Scott Simpson, Chris Durr, Andrea, Val, and everyone down there I've ever had the pleasure dealing with, are amazing. Unlike most car dealerships, these guys love their cars and back them, are very knowledgable, kind, and great. My wife and I have had four different Bimmers and beyond the incredible driving and performance of these vehicles, anytime we need anything, they are there and make it a great visit every time.

After 3 days of tortue at a dealership in Farmimgton, we were exhausted and about to give up on purchasing a vehicle, but we needed to purchase a car for business by the end of the week . We started to search online and found a car that we liked at BMW of Murray .
Hands down the BEST car buying experience ever! The process honestly took 30 minutes just as promised. Our salesman Andrew was professional and knowledgeable , a true pleasure to work with! The
dealership is beautiful and the service department top notch.
I sincerely mean it when I say I highly recommend BMW of Murray if you are looking to purchase , what is in my opinion the BEST brand at the BEST dealership in Utah!!

Avoid Kobe. He found that the car I wanted was at the Pleasant Grove store. He asked if he could make an appointment for me there. I said no. He asked if he could call ahead and get the car ready. I said sure, that would be great. But did he call? No. We got to the Pleasant Grove store and they had just driven the car back to Murray - they had no idea I had even asked about it. I am so glad that salesmen are making so much money that no one has to work for a living. Ugh.

The car received good care but few staff or customers were wearing masks, against the governor's current recommendation. There was no attempt at all for social distancing. The receptionist twice offered me pens that had not been sanitized between users.

I bought a BMW X5 this past month at BMW of Murray. I am from out of state, so I initially worked with Andrew and Parry Arbon via email and phone. I had a fantastic experience. Both were quick to respond and get me any information I needed or asked. They had the car and paperwork all ready to go for me the day I flew in to Salt Lake, and even picked me up at the airport. Fantastic customer service, made the car buying process very easy. Would highly recommend this dealership!

Had a new steering colum put in. Supposedly a new security system. But no new key. Oh my lights Ron oil antifreeze some other light. Car was stalling out after I picked it up and they didn't even put the battery cover back on the battery . Called you soon as I left and it's been 24 hours and they still have not called back

I came into the Murray Dealership not once but twice looking at 2 different BMW's. Both times Marion Patterson assisted me. He was very professional and attentive. He answered all my questions, he wasn't a typical high pressure salesmen, he made me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. He helped guide me in the direction of the car I purchased which I love. Thank you for being a class act Marion!

If you are looking to buy a BMW you need to go see Jed Finderup. He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. He is professional, curtious and very respectful of my time. He worked hard to make sure that I got the vehicle for my needs as quickly as possible. It felt like I was buying a car from my friend rather than just some salesman. I've already purchased 2 cars from him and as long as he remains at BMW they will have my business.

I would like to preface that I typically have had ...

I would like to preface that I typically have had great experiences with the service department. This time in particular was not the same as others. I should preface that my car (BMW 528i xdrive) needed some work that cost quite a bit - but that is not the reason for this post.

My car had to be towed in on a Tuesday, and I towed it in C/O a specific rep - who wasn't the one who ended up receiving it. I feel that if BMW would have assigned the car to the rep it was supposed to get to, my experience would possibly have been better. I didn't know my car had been received all day. I had to call in close to 4pm to ask if they had received it, at which point they informed me they had. They told me they wouldn't get to it until the next day, so I waited until the next day...no call, so I called in close to 4pm to find out that they looked at it and it should be done Thursday (the following day). Following that (on Wednesday) I received the email/text with the parts and services that needed to be done which I agreed to then waited to hear back. Again, I waited until 4pm Thursday before reaching out, at which point they told me it wouldn't be done until the next day.

Friday, I didn't hear anything again so I reached out again around 4pm at which point they told me that the parts didn't come in so I needed to wait until Monday...I hope you are sensing a pattern here. Monday I reached out at 4pm and they said they got one part but not the other, and that it would be done Tuesday. Tuesday I heard nothing again, finally reached out at 3 at which point they finally told me it would be done at 5pm.

What was supposed to be a couple days, ended up being a week - and I had to proactively reach out to get the updates every single time. It was very frustrating to go through.

Finally, I got my car, paid the bill - OH, I needed to get my safety and emissions inspection done and the service rep said they would take care of it since they had it already, and that wasn't done - and when I got my car back, the back seat had been pulled out and not put back, granted, it was easy to pop back into the correct place but for me to have to do it just added to the frustration of this whole experience.

Would I recommend service here? Normally, with a warranty, I would totally recommend them, but based on this past experience, I would not.

It is very sad to see that this service center doe...

It is very sad to see that this service center does not represent the quality of the cars they work on. After having them look at my M3 and deciding that it needed a new transmission for $7,800.00
I asked if it could be any other problem since it only has 88,000 miles on it.
They said it was the transmission and nothing else.
So, it took it to another shop that I have never been to that was referred by a friend / mechanic and they found the problem was a broken spring in the shifter to be replaced for only $560.00
I am in the process of buying a new BMW again so I will probably purchase in Vegas
like it did before due to rude and inattentive sales staff that assumes that I don't have money to buy a car from them.
The M3 that I purchased before was special ordered thru Desert BMW Vegas.

I called in for a quote for a windshield and was quoted one price and told them they could charge the card for it and they charged $300.00 more than quoted. I called in and spoke with the person about it and they said they misjudged the amount of time the labor would take to put in a windshield which was 5 hours!! Give me a break. I asked to have the difference credited back and they wouldn't. Will not be doing business again here! Very unprofessional.

Went in last week to discuss ordering a '16 M4... I worked with Steve Hampshire who spent just under two hours with me. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable about the car. He searched through several catalogs to show me different leather options I could have including individual colors. We went through the entire sales process and I received prices with several different down payment options. The experience was great, dealership was clean, and I received the typical water, snacks, etc. Unfortunately we weren't able to make a deal happen due to the fact I'm moving across the country soon and the price of the car here compared to back East. I'm still very happy I stopped in!

I bought an Acura here. But, they didn't treat me any different from the BMW customers. They didn't force or pressure me into buying it. They gave me space and time to think about it. I am glad that I went to these guys.

Ask for Ryan. He is chilled out.

If I buy a BMW, I know exactly where to go :)

Avoid bmw of Murray at all costs. They are not very helpful at all unless you purchase the products from them. I will willing to pay for a key to be programmed to my car that I purchased online but they would not do it from me.! Very rude and unprofessional technician. Told me I had to buy a 250$ key from them.

I recently bought a BMW 328d wagon and fell in love! I have always wanted a wagon and this car was the perfect fit. The same day I realized there was a headlight out and so I called my sales specialist Marion Patterson and he coordinated everything to fix the problem. I understand that when buying a pre-owned car you run the risk of something happening, though Marion is so understanding of the client experience that he went out of his way to make sure the problem was fixed, flawlessly. Thank you Marion for your excellent customer service and competence and thank you BMW of Murray for all your help.

My 3-series is my baby. I love that car an insane amount. Therefore I don't trust it to get serviced anywhere else except at BMW of Murray. I was assigned Jerris Oberle as my service advisor, and I have requested for him ever since. He is constantly making my life 10x easier, and makes the process smooth, stress free, and fast. Even during busy times I still get treated with high quality customer service. There is also this really great receptionist named Alice who is perfect! She is always so helpful, and does an excellent job of taking care of me right away. This is my first time ever writing a review, and I just wanted to make sure that Jerris, Alice, and BMW were acknowledge for their outstanding service.

I am not happy with the Service department. I live about an hour away from this BMW location, so it is quite a drive for me. I got a recall for my X1's airbag. I called and got an apt set up, it was 3 weeks out. They said that they wouldn't have a loaner car for me (that was upsetting because my Lexus I had previously, they would bring me a brand new car all the way out to Roy and then take my car for me- which was amazing) When arriving to BMW yesterday they ended up having 3 loaner cars available. The next day I got a call saying that they don't have an airbag in stock and that I will need to bring back my loaner car and take my car till next week when they get it in. (so spend 4 more hours driving to this location after already spending 2 hours) Called the store back asked to talk to a manager he wouldn't answer 4 phone calls. Talked to the our service advisor, she put me hold for 30 seconds and said that they do have an airbag and will have it done today (how did they randomly get an airbag? Who knows. One week turned into an hour) After work I headed to the store, it took an hour and a half to get there. When I arrived my paper work said that the airbag was not done. Two people told me "I'm in Sales" Which makes me think this business is not working as a team. They finally got the Service Manger on the line and he said it was done but not updated in the system. Why would I want to buy my next $90k car at a business that gives this much hassle.

As i finished a test drive with him on a beautiful 750li my friend called me
from work and needed a jump since battery died in the office parking lot.

When i went to get into my car to go help my coworker. my car wouldnt start
(it was a bad ignition coil)
i went back inside and asked for his help and he was more than happy to help me. He drove me to jump start my friends car which was close by Thanks again Andrew i look forward to buying that beautiful 750li from you.

I would buy again from this dealership.

My sales person, Parry, knew his stuff. I'm a professional mechanical engineer, and I appreciated it when the sales person knows what he/she is talking about, and I get irritated when they simply pretend. The latter becomes obvious very quickly.

There were no high pressure sales tactics. I called ahead to examine a car I selected online. The car was prepped and ready when I arrived. I test drove it, like it, and "we talked" - they gave me a price, I told them what I thought was a fair price, and what I was willing to pay, they accepted my offer, and we were done. There was none of that back and forth nonsense with the "man behind the curtain." Our negotiations were completed in a few minutes.

I would be pleased to recommend this dealership.

I have taken my BMW in to the BMW of Murray service drive many times, for regular maintenance, oil changes and help linking my smart phone to my BMW. The folks in the service drive have always been helpful, directing me to the parts department or a service advisor when necessary. Val usually attends to me and my car, and she is prompt, professional and communicates as necessary with me. Overall, I have been extremely satisfied with their services and will continue to take my BMWs there for servicing.

Everything went very smoothly, it was one of the most relaxing car buying experiences I ever had. The reason for not giving 5 stars is that Isai's knowledge of the car was not very accurate, slowly I am finding out that I am not having features that he said the car had.

This place is a joke! Teressa in service talks to you like you are bothering her. I scheduled a service to have my brakes,transmission flush,oil change at 8am and they didnt get my car in till the NEXT DAY! Then after having it all day they call me to come get it and all they had done was the oil change! Teressa told me that none of the things i wanted done were due and there for they didnt change them. Well i am the type that wants his fluids changed every 3000-7500miles not 15000like bmw recommends. If im paying for the service then do what i ask! This is not the first bad experience i have had with this service department as i have had many BMWs. It is worth your time to go somewhere else. I would rather drive to a far away service department then spend another dime with that stuck up place.

I recently purchase a used 340i xDrive from BMW of Murray and it was a great car buying experience. First I am from out of state and never even set foot in the dealership, which was very handy during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, Caroline Olson was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Caroline was very courteous throughout the price negotiations. Once we agreed on the price, Caroline did a great job of making sure that all of my requests for vehicle history documentation, 3-rd party inspection, and shipping were completely and promptly taken care of. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from BMW of Murray and I especially recommend working with Caroline Olson.

I first went to BMW of Murray back in February of 2015 to look at the i-3. I went into the store and was quickly greeted by Chris Durr. He took the time to walk me through the car even though he knew I hadn't yet completed my research on the competing electrics. He was quick to follow up on my long series of questions and even set a meeting with their onsite Genius. Then over the next 6 months he did a great job of keeping me in the loop on specials and offers.

In August we dropped in and surprised him with the request that if they could meet the national offer on the i-3 then we would be willing to look at a 3-series Certified Pre-Owned Sportwagen.They happened to have a couple in stock and one of them matched our ideal. Chris then made me a spectacular offer which was the final nail in the coffin for my well-loved VW Sportwagen TDI and our Subaru.

We now happily drive each others cars and look forward to our future dealings with BMW of Murray.

It has been two years since I first started having...

It has been two years since I first started having my vehicle serviced with BMW of Murray and I will never go elsewhere. They do incredible work, very timely, and their service team is impeccable! Jeris Oberle has been my service advisor for the past two years and he consistently has proven to be the best! He is knowledgeable, prompt, and I know whenever my car is there that it is in the best hands!

Fell in love with the BMW brand at 18. Now 40 year...

Fell in love with the BMW brand at 18. Now 40 years later, and after the 320i, 528e, 328i, 328e, 525i, e36 M3 and current e46 M3 and 540i M-Sport, it was time to replace the 540i (wife's car.) It had been a rough year repair-wise with clutches and control arm/trailing arm bushings and I was almost getting weak in the knees. Test drove a couple of different brands (yuk) and did a lot of research and searching of customer reviews. Decided to drop in to the pre-owned side of the street at BMW of Murray to see what I would be missing if I left the brand. I was greeted by Parry Arbon, a fresh new face in sales. We drove two cars, then I brought my wife back and we drove one of those two and two more. She's a beemer girl that won't admit it. "Just get me a car with cupholders.....and I might be ready for an automatic transmission," she had said. Right. After driving a 2003 540i M-sport with 290hp for 6 years? I knew she'd be complaining if she couldn't pass anyone anytime, and couldn't accelerate faster than "that guy at the light in the 3rd lane when the 3 lanes quickly become 2 lanes after the intersection."
During the test drive of the very nice 2008 535i twin turbo in-line 6 (N54 motor) with sport package, I quietly sat in the back seat and let Parry work his magic as he taunted her to discover what 300 horsepower, delivered smoothly thoughout the entire RPM range felt like. She got all giggly. He had her brake hard to see braking she'd never experienced before.
Normally I have to twist her arm to buy a car. I let several days slide by till finally she dropped a few hints..."Are you going to go see about that car?"
The entire purchase experience was superb. Professional, nice people! No arm twisting, no bait and switch. My former ownership experience was respected, and took on a "part-of-the-family" feeling. Parry was excellent at helping us discover how to get what we needed. The sales manager came out and visited with us as we worked out terms that were acceptable to us. I felt they wanted to keep us as long-term customers. It gave "the ultimate driving experience" new meaning. Parry called us before and after the sale to make sure everything met our expectations. Wow!

I recently just purchased a BMX X3 with the help of Ben Ostler at BMW of Murray. Ben was more than helpful throughout the entire process from helping me find the vehicle I was looking for, explaining the features, showing me everything the vehicle was equipped with during the test drive and after, and helping me through the purchase process. He was very informative and great in follow up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle and making sure I didn't have any questions. Whenever I've had questions, he was very prompt in responding to me which means a lot. I can say without a doubt that my next car will be another BMW and I will make sure I contact Ben when I do. I highly recommend both BMW of Murray and Ben Ostler.

I have come in with two BMW's at least four times ...

I have come in with two BMW's at least four times in the last five years and the Service department is very hit-or-miss. I give 5 stars to Valerie and Scott, who were spectacular service advisors, I've never had any better than them. Very disappointing experience with Tyler and Kyle, who were hard to get a hold of to get an update on the status of my cars. They also charged me a higher service price than initially quoted. I had to leave three different voice messages for Kyle to call me back with an explanation (on May 13th, May 19th, and May 24th). He left me a voicemail on May 24th telling me he was going to find out, as there could have been a price variance with the part. Today is July 25th and I am yet to hear back from Kyle. I know that I'm not purchasing a $40,000 car, but I expect better service from a $1,000+ tab every time I come in. I hope Pleasant Grove does better than Murray because that's were I'm going next time.

I love BMW of Murray. I love the resources that Jeris Oberle makes available to me as a valued customer. I want to say family, rather than customer. I feel like family. I love the entire BMW team.

I love that when I take my car in, I get a really nice BMW as a loaner. What a life saver!

I love the winter tire service. BMW stores them, mounts them, and I get to utilize high performance summer tires, and then maximize the winter experience. Running 2 sets of tires is easy, safer, convenient, and affordable. This is brilliant! Everyone should consider this extraordinary service.

I think most people have this idea that the warranty adds are a waste of money for the customer, and a margin booster for the dealer. The warranty adds through BMW of Murray have saved me money and maximized my purchase. I am so happy that your people are aware of these, because they are so worth it. I recommend all of them (especially the tire/rim and windshield) since BMW of Murray is behind it. It has integrity and value. I cannot say enough about your warranty programs. No one does it like BMW of Murray.

Lastly, I am a BMW customer for life. I will always purchase BMW, because it allows me to be all that I can be while I enjoy the best cars on the planet. Again, Jeris Oberle ROCKS it! Thank you for being such a strong dealership from top to bottom, inside and outside. I am looking forward to working with all of you. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lastly, BMW in general is crushing the car experience. BMW addresses every demographic, every driver, and every price range. And they are all BMW. BMW is not cheap, BMW is robust, and engineered for the driver. BMW has created not just a vehicle but an experience. Maintaining a BMW with Jeris on the team is the full package. All dealers and non BMW cars pale in comparison to the depth of BMW of Murray. I cannot say enough about BMW. I think I have addressed my thoughts and experiences. I could go on, and on, and on. But I will keep is short.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!! Smooth process with no hassle thanks to Sanel Kibric. From the moment I arrived until the time I drove off the lot, Sanel was above and beyond professional and helpful, answering all my questions in detail, making sure I was completely satisfied. He even followed up with me after I purchased my vehicle to inquire how I was doing and if I had questions. I am very pleased and satisfied with my 2013 BMW 328i xdrive! I just love my new car and highly recommend BMW of Murray, as the atmosphere and staff are very welcoming and inviting. Sanel is outstanding and will make your experience a positive one for sure!!!

Went in there after my previous car had been totaled and had a great experience. Shane Romano helped set everything up and was incredibly patient with me. Absolutely no pressure, just an amazing experience. I would absolutely recommend you go see Shane if you need a vehicle!

BMW of Murray is a joke I had one tire replaced for almost $400. I went home and decided why don t I get the other three done. Icalled them to see if they had a loaner car all they could tell me was my service advisor could not be found and to call back Wednesday. I will never do business with BMW of Murray. Jeff Jorgensen and the customer service director are both a joke. if they can rectify this issue I will move this review but until then, you are rated an F!!!

Most unprofessional BMW dealership or car dealership I ve worked with.

They could care less if they sale you a car or not. After waiting for about 15 minutes to be helped I finally asked them about the 3 different vehicles that where listed for sale on their website and sitting in their lot, no one knew anything about the cars. After the first guy that helped me disappeared I asked someone else to help me and they told me they couldn t find the keys and didn t even know if the vehicles I was interested in are for sale, yet they are on their website listed for sale. You would think if your looking at spending 60k+ on a car they would try and help you or at the very least point you in the right direction, they could care less to earn your business. After never receiving a clear answer and hearing a runaround story of why they don t have the keys or if they can even sale the cars I left. Go to another BMW dealership to spend your money!

I drive an older BMW and I ordered a new key through BMW of Murray. After I picked up my key they sent me over to get it programmed. The last dealership I went to to get a new key never programmed it for me. The kind employee programmed both of my keys and then he had an extra BMW emblem that he placed on my hood, normally a $60 purchase. I am extremely impressed with this employee and because of him, I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I'm not the kind of guy who looks like he belongs ...

I'm not the kind of guy who looks like he belongs in a BMW dealership and, in all honesty, am probably not. I'd spent weeks scouring the web and combing local dealerships for a WRX that I wanted and would fit in my price range. I saw BMW Murray had one that might fit the bill but was a bit out of my range, so I emailed and asked what they could do for me. Right away they offered me enough of a good deal that I decided to go in and take a look.
Now I'm at the point in my life where I had made some bad past decisions and my credit is bad as a result. I'm working on building it back but am not there just yet. My loan came through an agency and I thought all was good to go. I dealt with Robert and he went above and beyond from point 1 to work with my loan group to ensure they had what they needed (and also that I had what I needed as well). The loan group started pulling some nasty strings on their end and threw me for a loop a few times but Robert pulled through every time and, in the end, made leaps and bounds and sacrifices, all so a guy he barely knew could leave satisfied, and with a car he wanted.
I'm not really a person who does reviews for business stuff, because I tend to feel like most of them are, well, just businesses..but these guys took a guy who should probably have been looking at some lower end dealerships and made him feel as though he'd walked in to purchase a high-end BMW at their establishment. I really can't even describe the feeling of gratitude and elation as the deal was sealed and I knew I was for sure walking away with a car I've dreamed about owning for ages.
Robert and the team at BMW Murray are rockstars, and truly good folk, and I know exactly where I'll be starting next time I'm in the market for a car.

I had an amazing car buying experience at BMW of Utah. I expressed interest in a car that was a different location and they were willing to accommodate me by bringing the vehicle at a location much closer to me. Marty was very courteous and took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about the vehicle. He was more than helpful and have amazing customer service. Weston, the manager was also very pleasant to work with. Overall I am very happy with the service and my purchase.

I found a car I knew I was going to buy and it happened to be at this dealership. It was a 2012 Fiat 500 and it was already priced well so haggling was not going to be necessary. I made an appointment and went in. Parry was who helped me, he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire thing, anticipated my needs. I am happy with my purchase.

horrible. i spent thousands of dollars on service. only to get my car back with problems that it didn't even have in the first place. I will not buy a car or get my car service from here ever again. overprice and poor service.

At my last visit I had the brake fluid done on my car. The usual advisor that I always go to wasn't there, so I saw another advisor. Followed up with an issue with my brakes always making an embarrassing loud noise upon breaking because my usual advisor and technician couldn't figure it out several times in the past since I've had my car. Thankfully, this one time I see another advisor he was able to give me an answer. I was told, the last time I got my brake pads changed a part wasn't shaved down, so now I have to deal with an issue that was not my mistake and was told to pay for an issue that I didn't cause but an issue that was caused by a technician that didn't do his job right. It's embarrassing driving a BMW that makes a loud noise when coming to a stop. Don't get me wrong, the advisors are always great, but why should I, the customer deal with such an embarrassing ordeal?! If you were in my position, I'm sure you wouldn't like people staring at you and your BMW that makes a loud, disturbing noise.
