I recently purchased from BMW of Murray and I must say I have been really impressed with the service and experience I have received from them. From the moment I walked onto the sales floor I was greeted by Caroline who made all the difference. I would highly recommend working with her. She was knowledgeable and knew when to share and when not to share. She just let me experience the car for what it was. When I had a question she answered it thoroughly and when she didn't have an answer she found out promptly. BMW is lucky to have her as sales professional.
