I bought a brand new 2017 BMW 320 Xdrive at the BM...

I bought a brand new 2017 BMW 320 Xdrive at the BMW OF MURRAY in November. 3 days later the engine light overheated and was in the shop for about a week. Now it is February and this is the third time in 3 months that I have brought the car in for service on the same issue and it only has 3k miles on it. I have had the car in the shop for a month when I have only owned it for 3 months so far and I am very upset about the matter. When I looked for the lemon law paper in my BMW it was not in there. I then went back in and asked for one, everyone said 'They do not know what a lemon law card is.' The manager JEFF WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. He said to me that 'a lemon law is only appropriate if the same issue happened like 14 times.' This is far from the truth. He then proceeded to tell me that 'I can talk to their attorney on Monday.' Why couldn't they just give me the lemon law card? Point is is that they are unprofessional, rude and do not care about my safety. I bought a brand new BMW, not a used beater. I will not be taking this car back it is UNSAFE. This is insanity. I will be contacting corporate as soon as they are open on Monday.
