Not only was Darryl kind and courteous but he got straight to the point which I loved! I explained my financial situation and he did what he could to accommodate that. Even though originally I hadn't planned to drop $3,000 he kept me updated throughout the entire process so nothing came as a surprise. He was attentive, and overall just an amazing employee/person!

Recently bought a car from Anthony Phiri. Couldn't have had a better experience he was very nice and polite. I had serious doubts about my trade in and being able to get the monthly payment i need but after a little bit of back and forth we were able to come to a deal. Thanks for putting me in my new bimmer!!!!!
Went to the BMW center for more details on leasing 2016 X5, we ended up buying a 2017 X5 because of our sales associate, Kerry Simmons who gave us a really good deal.
Helped us with choosing the right options, good follow up and delivered the vehicle well in advance. He was very professional and great to work with.
Lisa Puggi, our finance manager was well organized and knowledgeable of the warranties and services offered. Called in advance and explained the services. She made our paper work job seamless..
From start to finish it was an awesome experience!!.
Took my car in for repair, ended up paying $1,000 for a new expansion tank and thermostat. High, but expected. Service advisor, Charlotte, was very courteous and professional, even when I called in a bad mood. She was great!
Less than fifty miles after picking my car up, same problem happened. This time it was the water pump so they told me "same symptoms, different cause." If the system were pressure tested, however, wouldn't the pump have been identified as being faulty? But I digress.
Decide to have a different shop repair it for a fraction of the cost. Mechanic tells me the two fans need replaced. Take it into BMW of Devon and they tell me the same thing. Quote me $430 and $878 in parts, plus another $1,000 in labor. Fool me once...
I declined the repairs, look up the parts on the official BMW North America website, factory sealed, genuine BMW, 2 year warranty, etc. What do I find? $130, not $430, and $400, not $878. I called to complain and they gave me a non-answer by saying "they try to stay competitive and every shop is different." Yet, I called 6 separate shops in the area. Every single shop gave me a quote with parts pricing around FMV--significantly lower than this shop's quote. Every. Single. One.
Absurd premiums!! They've been reported to BBB several times already, see for yourself! Never again will I waste so much money.
Put an $1,500 deposit on a car for my grandson. Had the deposit agreement for a used BMW signed by the manager. The next morning a sales manager called to apologize as our sales person did not realize this particular car had been sold. SERIOUSLY !!! I thought the days of dealers pulling stuff like this was over. Have purchased over 100 cars in my lifetime and this was a first. AVOID !
I am a shop that has a account on file with a BMW dealership in delaware. I could not uses my information that is on file with a dealership that told me they had a part I needed for a customer. So I drive there and they wanted me to fill out a complete form again just to use my discount with them. I know for a fact they deliver parts to each other . Hell with the small guy.
BMW of Devon is a great dealership to buy a BMW. Wonderful, friendly staff...great experience. Big thank you to Lisa and Bruce for all you do for your customers
Fast service. Very informational about what was going on. Service agent provided info clearly. Shop reps that worked on my car were also very clear about what was happening, and what they did afterwards.
I ve been to this dealership for service 3xs now and had a horrible experience all 3xs. Poor communication, wait times are astronomical even when you get a loaner car. My lease is up soon and I ll drive out the way to another dealership.
Awful Customer Service. Only care about making a sale and nothing after that. My Issue happened back in 2017 but finally got around to writing a review. Arranged an out of state sale with Darryl Tate. Very friendly salesman and More
Horrible..I traded my car for a 335xi and they never mailed a check for payoff on my Traded car to my old dealer. After i rush to the showroom and ask them how did it happen? They are like 'We don't know'..I found out there they never posted the check..It's been 2 months and i'm still waiting for them to reply!!!
Awful experience, put a deposit down on a car last Thursday, was told (in writing) that day the car was my mine and couldn't be sold. Heard from Brad ( the salesman) today telling me they sold the car on Saturday. I do not recommend this dealer at all, their word means nothing.
Hi Mike, Last Thursday 7/5/18 I called Brad to place a deposit on the white "16 340 (a car I had spent months looking for hence why I was going out of state for the car), and I was under the belief that everything went smoothly. Brad took my credit card information and drivers license details and I was assured multiple times on the car was secured for me alone and that no one else could sell it (his words, I can show the text he sent me saying this). I filled out the BMW financial application to see if its rates were better than what I was getting for AAA, and sent a photo of my college diploma for the graduate program (note the sensitive information included in these documents like my social security number). I was told that we could arrange my trade in and time to pick up the car on Monday. So Monday comes around and I get a voice mail from Brad explaining that he was not in Saturday and someone had purchased my car. I was obviously confused because I had placed a large deposit to secure the car, and was told by Brad on the phone that the car was removed from the lot and had a "sold" sticker on it to prevent any one else from selling it. He explained that this happens sometimes (alarming to hear), and there was nothing he could do, and explained that a manager would get into contact with me. Later in the day I got into contact with Jim a manager at Devon and he explained that a deposit was never placed and even if it was they would not honor it and again I was told there was nothing they could do. This is alarming because I gave my credit card information to Brad on the phone on Thursday and was led to believe that my deposit was going through at that point. Jim also said that Brad was in on Saturday contradicting what Brad had said on his voice mail earlier in the day. I am obviously angry at the situation and confused based on the multiple stories, and was never offered any resolution. I asked if there was a similar model and Jim never bothered to check. Nick
We came in very recently in USA and decided to visit BMW of devon which was very close by to our apartment. We needed a car immediately to settle down. We were greeted by Phil Milewski, the sales person and he made us feel at home. He even provided my son with a small BMW car even before we started the conversation. As a first time and anxious buyer, i had lots of questions and Phil handled it with perfection. He took us for a ride of the car we were looking for and we closed the deal without seeing any other dealership or cars. Thank you for all your support.
I went to look at / buy a BMW 3 series and Dale Levin was great. Would highly recommend him and BMW of Devon. They also are very good about replacing my fluids and broken parts within reason. Called Dale's cell when I popped my first runflat and didn't know what to do.
I purchased my new BMW through Damon Damanti at Devon Hill BMW. It was a fantastic experience. Damon and I clicked from the start. He was not to pushy like some sales professionals. His knowledge of the car was exceptional and he took his time explaining it to me. He was very patient during the negotiation process which I really appreciated. I was very satisfied with my experience. Great Car, Dealer and Sales Professional. I would highly recommend Damon to my friends and family. I will certainly use him for my future car needs.
Decided to sell my car to BMW of Devon via Kelly Blue book.. This has been a very poor experience. I sold my car to them on June 3rd 2019 and as of July 8th still no check. I have had to email them several times. The first email after 2 weeks was sent because loan was not paid off. When i questioned i was informed that payment would be sent the following day. So 2 weeks they sat on the payoff before sending it off. I was told my check would arrive last week.. Mail came today. Still no check. Please do not sell your car to this dealership. This has been more hassle than it's worth.
Wanted a loaner vehicle n made sure I had one Even with a 1045 am appointment. All other dealers tell you that if you can't be there first thing in the morning you didn't get a loaner. That was fabulous! Also nice staf. Everyone very helpful.
Purchasing my 435i Gran Coupe was a Great Experience! I don't want to talk negatively about any other local BMW dealerships, but the moment I stepped foot into BMW of Devon, I felt right at home. My Client Advisor Phil and General Manager Mike were AWESOME. I was so nervous about buying a car but they made the process effortless. They worked with me and didn't even get annoyed when I kept pushing. They explained to me why they could or couldn't do certain things in a way that I understood and felt in my heart that they were not just trying to pull a fast one. Everyone in the entire dealership from the GM to the maintenance crew were friendly. A "Hello, how are you?" goes a long way with me. I will be referring every potential BMW owner to BMW of Devon. I can tell this will be the beginning of a great relationship (I feel bad for my wallet lol)
Regular dealership expirence, while I usually go to otto s in west chester, devon was able to have a gasket warrantied due to a seperate emissions warranty, so that was great, but they no longer wash your car at the dealership at Devon, they give you a coupon to go elsewhere at a spa car wash, went there and my car was too low to go through their automatic car wash. I drive a bmw m4, and always have my car hand washed at ottos in wc. Im assuming Devon just can t find people to wash cars anymore so they give you coupons to go else where which is still better than nothing.
The customer service here is awful. On top of the fact that they over charge for services performed on non warranteed cars, they have no interest in taking care of their customers or making their costumers feel valued. DO NOT give this company your business for a used car that is past warranty take it somewhere else that values your business. There is no politeness, no professionalism and no flexibility. The service department employee could not explain what the charges or services performed were in full detail, she continued to calim that every one is different.
Outstanding customer service! Andrew stayed connected with us through the entire process and was great at answering questions, providing personal insight to the BMW brand and he really made the difference in us deciding to become part of the BMW family.
I purchased a vehicle here and the salesman was very helpful, kind, and very nice. We had a couple of issues that were a challenge but he made it very smooth. If you are looking for a vehicle go to. See Saif Mossad he is an EXCELLENT salesman we highly recommend.
your telephone answering procedure is terrible. It took at least 10 rings before I found a human. This happened several times.Otherwise service was excelleeent
Terrible service experience. Service Manager and General Manager wouldn't take responsibility for the problems they created during routine service. I tried multiple times to find a reasonable solution to the problem they created. In the end they left me on my own and it cost me $1,000 to have their error corrected by another service facility. This experience reflected poorly on BMW of Devon, Sloan Automotive and the BMW brand. In my opinion their reply and request to contact them isn't sincere.
The worst customer service i have experienced so far.. I inquired about Honda Accord and after 2 week of back and forth emails on the pricing , one fine day i was told that if we match your offer when you would like to pick up the car.. After 2 days they reply saying the price is reduced to some amount , but they never have the history of the conversation and always want to start a new conversation. Its so frustrating , if you are not willing to come up with certain deal just say NO rather customer coming to you asking whats happening .
If you are able to accept that BMW will create any story to provide a service at an incrediblly escalated price, this is the place to take your BMW.
It is sad when a sales story can be made to charge an oil change at $380.00 and charge $175 to connect your car to the computer to at least give you an idea of the problem when in many cases it s a sensor or could be the gas cap.
Further to these numbers: To fill a 535d at any convenience station takes 6 minutes and $12.95 for the DEF(diesel emission fluid) for 2.5 gallons. Likely your vehicle already has some level in the tank or your car would tell you.
The BMW charge for the oil Change includes $85 for the cost of the this DEF fluid.
Do the math and you will realize the fleecing that is occurring. Considering the bulk purchase discount BMW must be buying DEF and I can only estimate their cost is about $3.00.
So the real question is what your willing to pay for price of mind and the tolerance you have for a sales job.
If money is no object drop it off and let them have their way.
I had the most wonderful car shopping and buying experience. Shawn Deuber took the time to help me make my decision. No pressure - he was informative and patient with all of my questions over a period of a week. He treated me with respect and let me come to my own decision that buying a particular CPO BMW 5 series from BMW of Devon was the correct one for me. I truly appreciated the no pressure approach. I'd recommend Shawn and BMW of Devon to anyone - they were most fair with pricing and treated me like a valued customer.
I must say that the service is superb and the staff are professional, caring and awesome. My first time dealing with BMW and I can t say enough about the services. Today I had to use a roadside assistance because I ran out of gas and within 30 minutes, I was rescued and it was free of charge. I am in love with my new car but the services and people are exceptional. I am so happy I decided to buy a BMW at BMW of Devon!
Service is absolutely second to none! I've had at least five different BMW's serviced here and never had a bad experience. They are very professional, take care of all your needs, and of course the repairs are always flawless.
I've never looked forward to the process of purchasing a new car but Dale Levin of Devon Bmw changed my opinion .He made the transition from my Lexus to Bmw a great experience.I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in the future . Thanks Dale !
I pulled up to get my windshield washer fluid re-filled and my car was serviced immediately by a very nice young man. I was very pleased with the service and grateful. I had been out of town when the indicator light went on. Thank you BMW of Devon for welcoming me to your dealership.
Parts person Grant is horrible. Put me on hold and forgot to get back to me. He sounded so rude and wasn't very helpful at all at finding my parts. His quote "I only have 7 and lot of the other one" ok... what do you have 7 of and what do you have alot of??? What an idiot...
I recently had an issue in which I got in my BMW and the car would violently shake. I could hardly drive. I felt like I was in a massage chair on full blast but it wasn't relaxing. I called my nearest BMW shop, Ottos in West Chester and they said they couldn't service my car for 2 weeks. In the need to service my car before it got worse I called my previous shop in Devon from when I use to live closer in the area. Devon was booked but they were willing to find a way to help service my car and get me on their way. Instead of saying there is no way we can do anything and refusing my service, they told me to stop in and they would do what they could. Everyone was helpful and they were able to fix my car by the next morning. If you need someone to go out of their way to help you, call Devon BMW!!
I visited the Devon dealership on Saturday to see if they have any BMW M2's available. Darryl Tate, the sales associate said that they did not have any allocation and also asked the Mike Todak (General Sales Manager) about my questions. They assured that there was no way they could get me an allocation even for next year. Today, Darryl calls me: are you buying or leasing?, was his first question. I said buying. Than he mysteriously found an allocation for a new M2 at MSRP of $56,000 but they could only sell for a $10,000 premium, bringing the price to $66,000. I said that I would not pay a premium of $10,000. I said goodbye. Well, it is certain to say that I will never enter this dealership again. trying to rip off a future customer is not a good business model.
I got my first BMW from Sloane and I m very happy with it. Every person that I encountered there was very welcoming and nice.
My salesman is Saif. He s very friendly, professional and patient with me. Knowing that this would probably be my first BMW, he took the time showing me every detail of the vehicle. He was very efficient to make a deal for me, and was also helpful guiding us through all the paperwork. The business manager, Tori, is extremely friendly and patient with me as well since there was so much info to take in after purchasing a car. The process was long and exhausting but they really made it easy for me. Thank you!
I went to another dealership in the area before walking into Sloane, and I actually had another car in mind (and that was my first choice), but I decided to get my car there, that s how good they are.
Drew Wendle was great representative for BMW of Devon, he is so knowledgeable and Friendly to provide superior service, answer all the questions we have and make buying experience so great and smooth. Me and my wife was so happy to deal with him. Thank you BMW of Devon for having Drew on your team
The family BMW X3 had a recall and the mail said that it would take 4 hrs to fix, so I booked an appointment at the Devon dealership for a Saturday morning at 9am. We brought the car to the shop and since we were in the market for a new BMW (ours is old) we looked around and made arrangements with a sales person (who was very polite) to talk about deals and so on when we came back to pick up our car. We left and at 3pm I got a call that the mechanics were not able to open the passenger door so we went back to the shop and opened the door (they had to press the unlock bottom from the inside) and the mechanic told us to wait so we did. At 4:30 pm get a call from the reception telling me that nobody showed up to unlock the door and the dealership was closing in 30 min so they won t be able to fix the recall. I was stunned I explained that I ve been there for the past hour and a half waiting. She came out to meet us (the service girl/reception) and told me they didn t have time to fix it. I brought the car in at 9am and they started looking into it at 3pm but they close at 5pm on Saturday so they would never have fixed it in time anyways. I just told her to give me the car back. Because of the horrible experience we decided not to purchase the new car from this dealership.
I had the great pleasure of dealing with Rick Osberg and Jim Kostack. Had a couple good laughs on top of the great deal!!! Thanks fellas for all your help.
Matt in sales was awesome. Very nice folks, no pressure, great selection. I ended up buying another vehicle that had all the features we wanted in a nice used BMW, but Matt definitely gave it his all to try to find us what we wanted. I'd recommend them for sure.
Serviced my 3-serries...and to compensate for my car being in the shop for a few days they loaned me a beautiful brand-new X3. Brandon from service was the man and even took care of an oil leak that I had no idea about. Since it's under warranty, they could have easily not told me and screwed me like any other company would, not these guys! They are looking out for you. 5/5
I already knew what I wanted when I walked into the dealership but Dale recommended the upgraded stereo and bigger wheels (which now I thank him for). Dale was great to work with, honest, and very friendly!
Rick made my car buying experience wonderful and low stress. He was knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. If you are in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend you contact Rick, he'll get you the best deal and make it a hassel free experience! Thanks Rick!
Worst service department... Talk with a very condesending tone. They don't do the test needed to fix your car but they will offer you a complimentary car wash when it's raining....
Back in February I found a car at this dealership online. Due to the fact we live far away, we negotiated over the phone. The salesman, Greg, was pleasant and polite. We agreed on a price and I made the arrangements to get the car (over 820 miles away) 2 weeks later. I was very pleased with the car itself and not upset over price etc. To be honest it was only the 3rd car I ever bought independently - the prior of which being 11.5 years before- and I had never done an out of state transfer before, so I went in less prepared than I should have been. Weather was a factor in some of the challenges due to time of year (1st weekend in March) and we were in a bit of a hurry to get on the road headed home. I left the dealership without having ever touched the title to the car. I realized this on Sunday so I called Monday when trying to get my paperwork sorted out with the DMV and got the run around for days. I was told- and can show via email- the dealership would be handling the title/transfer etc. Then told via email not even a phone call several hours later they made a mistake and would not be handling it. I then had to push- hard- to get my paperwork sent speedily to me so I could register the car within the constraints of my home state- IL - because they had put temp tags on the car 2 weeks before I picked it up. IL only gives you 30 days to title/register the car. My paperwork finally came to me on Saturday- 7 days later- and left me with exactly 1 hour to get to and in/out of the DMV. That was handled very poorly and was a nightmare. Then there was a question regarding what I was told was a paint protection package (& interior) - Zurich Shield- that I paid $695 for but we were unsure was applied- we got several opinions after some concerns and ultimately the dealership wound up causing paint damage to the car with their washing techniques and sealing the swirls beneath a cheap spray coating I now have to pay $600 to get paint correction done to fix the damage to the paint. And they refused to do anything to make it right. We even contacted Zurich Shield and they said once the paperwork is filed with their company (wasn't done until weeks after the car left their lot) they have no recourse- only the dealership can refund. If the Zurich Shield got refunded and voided to help undo the damage done by poor cleaning of the car, I would easily give a 3 maybe even 4 out of 5- just because of all the things that were poorly handled with my paperwork and the sidestepping by staff afterwards. But I do give them credit for negotiating easily before picking up the car and being personable to speak to. But it seems they don't care once they have your money.
Excellent Service! Everyone was very polite. So polite in fact that my test drive turned into a purchase. Seriously, on January 2, I only wanted to drive the car and ended up driving home. I'd like to thank Michael Sassone for the quick and satisfactory service along with everyone who made it possible to drive a BMW once again. You guys are awesome started my New Year off right!!
I have been a customer of this dealership for more than 30 years...I wondered how it would change under new ownership...the answer is...it's even BETTER!
There's a new energy and quickened pace throughout the dealership. Starting with Dale Levin who is the most "down-to-earth," "no B.S." customer advisor I've ever worked with and extending to the kids who detail cars and run for keys. You know exactly where you stand with Dale, there's no hype and no pressure. You tell him what you want and he does his best to find it for you at what you're willing to pay.
I got my very first BMW from Dale and then for my next one he sent me on the trip of a lifetime via the European Delivery experience to pick up my very first and likely not last M car. He's honest, helpful and will do whatever he can to make your dream into a reality by finding a way to work with your budget. The entire dealership is great from the sales manager to the service department and I would highly recommend them for your next BMW but be warned it will probably not be your last :)
Fantastic dealership! Great brand and great building but the people working at BMW of Devon sales department is what made the difference when I decided to lease my vehicle from them. I had lower numbers from other dealers but I learned long ago that I need to do business with a company that will see me as a person and not just another unit. This is absolutely the place to go.
1. Based on a confirmed appointment with Ed(sales advisor), drove FOUR HOURS(5:30 AM to 9:30 AM) in snowstorm to reach the dealership to see a M235xi.
2. To my surprise, sales advisor, Ed, was on leave. He had previously agreed that he will be there in dealership. Its understandable that people take leave unexpectedly, but its a good idea to let a potential customer know about that especially when he/she is driving 4 hours in snowstorm.
3. Jim, CPO manager, arranged another sales advisor to help me.
4. They seem to have less idea what car I am there to see.I had to explain whatever agreement I had with Ed again.Jim seemed to be accommodating.
5. Test drove the car and found couple of issues: Tires were not of factory specification, scratches on the tire, tires were rubbing against front strut, key fob battery was dead.
8. Had to talk to manager, Mike, about tires,he was RUDE for the stuff they messed up.
9. Jim was apologetic and agreed to fix all other issues.
10. Finance department, lady does not like questions and seemed to rush us through the process.
Conclusion: Overall experience can be rated as OK. Jim was good in dealing with requests and is more welcoming.
Bought a cpo bmw, no accidents showd on the reliable carfax...the previous owner hit a deer on 5/2014, i bought the vehicle 11/2014, car fax did not show any acidents, nkw carfax show the deer accident on the report on 3/2016. Almost 2 years later when i am about to sell the vehicle. Now what happened during that huge time span???? No phone # to contact carfax, they reply late by email with useless disclaimers. Carfax is worthless if they let something like this slip through for almost 2 years.
Started going to Devon BMW in the 90's. Best all around dealer. Best service center. Best sales associates. Everyone is kind and courteous. I highly recommend!
I have never in my life been so disappointed in a car dealership like this one. Between the salesman Ben Trotenberg who has been persistently calling when specifically explained that was not purchasing a car until September has continued to call over and over. Today he has resorted to having the sales manager call which has now exceeded the limits and takes on a new meaning of harassment. In order to post this i have to give it one star. Honestly i would not give them any stars.
Sales man Ian is very helpful and professional, he explained new functions in the car that I'm not familiar with, and the entire sales process is efficient and respectful. Highly recommend!
I bought a BMW X3 from Brad. He was very professional and efficient in handling my case. I talked to him several times and then got a good price (better than those offers my friends got). One thing I want to mention is that: if you attend BMW Drive for Team USA, you can save $1000. I really enjoy the buying experience with Brad and BMW of Devon.
Brad made the experience worthwhile and valuable for us both. It's simple .. people buy from people. The dealership wins because of the relationship that he and I formed. The trust, honesty and comradery is what I admire and deem important.
My last service visit was outstanding. Everyone was most friendly, courteous and most professional. Even the Techs were very nice and friendly. I was very pleased with the loaner and the promptness of the service.
I walked in at the end of the day on a Saturday and was greeted by Elliot. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I ended up buying a car elsewhere as I was looking in the pre-owned market and inventory is limited in the year I'm getting. Nonetheless I highly recommend that you ask for Elliot if you're in the Main Line area and looking for a BMW. He is great!
BMW of Devon is the BEST DEALERSHIP around. I found my CPO vehicle on the dealership website & within the hour,,,,,,,THE DEAL WAS DONE!!!!! Drew Wendle accompanied me on the test drive & he was AWESOME!!! From pointing out features that my current vehicle (2013 535i) did not have... to his well-rounded knowledge of the BMW line. The purchase price of my NEW CPO & my trade-in (BMW) were well within my price range! Mike Todak (GM) & Frank Muto (NEW CAR MANAGER) were great to deal with.......NO HAGGLING or BACK & FORTH CHECKING about price NEEDED!!!! The dealership has a exceptional variety of BMW's (new & used) to fit everyone's needs. The entire staff is friendly & helpful & will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy.
I had a wonderful experience using BMW of Devon! I purchased a certified pre-owned BMW from them with a trade, and everything was extremely smooth and efficient. I found the price offered on my trade in to be very fair, and the price for the BMW to also be very fair. Rick made the entire process smooth, quick, and painless. And responded to my questions very quickly. Lisa in finance made the finance process fun and quick, and was a pleasure to deal with. I am about an hour and a half from this dealership, and I will definitely return to buy another BMW in the future!
Quick service, excellent communication, minimal wait time for drop off and pick up. Best experience so far out of all my car service drop offs. They ve definitely improved
If you're looking for a high quality BMW and don't mind spending the money they were surely rack your bill is high as they can to ensure that you spend as much money as you can possibly can to ensure the growth of their company and give you the bragging rights on how much money you spent. And the parts are no exception..
Wow! Running chores has never been so much fun! Everyday I discover a new awesome feature... This X5 is full of high-end surprises that make me literally giggle like I m a kid again. I went to many dealerships before my decision, but Mike, Rick and really the whole team at Devon BMW made my purchase a memorable family event and my sons want to visit every time we're near them. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. Devon BMW, you're doing it right-- you made it special.
I bought my BMW 7 series from their dealership. I ve had the worst experience. Its been 2 months and no one from the dealership ordered my tags. My temporary tags have expired and the dealership manager told me to drive my car with expired tags. They basically just said theirs nothing we can do and It will take them atleast 3 weeks to get my permanent tag from DMV. Now I cant drive my car God knows how long. Their service is the worst. No one ever responds back to your email. All they care is about selling the car and after that no one cares. You are own on your if you have any issues. Worst place to buy a car ever.
Being in the automotive industry, I know exactly how difficult it is to keep a constant line of communication between the service department and a customer. Jacki did exactly that and then some. We had our 2018 M550i in for service and a recall and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. She went above and beyond anything I'd expect. We are BMW of Devon customers going forward because of her.
