Decided to sell my car to BMW of Devon via Kelly B...

Decided to sell my car to BMW of Devon via Kelly Blue book.. This has been a very poor experience. I sold my car to them on June 3rd 2019 and as of July 8th still no check. I have had to email them several times. The first email after 2 weeks was sent because loan was not paid off. When i questioned i was informed that payment would be sent the following day. So 2 weeks they sat on the payoff before sending it off. I was told my check would arrive last week.. Mail came today. Still no check. Please do not sell your car to this dealership. This has been more hassle than it's worth.
