Very bad experience. The sales rep Tony was having a bad day at work and it showed in his conversation with us. Acting condescending, behaving as if we owe him a purchase, saying useless comments about how his time is precious. Totally out of the line and forcing us to make a purchase. Is this how you treat your prospective customer. Please learn the basics!
