1. Based on a confirmed appointment with Ed(sales advisor), drove FOUR
HOURS(5:30 AM to 9:30 AM) in snowstorm to reach the dealership to
see a M235xi.

2. To my surprise, sales advisor, Ed, was on leave. He had previously
agreed that he will be there in dealership. Its understandable that
people take leave unexpectedly, but its a good idea to let a potential
customer know about that especially when he/she is driving 4 hours in
snowstorm.

3. Jim, CPO manager, arranged another sales advisor to help me.

4. They seem to have less idea what car I am there to see.I had to explain
whatever agreement I had with Ed again.Jim seemed to be
accommodating.

5. Test drove the car and found couple of issues: Tires were not of
factory specification, scratches on the tire, tires were rubbing against
front strut, key fob battery was dead.

8. Had to talk to manager, Mike, about tires,he was RUDE for the stuff
they messed up.

9. Jim was apologetic and agreed to fix all other issues.

10. Finance department, lady does not like questions and seemed to rush
us through the process.

Conclusion: Overall experience can be rated as OK. Jim was good in dealing with requests and is more welcoming.
