Jeff Martin my service advisor has been taking care of everything for me through 2 vehicles over the past 8 years or so. Highly recommended. Rich the service manager is also great. Go here!

A great experience from start to finish. I had some specific things I wanted and they found just the right vehicle for me. Great staff at this location, including people who were not working with me directly.
Special ordered and took delivery recently of a 2014 BMW 650i x-Drive Gran Coupe M Sport Edition. Worked with Dale Levin throughout the process and could not have been more pleased with the experience. I originally reached out to Dale via email and let him know I was considering placing an order with very specific specs. We arranged to meet in person to do a test drive of a similar vehicle and work up the order for what I wanted. What really stands out for me is that Dale went out of his way to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He of course asked the obligatory questions about whether or not I was interested in something they already had on the lot and offered up a good deal if so, but once I stated I was set on ordering a specific build Dale stayed true to making sure my needs were met. He spent the quality time to go over the ordering guide in detail with me and in fact discovered BMW was issuing a new build option not yet published on the website that gave me all the options I wanted plus more, and at a new lower package/bundle price then what I expected. He didn't have to tell me about the new package option, and doing so meant waiting one extra month because BMW hadnt yet started building the new package bundle, but Dale clearly wanted to make sure I got the best setup and pricing for exactly the build I wanted. The negotiation process was smooth and mutually respectful, and I feel that my negotiated discount was fair and a very good, competitive price. During my overall 6+ week experience from initial visit to delivery, I also spoke with the sales manager, finance manager and parts manager. All were positive experiences, but Dale truly stood out in providing exceptional service. Also, as a quick shout out to the service team, I had a minor issue come up with the car on a Friday night about 1 week after I took delivery. Took it to the service dept on Saturday morning without an appointment to see if they could possibly take care of it for me quickly. They very graciously took my car in without an appointment and took care of the issue right away (in less than 30 minutes). No problems with the car since then, everything is great. Overall, very happy with my sales/service experience thus far and would definitely recommend BMW Devon Hill.
Just got my new '16 340i through Dan. He is the man. Highly recommend him when you're looking for your next purchase.
Our salesman, John Walden, was exceptionally accommodating, able to answer all of our questions, and was very honest and personable throughout the process. We never felt rushed or pressured, and always felt that we were treated with respect and genuine care. Mr. Walden even stayed 2 hours after closing on the Monday night we purchased our car to make sure that we were taken care of and felt completely satisfied with our experience. We couldn t be happier with our new BMW and will absolutely be returning to BMW of Devon for all of our future purchases.
Andrew Krier did a great job not trying to "sell" me the car and let me make my own decision. He was very patient and unassuming. I felt very comfortable talking to him and most importantly he gave me a great deal on the car. All the other staff at Devon were very friendly. It was painless car shopping. I highly recommend BMW of Devon and Andrew Krier.
My husband and I just bought our first BMW at the Devon dealership and we were extremely pleased with the level of service and attention that we got from Kerry. We took about 3 weeks to make our decision and Kerry was there for us every step of the way. We came in and test drove a few times, flip flopped on new/lease vs. CPO, and emailed/called with questions and he couldn't have been better in helping us weigh our options and finally decide. He followed up with us along the way the perfect amount of times - never got pushy or overwhelming - and I could tell that he actually was interested in helping us find the car that was right for us, not just making a sale. This will not be the last time that we work with Kerry to get a car!
I took my vehicle there for a repair a few weeks ago and the issue is still unresolved. Either they didn't truly fix it the first time or the repair was incomplete. Bottomline this unacceptable and I expect better service from professionals.
I went in today to BMW of Devon to meet with one of the Geniuses for the complimentary introduction to my new 428 BMW. My salesman, Rick Osberg, who was wonderful, very knowledgeable and so easy to work with made the introduction to the Genius assigned to me, Danielle. Danielle was also wonderful - she answered all of my questions in an easy to understand manner which was very comforting! Rick came back at the end of the session and answered any other small questions I might have. They both made the experience very comfortable for me. I learned so many new things about my wonderful car that I hadn't yet figured out! Thanks Danielle and Rick!
No sales pressure, very professional and knowledgeable staff, everyone was friendly and the buying process went smooth. I love my new BMW X1!
Phil was outstanding! He was helpful, understanding, and listened to what we wanted in a car. Zack did a great job with training. The staff was very friendly.
I actually work for a company that works with Sloane BMW which is BMW of Devon and everybody I go there to deal with it's always Pleasant or helpful and I think they're very easy to deal with if I drove that type of car I would probably go there if you have a BMW and you need service this to place to take him to
They had a nice selection of cars and the salesperson was friendly. Unfortunately they did not have the car i was looking for.
The parts pricing at the retail counter of this dealership is absolutely outrageous. On a couple recent occasions I have been charged significantly ABOVE list price for parts for a family member's BMW. There are other dealers nearby that charge "only" list price at the parts counter and even though this place is closer, it's not worth BMW of Devon's ~45% markup. I fully expect dealer pricing to not be aggressive, but subsequent price shopping at other regional dealers proved exactly how badly we were ripped off by BMW of Devon. If you are looking for BMW parts, I would strongly suggest you avoid BMW of Devon. If you're looking to buy a car, I would think twice about dealing with a company that has business practices like this.
UPDATE 8-18-18: Based on Mr. Hudak's response I reached out and discussed my experiences with him and the parts department manager. They apologized and explained that the issue was caused by the invoices being rung up on an account that shouldn't have been used. They agreed to refund the difference between list price and the price I paid, which I felt was very reasonable. They also went a big step further and provided some very nice "extras" in consideration for the inconvenience. I'm very impressed with how they reacted to the situation overall, going above and beyond to turn a bad experience into a pretty good one.
Hello,
I just leased my first BMW from the Devon location yesterday! Let me start off by saying how great my experience was, and also, how nice my sales representative, John W. was. From the moment my wife and I walked into the store, to the moment we drove off the lot, our experience was top notch. It feels great to be in the BMW club, and I sincerely wish nothing but the best for John and all the rest of the friendly staff at Devon! I will definitely be referring my friends and family here. Thanks guys!
-James
We liked that the process was simple and fast. We don't like to go and spend hours in dealership as we are very busy. We did most of the process over email and phone communications and were able to go and sign in a few minutes. Darryl, and BMW of Devon were great to work with and we would definitely recommend them both.
From the moment we met our sales rep, Phil, we received incredible treatment. Very attentive, honest, and willing to please. We are very very pleased with the experience. Phil stayed after hours to show us the vehicle and we closed the deal in minutes instead of hours. If you are looking for a top notch team then be sure to visit these guys first. Better yet, go visit somewhere else then go to BMW of Devon. That's what I did and boy am I glad I didn't buy anywhere else. Ask for Phil Milewski, you won't regret it!
Easy to work with, quick transaction, Devon BMW gave me the best price on the new car AND best trade in value
Thank you to Richard's (Bill Boulton) department for paying for the new grill; extremely generous and much appreciated -- it popped off the night I bought the car - never thought much of it - until months later, it did it again. That's quality service.
I recently got my M235 through BMW of Devon. Dale Levin was great and worked with me to get the deal I wanted. I would highly recommend him & the dealership.
I made the decision very fast which to choose and Damon helped me a lot on that. He is very very helpful, on everything about my car purchase. The process is enjoyable. By the way, my wife and I both love the 750 we got, best drive feeling I had.
My wife and I just bought a new BMW X5 from BMW of Devon and it was the best car buying experience we've had. We did our own research and proposed the deal we wanted via email, our Client Adviser Phil Milewski replied promptly and said the numbers would be a "go". This eliminated all haggling. We traveled to the dealership and met Phil who was as nice and gracious as could be. The BMW Genius they affectionately call "Fish" showed my wife every feature she wasn't sure about. Frank Muto, the New Car Sales Manager was spot on with the numbers and quickly placed the order for our new car and set up delivery at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg which was an amazing experience. I highly recommend Phil, Frank, BMW of Devon, and Performance Center Delivery!
***Update*** I have now reached out to the Mike Todak, the sales manager who responded this review last month, 5 times regarding his offer to "make it right". I have not heard back.
_________
I went in after discovering a busted water pump which required immediate replacement. To replace one water pump, which took 2 hours (max?), I shelled over $1700. A new pump for my model/year costs $250-$450 from a supplier. I can do the labor math on that one uh, yikes. I was not close to home, my car was not drivable, and my options were limited, so I had it replaced. The work is guaranteed for 2 years, which is probably standard but still giving me some peace.
I didn't get a single handshake from any of the 5-6 people I interacted with (Maybe because I'm a female? Wait, why am I making excuses for these people?), and nothing about the service was "ultimate". There was a nice man who received my car, and another nice man who shuttled me to my office safely, but those are both squarely in my "expected" camp
I purchased a BMW M5 from BMW of Devon. I was located out of state and needed my sales person to take a lot of extra time to provide information on the vehicle given that I was out of state. Phil was great! He went out of his way to provide me information requested. He was responsive to my many many texts and calls for more and more information. I flew to Philly to purchase the car. We discovered a minor problem with the car, and Phil and Jim immediately addressed it. They fed me while I waited for the car. Phil has an ease about him... he makes you feel like family. He takes care of his customers. If you are in the market for new car, give Phil a call. You'll get first class service.
Wonderful sales rep, Drew, who explained the car to us very thoroughly and obviously took great pride in making the buying experience positive. Could not be happier with our new car!
Likes: very well organized, great loaner car. Dislikes: Said I needed new rear tires even though the current ones have 6/32 tread remaining which is fine for Pennsylvania. Wish they had alerted me that my service contract was about to expire so I could extend it if appropriate. Seems odd to have a 35 cent charge plus labor to clean a spot on windshield to apply sticker.
Nice clean place. Excellent complimentary water. No high pressure sales. I would definitely recommend this place. Tons of cars and SUV's to choose from.
If you're out of warranty seriously look elsewhere. $175 Diagnostic Fees on every individual item that doesn't get rolled into repair prices(although it does get hidden in labor). So lets say they spend an hour taking things apart and find the issue. They then have full access to the part needing to be replaced, but still charge the full book rate to replace it like they have to take everything apart again.
I completely understand that companies/workers need to be paid for their time and diagnosing issues can be quite involved, but in the end the bill should be based on total time spent on the car. You're basically paying double the shop rate for their first hour of work per issue.
Longer/possibly boring details:
I brought my car (e70 x5) in for three issues: sunroof catching and not closing, door latch failure, and the rear door sun screen tab broke causing it to recede into the door. All three issues were described with decent detail to them, the only one of the three needing real diagnosing was the sunroof.
$1800+ later (including $525 in Diagnostic fees which get "classified as labor"!?) and the door latch and sun screen work perfectly. The only thing they did with the sunroof was re-initialize it which I am assuming is the first step in any sunroof diagnosis but I could be wrong (an 8 year old could do re-initialize sunroof in 5 minutes with youtube). Technically the sunroof closes but the core issue of the plastic wind deflector catching was still present and it just overpowers the resistance now, so I can only assume that this will cause increased wear on the motor and other sunroof components. But hey, they were nice enough to "waive" the sunroof initialization cost and "only" charge me the $175 diagnostic fee. (I doubt they are even allowed to charge for the initialization because its so simple). So $175 for 5 minutes of work and didn't even find the real issue in my opinion....lovely. I would assume with a pretty generous assumption that they spent no more than 3 hours total actual labor on my car for a total of $966.99 in labor = $322.33/hour.
Thankfully I had an aftermarket warranty on the car that covered the majority of this, but learned not to take any out of warranty car here.
Service manager is the best i have dealt with and i own a Chrysler, Lexus, Nissan, Pontiac and now a BMW awesome service.
Best Dealership Ever! I am thrilled with my new x5. The whole experience was a pleasure. JT from the lot was so helpful, Kerry in sales is the best, Tori was great with the electronic documentation and the management team led by Mike made the whole process super easy.
Overheating Resolution!
I just got my car back and I want to publicly extend a big thank you to Rich, BMW of Devon, and BMW for the way they handled my situation. It took a little time but I was just in there today to pick up my car and to meet with Rich and Bill. It feels great to be back behind the wheel of my car.
Rich took the time to work with me personally on the issues my car was having and provided a level of customer service that is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Rich, and BMW of Devon stand behind their commitment to excellence and I've now experienced it personally. Thank you again for everything.
Everybody was extremely patient, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I leased. I was shown the ins and outs of the vehicle. The paperwork was easy to sign and was explained thoroughly. Overall it was an excellent experience. No complaints whatsoever.
I just recently renewed my lease for my second BMW and have only positive remarks to say about the whole process. Dale Levin was referred to me through a friend and has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what options suited my needs. Dale made the leasing process efficient and painless. Will certainly utilize his services again and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to purchase a BMW. A definite 5 stars!
I had been looking for a BMW for several months. I finally found the vehicle that I wanted at Devon Hill BMW. I enjoyed working with Demetri, he has a real passion for BMW and he does a great job of keeping you engaged in the experience of purchasing a BMW. I think BMWs do a great job of selling themselves, having a CA who knows when to interject and when to just let you enjoy the car, is a great thing to have. I feel like I got a good deal on the vehicle I purchased. I would recommend Devon Hill and Demetri to anyone looking to purchase a BMW.
Dale Levin was great! I would highly recommend him.
Rick was great to work with. He was low- pressure and everyone we engaged with at the dealership was very pleasant. We able to handle the majority of the work over the phone and through internet- which greatly reduces the amount of time we had to spend at the dealership during the yellow phase of the pandemic.
Friendly sales staff; good selection of well-maintained CPO vehicles; very responsive management team. Top-notch dealership!
Horrendous. This is my dealership for service and it was completely awful. The service advisor was extremely rude and seemed to know nothing about my car. The service advisor called and left a condescending message. People have busy schedules and should not be expected to be available as soon as they call. Not only was Bill rude, he also seemed to have no knowledge on the car. My tire pressure system has a malfunction and my brake fluid needs to be changed as well. Completely unprofessional and out of place. Absolutely no way to treat your customers and highly unsatisfied with people unable to do their jobs
I had a wonderful experience at Devon Hill! I thoroughly enjoyed working with Damon Damanti and the team. We were all on the same page from the start and they went out of their way to accommodate my timing needs and even gave me a loaner for an extended period of time while we waited for my car to come in. No pressure or haggling - just a really straightforward purchase experience. I recommend them without hesitation and I look forward to my next purchase with them.
I purchased a CPO BMW from BMW of Devon and everything was fine during the sales process, but when I got it home I noticed an issue with the paint and immediately sent a text to my sales rep Michael Sassone. It wasnt more than an hour after leaving the lot, and he assured me they would take care of it. I got called half a dozen times to make sure I gave a perfect score on their survey - which I did believing they would correct the paint issue - and now I cant get a call back to address the issue. I am so disappointed, I thought I would receive better treatment from a BMW dealership but it seems like any other used car salesmanship.
One word- terrible!
First time, car still under warranty- they straight up refused to fix an obvious issue, and after much insistence, finally acknowledged the issue and fixed it!
Second time- My car warranty was expiring last year and I must've called them 5 times for extension options and no one got back to me. A few months later, my car needed big repairs and when I told them about the incident, they say- yes, we had a short issue with the team but it has now been fixed. Well- that doesn't help me because I had to pay out of pocket.
Lastly, I wanted to upgrade to a new car and the sales rep was just so bad! No follow ups, no response to my calls or emails. I happily took my business to another dealership!
It was a easy, friendly & very professional & fast experience thanks to Darryl, Chris & big thanks to Alex. Only thing I will say is to make sure everything is tighten up & clean on the cars. Other than that it was the best car buying experience I ever had seriously. Highly recommend this place the staff is great
TERRIBLE place for service of your bmw. I took my husbands bmw in for service while he was traveling for work this week. Staff was tremendously unfriendly and unhelpful. Even my staff advisor had a chip on his shoulder. I was trying to get my daughter out of the car and her car seat as well, carrying everything, and no one even offered assistance or help to me. For a luxury car dealership this service is unacceptable. Furthermore, after spending a ridiculous amount on my car service (might I add mostly labor charges), I get into my vehicle and the washer fluid is low...they couldn t even fill it up for me despite the clear warning in the car AND the tire pressure had a warning and needed to be reset . Unreal. I will never step back in this place AND I will make sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs.
As a side note I drive an Audi myself and the Audi Devon dealership is SO much better. Such friendly service and staff! They truly go above and beyond.
If you're looking for great service, stop by and see Drew!
I just had my first service experience with Devon BMW. I can assure you that it's not going to be my last. I pulled into the service bay and was greeted promptly by Cyrus who was already EXPECTING me (thanks to Carlos). I was pleased with the seamless process. I waited for my vehicle and had such a welcoming conversation with the used car manager Jim Kostack. The dealership has a very warm and inviting appearance. Cyrus was informative, friendly, and attentive to detail. The service to my vehicle was professional and TIME EFFICIENT! My keys were handed to me and my vehicle was already pulled up front and WASHED! Ready for the road.
It was an OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE! Thank you!
I purchased a used vehicle from Devon BMW less than a year ago, and since then, it's been in the shop 4 times. I am very unhappy with my decision to take the Salesman at his word, and even more upset that I paid in full for the vehicle. I feel completely taken advantage of. The vehicle has been nothing but problems. At first, Devon BMW worked with me on some of the repair costs, because it immediately had problems the first week I had it. But the problems continue. Almost everything I was told about the vehicle, i.e., "new brakes", "new tires", etc., have proven to be completely inaccurate. The vehicle is at the mechanics right now as a matter of fact. Another $1,000.00 dollars spent. At this point, I've spent more than half what I originally paid for it in repairs. I fully understand the risk involved with purchasing a used vehicle, and I will not name the Salesperson by name in this review, that would not be right, but as far as my position as a customer of Devon BMW, I will never be again. And I will make it a point to make sure no friends or family goes to Devon BMW.
Had my first experience with BMW of Devon and it was more than expected. My sales agent, Christian Tamburro, was wonderful. He was honest, knowledgeable and very considerate of my time. This purchase was for my daughter who was absolutely thrilled with the car and service received. I am planning to purchase a BMW in the Spring and will be back to see Christian.
I took my low mile (28k) BMW 135i in for an alignment. I also asked them to look at the rest of the suspension as it was not staying balanced when I would hit a bump. It would not keep tires in contact with the road. If I hit a bump going around a corner it would skip and slide dangerously. I was told the suspension was fine no issues. The alignment was spot on but the issue remained. I personally replaced the shocks and have fixed the issue myself. Second issue. Asked about tires. Was quoted prices 50% higher than any local shop charged for the same tire. So I asked how much to get tires mounted/balanced if I bought my own tires. After I bought the tires and wanted to schedule an appointment the price somehow jumped $15 more per tire. I guess I will have to find a more trustworthy service center.
Really enjoyed and appreciated working with everyone at BMW Devon. My wife and I were impressed by how genuinely kind and thoughtful everyone was during our visit. Thanks Anthony, Mike, and Tori for making our car buying experience a good one.
Greg DiRocco was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns with the sale. I would definitely do business with him again.
Bought a trade-in from here and had a good experience. The salespeople were standup guys and honest. One year in and the car has been great.
Drew was extremely personable, had a great memory (Called him 6 months prior inquiring about a vehicle), and was extremely well versed in the technology of the vehicles, Drew was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was happy to spend my hard earned money at BMW of Devon.
I had a great experience looking for a car at this location with Dale Levin he was excellent made me feel comfortable and explained things very well.I would highly recommend Dale and Devon bmw
This Past Saturday I drove up in the parking lot to look at some of the six series and five series BMW's on the front lot. I walked around on the lot for appox. twenty minutes in the freezing cold and not one sales person came out to ask if I needed help! I kept looking any the representatives inside the establishment look at me and I even walked up to the window before i finally ran out of patience. Could it be that I was dressed with jeans and Timberland boots, and My son was dressed like a typical teenager, and I drove up in a older model Maxima?
I don't know....but if people clearly see me walking around in the parking lot and no one comes out to help me
, this is not a place I choose to spend my money! Let me also say I visited the Volkswagen Dealer down the street, because they had a used 650i on their lot. I walked around for approx, five minutes before someone stuck their head out of the door and said, "I will be right with you, let me run get my coat!" YOU GUYS HAVE TO DO BETTER
Mr. Drew Wendle was great in helping me finding a vehicle and simplifying the leasing process. Overall a great experience and Drew made me feel like he cared about his customer. It is a great reflection on the professionalism at BMW of Devon
It's sad when you have to contact the dealership at least 10 times when they owe you money. A word to the wise - get all agreements in writing. This is bad business.
Despite the fact that we ultimately ended up buying from our local CA/dealer, BMW of Devon provided stellar customer service and willingness to give us a phenomenal deal. If we lived in the area, we wouldn't have hesitated to purchase from them! Our sincere thanks to Phil Milewski who went above and beyond to help us. Great dealership and CA! We definitely recommend them if you're in the area or not in the area and don't have a local dealer willing to work with you!
Drew & Raechal from BMW of Devon were awesome before during & after the sale. We drove 6 hours one way to buy our car & they made it absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. Thanks again!
I have to say Eric Schurr is one of the best service advisors we have met. My husband Hang Xu was frustrated because his car has problems caused by auto tire center. He called Bmw Devon service in the morning. Eric has gone above and beyond to answer all of his questions. Eric let him bring the car in on the same day, got him a loaner and fixed the all problems by the end of day. We are amazed by the service in the most efficient manner. We will never go to another dealership!
Recently went in and I was completely upset with the poor performance that was provided by one of the salesman. Loud, obnoxious and took me as a joke. Everything to him was funny and it was apparent he did not care to sell me a car. I could have understood if the dealership was busy, but it was just me and maybe another family and it still took more than an hour just to get some numbers. Unfortunately, Devon BMW crumbled my desire of EVER owning a BMW. I went down the road to Audi; what an amazing experience I had!
Love these folks. Just called, two years after my purchase, trying to track down my warranty information on my tires. I don't even live in PA anymore, they've been bought out--and they still tracked the info down. Thanks!
From the moment I stepped in, the facilities are amazing, the staff is extremely friendly and professional, and they took care of everything!
I purchased a certified used BMW from Devon hill BMW.
I have been getting a moldy odor from the car air-conditioner vent.
It took the car for servicing multiple times for this problem. They just put some air freshener.
This smell was there in the car at the time I purchase it. I spoke with the cells person salesperson and he said that it's the smell of the cleaner.
I doubt if the car is properly certified.
And planning to take the car again to the dealership. I hope they do something about it this time
I have had best hassle free experience Ian was wonderful salesman pressure free sale and his manager Demetri was there to explain anything I needed to know and more thanks to them I have purchased get car thanks a lot kip up the great work.
I had my car towed there for shutting off while driving. At first i was told there was nothing wrong, and there were no fault codes. After i said something is definitely wrong i was told the fuel level sensor was going bad and the entire fuel system needed replaced and it was out of warranty. They suggested to keep at least half a tank of gas in the car and i should be good. The next morning my car suddenly shut off while driving again. I read through the warranty booklet and contacted them saying that it looks like it actually was still covered. While waiting to see if it was going to be covered i had the car checked out by a local mechanic. He was able to retrieve fault codes that the BMW techs at Devon could not. After a couple days the car was fixed under warranty, and i went to pick it up. I got in the car and the E-brake was not connected. A guy who i can only assume was the service manager took the car back in the shop to have it looked at. After 15 minutes, he comes back and said they "forgot" to take the e-brake out of service mode. No apology at all. Overall i would not recommend taking your car here for anything other than routine maintenance and oil changes. Save your time and money and go else where.
Chris Blazer was a huge help awesome sales rep. He made my experience simple and painless and I would recommend him to all family and friends
Very dishonest, unrespectful dealership, will never purchase a vehicle from them .
Drew made my buying experience absolutely stellar. He worked with me to identify the perfect fit, and got me into an excellent, low mileage, pre-loved BMW. I was floored by his honesty - when the first car I came to look at didn't pass muster in the shop, he made sure I knew he wouldn't put me into a vehicle that could be a headache. Once we'd located the perfect car, his professionalism, extensive knowlege of his product, and the excitement he injected into the experience kept a smile on my face throughout the experience. I never felt rushed into a decision, Drew only offered encouragement to make the right one. I'm so very glad he talked me into considering a BMW, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the vehicle we ended up settling on. I will be sending anyone I know on a vehicle hunt off to find him, and when the time comes for my next driveway upgrade, I'll be hunting him down to make sure I end up in the perfect vehicle.
Bought an X1 today from Ben T. He was terrific. Went out of his way to explain and show the car and gave us great service. Lisa was terrific as well. We are very happy and recommend buying through Ben.
I had originally reached out to have a reccomended service done on my 2007 BMW 335i on 06/22/16. First things first, I was guaranteed the vehicle back in my possession the following day. This seemed to be an issue when I had originally called asking if it was done. I was told it had not been touched but would be done the following day early in the morning 06/24/16. This was not acceptable being I had plans in which I needed the vehicle back that day prior. Moving on, since I needed my vehicle back that day and being 5pm, the service technician decided to rush the job (to go home I'm guessing) but in doing so thought it was a good idea to only reinstall half the parts in which were taken off. After thinking the entire service was done and performed properly I proceeded to drive the vehicle. After just a short few hours of driving a coolant line blew because the technician never reinstalled the radiator fans and I towed the vehicle back to Devon Hill BMW. I got a call the next day from Bruce, the service manager, telling me exactly what was needed to fix the problem, thinking he was going to cover it being their mistake. I was wrong, when I went to pick the vehicle up I was told it was my fault because I never checked to see if the part they took off was back on my car? I don't know how that works but a 300$ bill in your face when it was expected to be covered was a complete shock. Bruce was quick to blame me for the mistake and took no responsibility for himself or his team for the mistake. I was nice enough to not ask for the tow bill to be covered (an hour away from home) with expectations of the faulty services to be fixed for free. Customer service is key for a business to be successful and Bruce and his team at Devon Hill are lacking that entirely. Please to save yourself time and a headache DO NOT GO TO DEVON HILL BMW!!!
From my personal experience at the very least the sales process was fantastic. I was looking for a car and surprisingly BMW became the best option. Was treated like a valued customer the second I walked in even though I'm 26 and some less saavy sles people mightve brushed me off. Everyone was very professional and polite. Dale Levin especially who helped me through my sale was exceptional. I was procrastinating like normal for 6 months from my initial visit and I got nothing but polite and professional follow up. No pushy high pressure sales and none of the garbge attitude I get from VW. Eventually I bought my 2 series and couldn't be happier. There were a bunch of hiccups along the way but everything got smothed got just fine. I'm hoping their service dept are just as good. I would definetly do business here again.
Jeff Caruso and whomever else from BMW of Devon, also own a small dealership in Central PA....and Jeff is currently screwing over my 80 year old parents. My parents bought out their lease on their car in November, got a loan from their bank and have been paying on it. However, GM keeps calling my parents and saying that they never received the pay off check for the lease. Jeff was supposed to do that in November......so now my parents are being harrassed for something that they trusted Jeff to do. Does it feel goodbtaking advantage of elderly people? The Attorney General's office has been notified. Your dealership has been notified in Devon. THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP. Shady dealings, Mr. Caruso.
Dale Levin met our every question and need when we came in to shop for a new car. His service bears to no comparison to other dealerships!!! He's heads over all the other dealerships. I would recommend the dealership and specifically Dale to anyone looking for a superlative new or pre-owned BMW. His knowledge of the models and vehicles and his honesty and character as well as his responsiveness to our needs made this a very special purchasing experience.
Everything handled well.
I have particularly enjoyed working with BMW Genius Saif Masood, who is not only extremely knowledgeable, but lights up with enthusiasm!
I have purchased several BMW's from Devon BMW. I am impressed by the sales, finance and service departments. Over the years the service department has delivered AAA++ service. My SALES PROFESSIONAL over the years CLAUDIO MASCIOLI has always gone above and beyond the call of duty. He knows every gadget in the car and explains their function with patience. He is personable and most importantly honest and trustworthy. I never feel pressured to buy. I recommend him to everyone I know looking for a BMW. looking forward to working with Claudio again in the future.
Sincerly,
Kathy Bell-Besa
Prompt and professional
I brought my car in for a tire change and the entire experience was delightful. I was greeted warmly, my car was fixed, washed, and vacuumed all in under an hour. Well done by the entire service department.
I stopped in BMW of Devon to look at a new BMW, and Dale Levin was outstanding. He really knows his stuff and is respectful and courteous. I get all service done at BMW of Devon and would definitely recommend Dale and BMW of Devon to anyone looking for a new or used BMW.
I just bought my very first BMW 535i xdrive at the Devon BMW dealer. I cannot be happier and thanks enough to Dan Mccoly. Cause I got very good deal and fulling loaded car with his help. He's very cool, polite and honest guy who helped me during the time at Devon BMW dealer. This was by far the easiest, quickest, and most low pressure car buying experience ever. Thanks very much!
Highly recommend! Great customer service and my car was exactly what I wanted
Recently took my car in for an airbag replacement and decided to try (again) the detail department. Full me once shame on you, full me twice...had a detail done there 10 years ago and had to send it back since 1) there was no wax on the car and 2) it was left out in the rain. So this time, the car was 1) left out in the rain (my fault...i couldn't get there in time before they closed on a Friday night) and 2) no wax on the car. So for $200, they cleaned my interior (the front window was completely streaky to the point that the sun shining in was a rainbow of colors) and ran the car through their car wash. NO EXTERIOR WAX WAS APPLIED...ZERO. Left a message...no return call. So go down the street to Jim's Auto detailing or Lyons and pay $175 and get a clean interor, clean windows and an exterior WAX.
UPDATE! - Got a call from the service manager who was very apologetic and offered to either redo/discount future/partial refund on the detail that was done. We discussed what was wrong and he understood my concern. I took him up on his offer of a partial refund which was received in a few days. Because of his upfront and honest approach I will return there again for service/and or a detail.
Terrible communication in sales. Never called back and never gave me an update that the car had been sold on me. Was waiting to hear for an update when the car would be finished for inspection and never heard any word back. Stay away from this dealership.
Classic bait and switch. Went in for a great deal on a car, of course it was just sold 15 minutes ago.
Tells you a lot about the integrity of this place.
I went to look at and buy a car at Devon hill BMW. Dale Levin was great and very helpful. Would highly recommend Dale and BMW of Devon.
Great customer experience and follow-up from the staff. The dealership is very nice and offers a wide variety of cars. While getting my car serviced the waiting room is very accomadating with drinks and snacks. However, if you walk down about 50ft there is a beautiful collection of new ///M cars. Very satisfied with vehicles purchased from here and my one stop service shop.
Frank and his team at BMW are top notch. He listened to my needs, walked me through the decision and provided great information. I was looking for something safe for my family and functional since I have three kids. I have dealt with many car dealers, and this was easily the best experience I have had. They made the process easy, convenient and hassle-free, which is usually not the case when buying a car.
Do yourself a favor and go to BMW Devon if you are in the market for a luxury car. Frank and his team are the best!
I brought BMW 328i Xdrive car from this dealer with low miles 12k miles car. With in a year service is free. After 11 months, they did free oil service since it's a certified car. . That sucks me everything. Actually they haven't done servicing/oil change on 11th month because it's a free service. After 2 months (14th month) my car suddenly stopped while i'm driving. They repaired something, i got car. Once again after 2 months (16th month), engine light showed up. Now they are telling me that your car service is due, bla bla, because you haven't done any car service/oil service from last 1.5 years from the date which i brought. What.. they said they did it on 11th month. Actually they didn't do on 11th month. They are asking me to pay for all. And my car is frequently having issues. All sucks up. Frustrating. money waste. Finally i understand that i brought a big JUNK certified car with lots of money.
Great experience went out of the way to be sure we were satisfied !
Cyrus helped me in the service department. Super smooth and easy.
