Just bought a used BMW with a trade in and I have to say the service is one of the factors that sold me. It's nice to know your business is important to them. My sales Associate, Parker, was awesome. We're similar in age so we spoke the same language which was was refreshing after dealing with pushy middle aged-men who thought I hadn't any clue. They were accommodating to my schedule and communication was timely and simple. I had a few requirements with the vehicle and Parker went above and beyond with preparing the vehicle for my arrival. I'm impressed thus far.
