days and nights, Robert is there; thinking of every little detail. I'm from out of state, and did not had the chance to see the car at the dealer. Robert was my guy on the field. From inspections, paperwork, detailing, sending me pictures of every step, follow up on the shipping, he did EVERYTHING!

I am absolutely blown away by the BMW of Murray Service Department. I have an undriven 2018 M3 that is in storage as a collectors car. I needed to install a trickle charger to maintain the battery but I was concerned I was going to mess something up (I'm not the most mechanically inclined person around). I called Rusty, who is the Shop Foreman and asked if there was any way to have a technician come out to my house since the car is not driven (I live 30 minutes north of the dealership). Not only did Rusty personally come out and install the trickle charger, he was extremely careful with the car and gave me several tips to maintain it as a collectors car in storage. True pro and I am now a loyal customer for life! Thank you, Rusty!

No service. I bought a BMW privately, had a minor problem with some of the software. I called ahead and they said I needed to speak to a BMW genius at the dealership. I went on my lunch break, 11:20AM to talk to a BMW Genius, there is only one and he/she was not available. I did get forwarded to several people there, but no one could do something so simple, open a ticket with telemantics, the backend server people servicing the software. What suprised me was no one asked for my name or phone number until I was walking out, I saw 2 employees huddled over a computer. I asked if they knew any BMW geniuses, they took my number and said he/she would call me. I was called, but not by the genius. I reported no contact. I called yesterday, the same number that called me and left a voicemail. Wow, apparently this genius is too busy to even call me let alone open a ticket with someone else(telemantics). That's my only gripe. I didn't have cash hanging out my pockets, so no one wanted to know what my business was there.

Through the years, I have purchased several vehicles from BMW of Murray. I have always received outstanding service both from the sales department as well as the service department. They obviously value customer service and work very hard to optimize the "shopping" experience.
I have always felt that they try to give me the best price possible. How nice to not have to banter back and forth over price.
I will continue to encourage my family and friends to use BMW of Murray for their driving pleasure. The place rocks !!!!!

I had to change my review. These guys really took care of me. Scott was funny and got the car I wanted. Old review: Do not waste your time. Robin is one of the best salesmen I have ever met. The finance group here is an absolute joke. I worked with a salesmen (when Robin was gone) who was an absolute joke, I knew more then he did and he should find a new job. The finance group behind the windows are scam artist, the don't back what they say. Trust me, go buy an Audi that ranks higher in consumer reports.

So disappointed in this service department! I had my brakes done here a year ago and in one year they are out! BMW corporation guarantees parts for TWO years, but they said it is a dealership by dealership basis of whether or not they will honor that. Dave the service manager would not, and had the audacity to ask if my driving habits had changed! Really??? Then I go out to my car after being there for one week and my entire windshield is cracked, they then tried to blame it on a rock chip which was far from the crack and refused to pay for that as well! To say that they are starting to poison the BMW brand for me is an understatement.

In a year the mechanics couldn't figure out why the battery kept getting drained even after replacing 2 parts hooked into the electrical system, at the cost of $1,539.00, kept happening (found out almost a year later there were 7 broken wires and the blue tooth system was always in the on position); nor could they figure out that the reason I had to keep refilling the antifreeze every 3-4 weeks was because it was draining into the head gasket. Once I sell this vehicle I will never own another BMW; not worth the price.

I leased an electric car from this dealership. It was such a rip off. In the winter it never got over 65 miles. In Utah it's hard to go anywhere with 65 miles. I barely drove it, in 2.5 years I put about 14,000 miles on it.
When I retuned the car they told me that I had overpaid and would be getting a refund. Next thing you know I'm getting calls from a collection agency saying I owe $64, and I wouldn't get back the over $200 that I over paid. I wrote a letter asking why and got the run around. To save my credit I paid the $64, but they lost a customer in the process!

I would like to say I have had the worst experienc...

I would like to say I have had the worst experience with the Sales department and will not mention the representative who I worked with (Robin) but, he was not professional as he was too persistent in putting me into a lease new vehicle about $300 more than the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I wished to financed due to having negative equity with my current X6. It felt as if he was patronizing my decision as to why I wished to have a payment of $300 less than the leased deal he kept pressuring me on.

He told me he would call me back with better numbers to get me into the car I wanted to get into. This was Monday night and I have still yet to receive a phone call in regards to working a deal.

Potential buyers, if you are interested in purchasing a BMW in the SLC area beware of the unprofessional sales associates. I would say on a lighter note that the service department is top notch and one of the best I have experienced.

Recently had a "service engine soon" light come on...

Recently had a "service engine soon" light come on. Called BMW of Murray and was able to get a quick appointment. Jaris got me a new BMW X1 loner for the duration of the repair. Wow what a sweet little ride. I have nearly 100,000 miles on my car so wasn't surprised when they called with the list of issues and I'm a stickler for keeping my car maintenance up but things happen during 100,000 miles. A different body shop tried to repair a rear door handle with BMW parts but didn't get it right and Jaris arranged to have that fixed at no cost. I had the loner for over 10 days and that was NICE!! Yes, repairs on imports are pricey and I called around for quotes from local Indy repair shops which were only around a $100.00 less including parts but no loner. I've been coming to BMW of Murray for 12 years and will continue to use them for repairs and eventually a new BMW. Top class all the way around.

BMW takes the pain out of car maintenance and repairs.
I am always greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Jeff Jorgensen has been my service representative for over a decade and through a couple of BMWs. He is always clear when talking to me about my car and any suggested repairs. He is the expert that I trust so that I don't have to be an expert on everything regarding my car. From Alice at the front desk, to the service bay greeters, I am always greeted by attentive and professional staff. They have never tried to add on unnecessary services.
Jeff especially gets a full 5 star rating from this customer.

Worst experience ever had with a company. They tried to tell me that check engine light was on the when I got a simple oil change, which before I came in I know for a fact that the check engine light wasn t on. They tried to tell me it was on when I pulled into the garage. Then when I tired leave my car wouldn t go into 3rd gear because they messed with my wires. Then when I came back the red headed woman at the service department gave me attitude because I was upset that they messed with my car. Never again will I go to the Murray location they are they worst at customer service especially if you are a younger looking young man.

From the moment I spoke to Dave the service director I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional and treated me like I was his sister that he truly cared about. Even when I was done with my sunroof replacement he was so nice and kind. He assigned a young man to make sure the job was done and the service I asked for was done. Jeris, was great. Both gentlemen kept in touch with me through the whole process. They towed my car and sent updates that they got it, it was in good condition, when the parts came in, when it will be done and when it was done. These guys made me feel like they really cared about me and my Beamer baby. Jeris even followed up with me a week later. Without a doubt my next car will be a BMW. Thanks guys for making me feel special and taking care of my car ASAP!

Terrible customer service. Got towed there through warranty since it was the nearest dealer, which was over 220 miles away. They were not good with communication, multiple times talking on the phone where they simply hung up, or repeatedly transferred me to voicemails. By the time I picked up the vehicle, they were rather rude, and left the vehicles rear facing the main road which makes it more difficult to pull out as well. Then I tried calling to simply find out where they put my wheel lock as I couldn t find it, and they transferred me multiple times to voicemails, and overall the work done on the vehicle was good, but customer service does not befit that of BMW that I ve received at other dealers. Especially being 1600+ miles away from home.

The Customer Support at BMW of Murray is top of the line! Geoff went above and beyond during our entire process. First: we walked into the show room ~45 minutes before closing and Geoff stayed nearly 2 hours after they closed to allow us to walk out that night with a new BMW. Second (post-sale): we encountered difficulties closing out our previous lease with Financial Services. Geoff made himself available and was extremely responsive to my inquiries. He saved me hours of phone calls/stress by working with BMW Financial Services directly to resolve the issue in a timely manner. We will be lifelong BMW of Murray customers and will encourage anyone in the market for a new BMW to go here! Thank you Geoff and team for your support!

I had an amazing experience. When I first came to check the cars, Robin took the time to let me drive the BMW X5 and showed me some features I did not know the vehicle had. He gave me an awesome test drive and a few weeks later, I went to put an order for the vehicle. After one month, I receive the vehicle and it has met and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location and I am truly glad I came to this BMW location. Robin was exceptional and when I go back I will ask for him again. Panha was also awesome. He checked my previous BMW and made sure everything went smooth with my lease return. Overall my experience was exceptional and I am loving my vehicle. White, BMW X5.

I go to BMW of Murray for all of my car needs, and repairs. I have only had great experiences there the staff is honest, quick, and efficient. I truly believe they uphold the high expectations they set for themselves. They offer transportation if needed. They have a great lobby you can have some snacks or beverages in if you decide to wait for your car. I have not had any bad experiences there what so ever. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bought a brand new 3-series here, took the car back for my first service and ask them to help me with setting up the key card that cones with the car, the lady when to find someone and after 25-30min she came back and said they don't have anyone who can help me set that up right now!
Then i went to leave, a salesman had parcked a car in front of mine and i was blocked, it took them about 20min to go find the key to that car while i was just waiting there. Terrible customer service!!

2 1/2 years ago I locked my keys in my trunk and had absolutely no way to get them out. We called every locksmith and triple A within a 30 mile radius and no one could help us. My mom called both BMW dealerships (PG and Murray). The PG location was rude and said we were out of luck, the best they could do was tow it up to them and re-key the whole car which they quoted costing over $800. A few hours later my mom got a call back from the service manager at BMW Murray who ended up dropping EVERYTHING on a saturday afternoon to drive over an hour to us. Once he showed up he was able to get into my trunk and retrieve my keys, in less than 5 minutes!!!! My mom asked how the billing for the service would work, and the service manager replied, "Don't even worry about it, it's free." We were in shock!! And he followed up with, "It's BMW policy, glad we could help!" Words cannot describe how grateful we were for his help as we were so desperate, but hopefully this review will give him some good karma! What incredible customer service, we love BMW of Murray!

I could not find an M3 in the color combo that I wanted in Los Angeles. I reached out online to Murray about one they had in stock. Andrew was extremely easy to deal with, he gave me all of the information that I asked for in a normal manner without being sales person pushy. I drove from Los Anegles with my trade-in, for which I was given an appraisal over the phone. All I did was sign papers and took delivery when I arrived in Utah which took around an hour. Cant say enough about Lee Morrin who delivered my M3 and took in my trade-in in Utah. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable salesperson. Even mailed my reading glasses that I forgot in my old car. Thanks for providing a positive car buying experience. I definitely recommend BMW of Murray.

I have been a long time LandRover owner. My recent experience at BMW of Murray absolutely changed my mind on that brand allegiance.
Shane at BMW was instrumental in getting me a very fair trade on my Range Rover and into a new X7. The entire experience was excellent.
The transaction was fast and professional, easily the best car buying experience I have had.
The X7 is an incredible SUV and truly makes the LandRover brand seem archaic. I look forward to being a BMW owner from now on.
I highly recommend BMW of Murray for anyone looking for a new car. Make sure and ask for Shane.

BEWARE !! The service department or wash rack dama...

BEWARE !! The service department or wash rack damaged the front spoiler my BMW M5. I pointed out the damage to Dave Hansen. He refused to admit their department did the damage. Then Dave Hansen began to insult me. His demeanor was rude and talked down to me as if I was a child. My whole family drives BMW's. We all will now be giving our service business to Steve Harris Ferrari and Ken Garff Mercedes. Any future BMW purchases will be out of State. I highly recomend NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH BMW OF MURRAY.

Thank you BMW of Murray. I was on my way to a wedding when my x5's failed engine light comes on a few miles from the dealership. I stopped off and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, get me into a loaner car. I was able to make it to the wedding on time thanks to their helpful and quick response. Rick tell your boss, I said you deserve a pay raise. Thanks for all your help.

Went into buy a car and sat and waited for over 20...

Went into buy a car and sat and waited for over 20 minutes for someone to talk to me. I waiting by 3 different people that worked there. Two were talking with each other (not business related). The other was on a personal call. After 20 minutes I still could never get anyones attention for more than a couple minutes. I do not think I was dressed in a way to get them to show me a car.

I usually don t leave review anything but I felt I needed to recognize the quality of service Geoffrey Simeona provided me with. From the very minute we met we were treated with the most respect and attention. He knew exactly what model we would benefit from, patiently explained the pros and cons of each option presented and made sure that we would get the most out our trade. You would say that every salesman does that but what made Geoffrey stand out was the service provided after the car was purchased. He followed up with us to see if everything was alright and provided some tips and tricks about the services included with the car. A few issues that came up were resolved very promptly and without any questions. Highly recommend this dealership and Geoffrey as the salesman. You won t be disappointed.

Not a place that inspires trust in sales or service. Took my car in for some service and the technician working on the car broke the hood release mechanism. The service adviser called to tell me that I should have the hood release mechanism replaced (no mention that they broke it). I declined but then found out a few days later it was broken when I found broken parts in my car. I called the dealership and they wanted to offer me a a discount in getting it fixed.

Customer service failure 101 - Don't break a customers car, not tell them, recommend to them to pay to have it fixed, and then when challenged with the facts, offer a slight discount. Best way to drive away repeat business when you are all about the $$$s.

UPDATE: Service Adviser Rick was a customer champion and got the broken hood release mechanism fixed. He really came through and did the right thing on behalf of the dealership. I would recommend using him as your service adviser.

My husband and I went to many dealerships looking for the perfect car for us. Hands down BMW on state street treated us way better than anybody else. Our salesman Steve Hampshire took all the time in the world to answer all of our questions and show us every little bell and whistle on the car we were interested in. It was nice not to feel rushed or like we were wasting anybodies time. He truthfully listened to all of our needs and requests and helped to find us the perfect car!!

I received a recall for my cars airbag and was told to take my car to BMW from a letter I received from BMW. I called to order the part and they said they'd call within a few days. One week later, I called them and they told me to bring the car in. I brought my car in then waited a day, then found out they didn't haven't the part in stock. I called the tech back who didn't answer so I left a message. I called back 3 other times throughout the day with no answer or return of my call. So, I came in to pick up my car and they said that the part never comes in or they must have put it on a different car... They gave me my keys and I had to find it in a huge parking lot with loads of cars that look like mine. To say the least, I am not impressed at all. The lack of unprofessionalism and not 1 apology made it worse. I don't think I will ever go back there. They have enough business where they won't need mine EVER again.

I called here to inquire about purchasing a vehicle. I love station wagons and manual transmissions so I asked about their availability. He laughed and said "nothing" when I asked about a stick so I cracked a joke about how I wish they still made more cars in manual and his response was "get therapy for it". then I asked about wagons and he very gruffly said "wagons are dead get over it"! I'm sure he was trying to be funny but it was quite unprofessional. I Love BMW's but I was so put off by the way this salesmen talked to me that I will not be coming in to look at cars here.

Paid $160 for a diagnosis in which I knew what aspects of the vehicle are faulty, however I did not know how to fix it./the direct cause of the issue. I told them the codes and issues with the vehicle thinking the techs would be able to explain the diagnosis and state what needed to be fixed or replaced... All I got was a word for word replay of what I explained to them before they took the car in for diagnosis.. So in a sense I paid $160 for them to reiterate what I already knew was going on with my vehicle
