I walked in at the end of the day on a Saturday and was greeted by Elliot. He was extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I ended up buying a car elsewhere as I was looking in the pre-owned market and inventory is limited in the year I'm getting. Nonetheless I highly recommend that you ask for Elliot if you're in the Main Line area and looking for a BMW. He is great!
