They were very professional with a recent warranty...

They were very professional with a recent warranty claim where the BMW dealership in Pleasant Grove, UT found nothing wrong. With 5,000 miles left on the warranty, my transmission and oil pump was replaced. This would have been very costly if I would have settled for the answer that the other dealership gave me. I am thankful for the professionalism I received. I have nothing but good things to say about the BMW dealership of Murray.

I love my car, but I've lost trust in the service ...

I love my car, but I've lost trust in the service department. I took my car in for 1 new tire which was damaged from road debris. Later they told me I needed 4 new tires because the other 3 were worn out. I know... predictable, but I thought BMW would be different. My other tires were just over 6 months old, 6 - 7 thousand miles on them, and in good condition. You have to be able to trust the service department, especially in areas you can't see and understand yourself. Unfortunately, BMW of Murray has proven they are not worthy of your trust. If you have to have a BMW, service it somewhere else.

I called the Murray dealership on a 320 they had. I talked to Tiffany who said they car was at Pleasant Grove. Thought not her deal or commission she coordinated for me with the Pleasant Grove. I got to the dealership 5mins after they closed but stayed back for me. Andy was the sales rep (coordinated by Tiffany, after hours) and we got the deal done in 15-20mins (appraisal of my car and deal on the 320xi). Excellent to deal with and best deal I found. Highly recommend them. Had a friend who bought a 330xi at the Murray store (took 15-20mins on his deal as well)

I just had the worst experience with their service...

I just had the worst experience with their service. Its monday today and I got my car serviced and got the oil changed(according to the invoice) on last saturday, but today my car is displaying drivetrain malfunction which basically proves that they have done nothing with the oil change. I am able to hear cranky sound from the engine. I also called the dealership in the evening and they said that they might have forgotten to reset the system as i was continuously able to see the low engine oil level notification. I am pretty sure that this negligence of the dealership has definitely caused some damage to the engine.

Over all my experience with BMW Murray has been very good. I have had a recent problem with my 335-d that was very unusual and technical. BMW did not really have the long term answer to this problem but, Dan Taylor and Valerie Sehara really went way beyond normal service to help me. I am a gear head and did some research on my own, and did not come up with the solution, Dan took the time to check with other service managers to find a fix. I am very happy with the result and want to thank them both for their service and persistence to make a happy customer.

I have an older model low miles X5 and from time to time I need something done to the Beamer. I have been to BMW Murray serveral times and each time the Service Adviser Rick Alevedo diagnoses my problem. Rick gives me a realistic time for the fix and a good estimate. He follows up with me as the repair progress. If you have a BMW and need repairs go to BMW Murray! You ll be glad you did!

I purchased a used BMW 328i xDrive from BMW of Murray and had an outstanding experience. My salesman was Parker Boice and he was super friendly and patient throughout the entire process. I felt like they worked with me extremely well to get me the car I wanted, for a price I could afford. I got a great deal. I live about 100 miles from the dealership and Parker had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there, making it a quick and painless process. He also took the time to go through everything in the car to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles during the test drive and again before I left the lot. He definitely knows his stuff.

All in all, it is a great dealership with a very polite and friendly staff. It is the kind of no hassle, no pressure dealership that you would hope to find. I would buy another car from them in a heartbeat and I would recommend anyone in the market to get down to BMW of Murray.

I recently purchased a 2011 335 I from Kori Criddle. I actually had just stopped by the dealership to take a look at some of their inventory thinking that I was going to be purchasing a M3 from a dealer downtown. I had concerns over a Carfax report that the other dealer said was no problem. Kori went out of her way to pull an Auto Check on the car for me and found out there was indeed frame damage. Being a bit bummed, I hesitantly asked what she had that would be a great fit for what I was looking for. She showed me a car and gave me the opportunity to take it to lunch and drive it around for a bit. We came back and discussed terms a bit (in the pouring rain!) and I told her that I would take the weekend to think about. There was no pressure from her and was available via text to answer all my questions over the weekend. I called her Monday morning and told her I had a window to come pick up the car before heading to a meeting. When I arrived, she had everything ready and I was in and out in about 30 - 40 min including a quick tutorial. She made the entire process smooth and I feel she really tried to understand what I was wanting and was interested in.

I would highly recommend Kori Criddle and BMW of Murray.

What a difference a good dealer, salesman & staff make when deciding to step into the love/hate experience of buying a car. I absolutely dread the car buying process and have had some horrible experiences. However, BMW of Murray, Andrew and the entire staff made the whole dreadful experience, actually very easy and not the least bit dreadful. From the test drive, to discussing price, from the purchase to the service side, I have been more than pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend this dealer, their service team & especially Andrew in sales and will definitely be back when I am ready to move onto the 5 series. You have earned a customer for life. Thanks BMW of Murray & Andrew for renewing my faith in the car buying process and making it "fun" again!

I have always had a great experience at this dealership. My advisor Preston has always been very helpful and is excellent at keeping me updated while my vehicle is in service. I think his name is randy on sales floor was very helpful in answering questions for me as well. Only helpful piece of info I would give is to update the lounge/waiting area. I feel it is far behind all the other dealers around.

I bought a 2015 BMW X1 with low miles from an online dealer. I was having a lot problems with my car because an aftermarket windshield was installed. This caused water to leak into the vehicle.

Tara, the service advisor, was phenomenal. The delarship covered a very expensive part because I was recently out of the warranty period.

They also trouble shot all my problems and made the required repairs. They even brought me to the repair area to show me the corrosion that occurred from the leaking windshield.

My only regret is I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My next vehicle will be purchased from them, and due to their phenomenal service and treatment, they have a loyal customer for life, thank you.

My experience at BMW-Murray has been exceptional! We were looking for the perfect x3 and we found it. With the help of an impeccable salesman, Josh Stepanski who, for one month, kept us updated on a weekly basis reminding me he was doing everything he could to find us our car .To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. My daughter and I both bought BMW's through Tony Seaborn in December 2019. Usually sales reps are done talking to you after they sell you a car, but not Tony. He has always gone above and beyond to answer any follow up questions we have had. Tonight, my daughter was stranded with a ripped tire and I texted Tony at 10:00 pm to see if we could tow the car to BMW. Not only did he respond to my late night text message, but his first question was "Is she ok?" I don't just feel like a number with Tony and I will always be a loyal BMW driver because of my experience with him. He knows the real meaning of customer service. Plus, let's face it... BMW's are just the best vehicles out there.

I leased a BMW two years ago and loved the process and still love my car. Scott Stratford was able to help me find the perfect one. I was pretty particular on what I wanted and what price range I wanted to stay in and after a few weeks of him looking (and me worrying that he wasn't going to be able to find one), he found the perfect car for me. It had everything I wanted and more. I would highly recommend him, as well as their service department. They have been great every time I have went in there. Definitely the best car I have bought and they are definitely the best car company I've dealt with and Scott did a fantastic job.

JoAnna at BMW of Murray helped my wife and I buy our first car 8 months ago, and it was a great experience. She was not pushy at all, texted us back quickly with answers to our many questions, and got us the right price on the vehicle. 8 months later and we are still very happy, have not had any issues with the car.

Only a couple things that did not make the experience perfect (which were not the salesperson's fault): We had to reprint the paperwork like 4 times because it had typos, even after giving them a copy of our drivers license to ensure the info was correct. We were required to come back in to pick up license plates, rather than have them mailed to us.

I typically have driven Nissan's and Toyota's over the years. My son however has owned a couple of BMW's. My son lives in Costa Mesa California and recently totaled his last BMW. He asked me for help in purchasing an X5. We spent one whole night on the phone discussing the vehicle. I tried to talk him into some other kinds of vehicles with no luck. He had his hart set on the X5 and I could not change his mind.

The next day I decided to stop into BMW of Murray to continue my quest to find reasons why my son should not by his X5. I was met on the lot by Parker Boice. Parker immediatly got my attention by pointing out the engineering benifits of BMW's.
We then drove a 530xi and I was hooked, I had the BMW fever myself. I really could see why my son had to have his Beemer.

We went ahead and purchased the X5 for my son in California but now I wasn't satisfied anymore with my vehicle. I stopped by the following week to see Parker and purchased an X3 for myself. My first Beemer.

Dealing with Parker was always low key and informitive. He was always patient and polite. I feel very pleased with the work he did in my behalf. Thanks to Parker, buying my Beemer was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I've encountered.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BMW OF MURRAY!! We purchased a vehicle that BMW of Murray never had a title for, and now we have no way to obtain the title of the car. This place has been ZERO help! Often times being down right rude to us (probably because they know what they did was illegal) I can't stress this enough, do not buy a car from them!!!

I've had 2 service visits and they have been great my advisor Jeff Jorgensen kept me updated both times and my vehicle was finish on time as promised.

We just bought a car from Ryan Roosendaal and we had a fantastic experience. Ryan was extremely professional and put us in the car that worked best for us. No high pressure sales tactics. He worked hard for us to get into the car we wanted. We will definitely buy from Ryan again and encourage others to do so too. You won't regret it. The others who helped us with the sale were great. Cameron from BMW genius was excellent to work with and the warranty folks were also great at explaining options. Very satisfied with the experience overall experience!

UPDATED: This dealership took a deposit on a car and sold it out from under us. It may have been a lack of communication between their team, however, this is a poor way of doing business.
After spending all day working with a sales person in their online sales department, I negotiated a cash price on a car. I confirmed the car was still available and since I was traveling on business we made a deposit until we could wire the money in the morning. They told me the car would be pulled from inventory at that point. 20 minutes later my wife arrived at the dealership to view the car and continued through the sales process. After being there for a while they told us that the car was now sold. They then credited my credit card and said sorry we sold it to someone else.

They may do a good job in person but they are not to be trusted online.

This is the first bad review I have placed on Google and super unsatisfied with our service at this dealership. This kind if respect is not acceptable from any dealership especially a BMW dealership.

The maintenance staff was also very easy to work with to get winter tires installed. They also store the tires I m not using depending on the time of year - cool perk. He was very involved right from the beginning and he even followed up and stayed in touch after the purchase which was great. We were very nervous earlier to go for such a big out of state purchase but Stephen made the whole process seamless. Awesome job Stephen and BMW of Murray! Great staff!

First let me say thanks to my sales coordinator Steve Hampshire for his hard work and dedication. He was very patient from the beginning, the reason I am saying because my budget was little low and that didn't make him lose interest or anything, what happened with me at Mercedes-Benz .

He was very professional and not pushy at all. He found a really nice car, nicely loaded more than my expectations, slightly more than my budget. But I loved it and I strongly recommend everyone to meet Steve at BMW Murray. Steve You all in more ways than one add a new meaning to the word teamwork. I really appreciate the time and effort that you put for me. You have proven to be professionals as well as people who care and for that I am thankful. Sales team is great and very responsive. They don't have a ton in the way of on site inventory. Service department is usually slower than they estimate and rarely have loaner cars. Shuttle service is slow. But they had the two i3 cars I wanted, so that's something.

I had been looking to buy a used VW Gti 2.0 Turbo for a few weeks when I came across one for sale at this dealership online. The car had great pictures and looked to be in excellent condition. I proceeded to drive up and have a look at it. I was greeted and although I am 29 and look as though I might only be 20 I was treated with respect and acknowledgement. Robert Weitzel was the one available to help me and after asking me to have a seat so that he could finish up with another customer he proceeded to ask if I would like a drink. The lobby was inviting and quite luxurious with leather couches, TV and cool car magazines to read. He was very polite and informative and showed me the car I had come to see. It was just as it had been advertized and in fact had less miles. He took me for a test drive and allowed me to drive it through a creative test course he had mapped out already,which allowed me to test all the features and stability of the vehicle. I was very pleased and was set on purchasing this car. My girlfriend who works and university federal credit union advised me that they have a scale rating for dealerships that is 1-3 and that this one scored a 3 and is not to common. In other words they come highly recommended. Robert was in contact with me throughout the whole process and made this car buying experience very painless. Thanks again and my next car will also be purchased from them :)

I have taken my 2009 M3 in to this location several times for service, and each time I have been very impressed with their level of service. The first time I was in, the shop foreman, Daniel Taylor, was out on the service drive and took care of a small issue I had right on the spot. He then proceeded to ask me about the car and if I was familiar with it. He took about 15 minutes of his time to ride along with me in the car and show me several features I didn't fully understand. All this and I didn't even purchase the car from them (I got it used at a different dealership.) Scott has been my service advisor and has been great to deal with as well, making sure everything gets done quickly and even making sure they don't wash my car (I prefer to do my own.) He always follows up to make sure my experience was good. I definitely recommend their service department!

Agree with max; in all fairness I haven't purchased a BMW through them, but have 3 series I bought used from the Lexus. I had a road trip coming up, and one of the check engine lights were on. I called BMW since Lexus doesn't know how to do it, and they told me it was 3 weeks waiting list to bring my car in. On a separate occasion I brought it in to get an oil change. Stood there waiting for someone to help us for 20 minutes. No one was even in their offices.

As far as dealing with their sales men, you better look like you can afford one and be of an older age. Im also a young age (19) and they basically treated me like an idiot throughout their whole sales pitch.

If i wasn't such a BMW fan, Id probably be done with it all together.

I was about to call this dealership to get my BMW ...

I was about to call this dealership to get my BMW i3 in for a recall and thought I'd check out the reviews. I see a few that are a concern to me. it's normal to see some people are just upset but there seems to be a pattern here. Usually if you see a review left by a person who has only done 1 review it is sign they are fake or only give reviews when they are crazy angry or (if the review is a shiny 5 stars) they have been requested to leave a review after a pleasant experience. I look at reviews with more then 1 or 2 as a good pointer. UPDATED 10/18/18 I went in to have the recall performed on my car. They were very clear and communicated superbly with me. Tara was the person looking after me for the dealership and she was perfect. The place is very clean compared to a typical dealership for other cars. it does look very expensive to keep this up so i just hope that my BMW doesn't ever need their nice clean hands on my car because I'm sure I'll have sticker shock.

I went into BMW of Murray just browsing. My spouse and I have very specific tastes and had been looking at BMW's for some time. We wanted the vehicle mainly for an around town type car but still wanted the sport, comfort and versitility to take it on trips if neccesary. Randy Jorgensen happened to ask how I was doing and if he could help with anything. I explained what I was after and he started showing me options. The nice thing about this was it was more of a discussion then a "force". I viewed it as more of a what are you after then an opportunity to oversell me a car. Honestly it was the best vehicle purchase that I have ever experienced. From Randy being helpful and showing me options to Doug Brower working us through a deal that made everyone happy to the detail department pulling together a rush job to get us on our way. Be careful. I heard this dealership is notorious for finding issues in your car, especially in the month of December. Leaking oil or leaking transmission fluid are the classic ones. Then it happened to me. During my last oil change, they found both and wanted $3,000 to fix it. I received several follow calls by managers warning me I needed the repairs. I again declined and took it to another dealership, where they found no issues. A year later, I moved out of state and just went for another oil change. Once again, no issues and laughed. BMW of Murray...you are thieves. Merry Christmas. My next BMW will be all electric!

Guess they aren't interested in doing sales today. Tried getting through to sales and the phone keeps transferring me to the menu, stuck in this cycle. I moved on. I own 3 bimmers, 1 purchased here and serviced too. To be fair, 3 months ago they did an awesome job keying into my x3, free of charge.

My name is Brad and I am the General Sales Manager for a New Car Dealership. Of course when I bring in my vehicle to another dealership I am really looking things over to see how things go. I left this dealership with a list of things that I can focus on at my own Dealership, it was top notch. I had a very big job that needed to be done on my X5 and Tara Fresquez went absolutely above and beyond. She communicated with me throughout the entire process, delivered the vehicle ahead of schedule and the whole process from dropping off the vehicle, to the financial transaction to even the waiting area filled with cold drinks and snacks was just how it should be. Nobody likes paying to fix broken cars, but experiences like this one make you feel a whole lot better about it.

We have purchased 2 vehicles from Shane at BMW of Murray, and we have had great experiences both times. But where they really shine is in their service department. Today I had the opportunity to deal with Val, and she is amazing! There was a mix up with the day my car was supposed to be in, and she jumped through hoops to get the paint protection put on, and was able to set me up with a loaner car, and never once made me feel like it was an inconvenience. She is a gem!

This was by far the best and easiest car buying processes I've experienced. There isn t much stress involved here like there typically is with most car buying processes, it felt like a very laid back approach. I worked with Weston Firmage and Chris Durr, and they are top notch client advisors and I couldn't recommend them enough! I originally was looking at a Mercedes and was pretty much set on that was what I was getting, but I decided to take a look at a BMW even though I was certain I would get a Benz, but that changed very quickly after meeting with Weston and driving the X5. Based on the car, the exceptional customer service, and the incredible deal I received on an X5 I was sold on BMW. I looked at two different engine options and went back and forth between the two, they were very patient in my decision making on which model I wanted and it was all low pressure and very far from being pushy. They even sent me home with a demo car for the night. Once I decided on the car, it was prepared for delivery in no time. The purchasing process was by far the fastest and smoothest I've ever experienced. Weston had all the paperwork drawn up and ready for me to sign the second I walked in the door and he explained it all and we got through it very quickly. In past experiences I ve had to go through the whole spiel with the finance manager of all the third party company options, services, protection plans, ect. Weston handled the whole entire process start to finish. He went over all the options with me and again there was no pressure to buy any of them and they were all offered directly through BMW instead of some strange unknown company. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience and would do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend Weston, Chris, and BMW of Murray to everyone!!

I ve been a customer of BMW of Murray since 2011, and the overall experience and customer service I have received has been the best! I have owned two BMW s, and will not go anywhere else to get it serviced. Jeff Jorgensen has been my service advisor since day one, and he is always so great to work with. He s thorough, honest, and efficient, and for that reason I will forever be a customer! Thanks BMW of Murray and Jeff for your great service! My family and I appreciate all you do!

Took my 3 series in for a recall. I was greeted promptly and the service advisor was very friendly. After the repairs had been made the mechanic Jordan explained the work he had done to my vehicle and made a list of suggested repairs to keep my vehicle in tip top shape! I've never had a Mechanic be so professional and friendly! I would highly recommend him and BMW of Murry to a friend.
