Horrible..I traded my car for a 335xi and they nev...

Horrible..I traded my car for a 335xi and they never mailed a check for payoff on my Traded car to my old dealer.After i rush to the showroom and ask them how did it happen? They are like 'We don't know'..I found out there they never posted the check..It's been 2 months and i'm still waiting for them to reply!!!
