I've bought seven cars from BMW of Murray because unlike many other dealerships with which I have dealt, the sales manager Scott Simpson has always been very fair, open and helpful during the purchase process with an eye on developing a good long-term customer relationship versus a one-and-done deal. Not only that, but if I ever need assistance with a car even years later, he's my first call and a great advocate with any service or parts concerns at the dealership.
In my mind, nothing makes buying a car easier than knowing that my trade will always be well appraised (Scott doesn't just take a sole bid from his used car manager, but shops it around for maximum value) and the purchase price will be reasonable. It's great to basically just say to a sales manager, "Here's what I've got, here's what I want" and know that when one sits down to sign the paperwork the numbers are going to be as good as they can be.
