Made a deal on car Saturday, booked a One way flight that same day( cash buyer) so I had to wait til Monday to fly out. By Monday morning I was due to fly to pick- up the car I got a notification via internet on my phone that the car was sold! Talk about being unprofessional the sales rep (Seyend) nor the manger Leo Whom I made the deal with didn t even notify me it was sold over the weekend! Knowing I was traveling on Monday! So disappointed with this dealership! Here I thought things were going great! Not to mention I lost my money on the flight! I didn t even get a apology all I got was a text stating if we get another car we will call you! Damn

I went in for service, and I was not given a written estimate when I dropped the car off. I was given a ballpark estimate which was not printed. That was the first time I've never received a printed estimate for service at any dealership. I even told the technician that I had a coupon which he acknowledged. When I picked up my car, the final bill was almost double the amount I was verbally told. Buyer's beware... Make sure you get a written estimate when you drop off your car. Otherwise, you will get a surprise final bill.

I have had a very positive experience working with the team at Concord BMW. From the sales staff (Kris) and technical support (Ken), everyone provided excellent Customer Service. My only criticism is that I have personalized plates and no one explained to me the next steps in getting them transferred to my new car. I filled out the appropriate DMV form and went there to have it processed only to find out, after waiting an hour to get in, that the car wasn t in their system yet. If I had been told I would have to wait, I would have!

I've bought three cars from BMW Concord over the past 8 years. Whether it's a low cost commuter or a CPO BMW, they treat me well and have provided excellent service.

Tony Yuan has been our salesman for the entire time. A salesman at a car dealership for nearing a decade is great in itself - Tony has been courteous and good to work with.

I drive quite a ways to do business with Tony and BMW Concord, and highly recommend them.

My recent experience with Danny Andrade and Peter Stoumbos was excellent. They are helpful, responsive and just all around good guys. Love the 330i I bought. It was priced fair and I plan on enjoying it for years. The three stars is more in relation to the experience I had with my sales representative. If I had not been in a bind where I needed to buy a car this weekend, I would of walked away and waited for something else regardless of the price. I never felt engaged, never felt "sold", and to be honest I felt more like a nuisance to the person than a valued customer. I feel like he was there to push the paper work and I was lucky to have him even talk to me. I had previously bought a m235i at this same dealership and loved my experience. Infact that was a major reason I was confident in returning to this location. I already know I won't feel this way when I'm ready to buy another BMW again and as a result will look for a dealership that gives me service on par with the awesome product they sell.

In a car buying landscape where everyone is happily emulating CarMax by naming their own price and swearing it is their best price (until they have to reduce the price, then that is the new best price).

BMW Concord is not trying to copy anyone. They are truly there to make you happy. They provide an impressive selection of top notch cars and service that exceeded my expectations.

If you are one of the remaining few people (like myself) who enjoys the process of working to make a deal and a BMW is what your heart desires - then go to BMW Concord.

Even though I do my homework, having the product genius explain the features and functionality of the vehicle to me at pick-up was such a luxurious touch. They fully detailed the car and filled it up with gas.

Finding the right car isn t about one factor. If the price is right but the car is wrong, no deal. If the experience is awful it doesn t how great the car is, you ll probably never get to the deal part. Every part of my experience with BMW Concord fit what I wanted (with a little work).

I got the car, the price and the experience that I wanted. If you are getting sick of dealerships no haggle pricing try BMW Concord. They are willing to move on price and the post purchase service is splendid.

We ordered our new BMW 430i through the Concord dealership in CA. They offered us the best price when we compared other dealerships and honored that price at the time of delivery. Although they were not the closest dealer to us, we were happy to drive the 85 miles to pick up our car at the lower price. They were very helpful with this process. Raquel Lopez kept us informed on the status of our car when it was being build in Germany and when it was shipped to the Los Angeles area. She was very professional and helpful. The car was ready as promised when we arrived in Concord. It was very easy and straightforward to turn in our 2018 lease BMW car. The BMW Genius, Nick Paz, that met with us was very knowledgeable. He reviewed all of the features of the car and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with our experience with Concord BMW, and we will certainly return to this dealer for any future purchases. We would also highly recommend them to our family and friends.

The BMW Concord Collision Center is WONDERFUL! The regular maintenance dept is POOR TO FAIR. Keep reading to get the details.

If I could rate the collision center independently- I would give it EXCELLENT across the board. They did a fast, immacculate job on my recently rear ended 2011 535i. Clay, the service manager, handled everything from the rental car to dealing with my insurance company so I didn't have to take off work during the week. I paid my deductible at the center, left my rental and drove off in my perfectly restored car that was detailed ta-boot!

As for the regular maintenance center- its ok but have had poor service a few times. For the record, the service managers are nice and helpful. If something is wrong they do everything they can to fix it. The problem is with their mechanics. They honestly have NO attention to detail and are rather shotty at doing it right the 1st time.

What makes this worse, is when BMW sends you those email surveys, and you give a bad review- they take it out of the earnings of the service managers!! Can you believe it?!? When I heard this, I was appalled. I didnt want my service manager to take the blame for the greasy mechanic who sat on my ivory Napa leather seats and messed them up to high heavens.

Finally, to the BMW Concord people who read these, its not a great idea to only reply to people who write positive reviews. It seems to be consistent with the surveys you conduct- you only want the roses but not the thorns that come along with it.

While out shopping she mentioned she wanted a BMW, So I pulled over and we begin to google BMWs. She found one at BMW of Concord. I called to get directions and was informed you cannot just walk in, by the front desk receptionist. I explained to him that I was less than 5 miles away, he transferred me to Michael Heller. Michael told us come in and immediately begin to do all he could to help us with purchasing the vehicle my wife wanted. Our first experience with BMW was an excellent one because of Michael. And, after getting home he called to ask how did my wife enjoy her ride home in her new car. It would be hard to top this kind of service.

I had a tremendous car-buying experience at BMW of Concord and Kris Mang. I initiated contact by Internet, Kris responded quickly and helpfully answered some basic questions about the used car in which I was interested, and then we scheduled a convenient time for a test drive. Kris was professional, flexible, and responsive. I returned to the dealer the next day with wife and we completed the sale (which involved a trade-in). The entire process was done and dusted within 48 hours. The price for the BMW was fair and reasonable, as was the price that we agreed for my trade-in. The usually-dreaded meeting with the finance manager also went smoothly, without any unnecessary melodrama or time. I would not hesitate to recommend doing business with Kris or BMW of Concord.

Just called to setup a PPI and after being routed through no less than 6 different people, I was informed that you BMW Concord does not do PPI's. If you do warranty and service, then you do PPI's. Everybody knows this. Unbelievable and unimpressed.

And maybe I'll clarify here, since the lady who told me they don't do PPI's had to ask what it is.

BMW Concord - a PPI is a Pre Purchase Inspection which is a simple check over a car for accidents, suspension/brake wear, engine/sensor condition, etc. Very common procedure.

The customer service was good but could be better. The first car we looked at was the one we wanted to buy but couldnt the same day due to license and dmv issues. When we came back four days later the car was sold, but the guy who was helping us never told us it was sold until we were standing in the lot looking at another car. The knowledge of mechanical and spec details needs to be better with the employees. They couldnt tell me anything I couldnt just google on my phone. The guy who did our finance was a lot more professional and had more knowledge in his specific area. I was going to buy a BMW even before I walked in the door which I believe is like most people. I wanted to have a welcoming experience with people who are experts at everything BMW, I did not receive this.

My internet sales rep, Kris Mang, was so easy to deal with. Very politely showed me a 5 series but I'm not a 5 series guy. Brought the wife back and we found a great CPO 3 series for me. Kris was willing to move the entire lot of cars so I could drive it. We couldn't agree on a price that night, but I checked in with Kris a few days later before driving to another dealership. We agreed on a price and the entire Concord BMW team stayed late to get the sale done. I don't know what I was expecting but Concord BMW really impressed me and I'm not easily impressed.

This is the best car leasing experience I had. The sales Rob was extremely helpful during the whole process. He helped me to end the previous lease two months early without any penalty/fees and I am able to get credit back with the mileage I did not use. He answered all my questions in details for different year and model cars. I originally thought their deep holiday discount offers on their website were some sorts dealer games but ended up they hide nothing behind and do just what they say on the web. We arrived the dealership kind of late (1 hour before they close) but I was able to close the deal and drive the newly leased car away in about an hour and half. I am very pleased about this leasing experience!

Although I had not planned to purchase a new vehicle during this visit, I was so impressed by Billy and his customer service that I agreed to look at what they had to offer. Needless to say, thanks to Billy & the wonderful team at BMW I left with a brand new car that I am very happy with! Jemille Alongi during our consideration phase. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience. Mrs Alongi seemed to be offhand with us, and when we were changing our choice from a silver to a graphit colored car she reacted with disappointment and frustration. I can understand that being a car salesman isn't an easy job, I expect to work with professionals, though. This kind of behavior was just not what I expect when I buy a premium car. Additionally Jemille Alongi ghosted us more or less after the preferred car on our end was sold, with the reason there wouldnt be any upcoming options for a similar price. I don't believe that. If there is a car for a certain price that is used, it's a question of time until something similar appears again on the market. Yes... thats then more a question of effort and patience, that was lacking here from my perspective. So we ended up buying a Volvo and you guys missed an opportunity to keep a BMW customer. Not to mention that we switched our sales person before working with Jemille here at BMW in Walnut Creek. Can't recommend going here. 2 stars for availability in communication until it failed.

Went to Concord BMW dealership based on an advertisement for a Lexus IS250 at $20000. We met with a girl in her office. She then introduced us to a salesman who brought the car around for my son to test drive. Son was interested so we tried to negotiate a better deal. Salesman would not budge off of $20000. Mind you, the Lexus was a stripper model. I said, "are you trying to sell a car or not? " Guy just stared at us. I then asked for the manager and he got up to go. Meanwhile, I tell my son to get ready to walk out if a deal can't be made. Salesman comes back with the original girl and girl says she's the manager. LOL. No deal made, so we walk and go to the Lexus dealership next to them and buy a Lexus fully loaded for $2000 more.

typical dealer service, staff does not care much about return customers. staff and management staff dont have much customer service skills, they are just there to sell cars and handle paperwork. dont expect much more after the sale.

i dropped them to 1 star when i learned that they did not even process my dmv transfer and title. waited 4 weeks and went to the dmv looking for answers and was told that no paperwork were ever submitted. contacted them and toke them 3 days to replied that dmv paperwork never got submitted but i have 3 months on my temperorary registeration, i asked about my title and never heard from them again.

I went to this dealership because I'm considering a new X5. I was greeted by Peter. I told him I was interested in the X5s, and that I was considering a Lincoln MKX and a Cadillac XT5 as well. I expressed I was interested in a model with sDrive and he told me he would go inside to look for one on the lot.

Five minutes later he came out with a key to a vehicle. He said he would try to find it, but first asked if I wanted to buy today. I said no, as I still wanted to look at the other two vehicles, but I was starting my shopping with BMW.

At that point, Peter told me I could "look" at the vehicles in the lot but that he was only interested in helping people who wanted to buy today. How am I supposed to know if I want to buy a car if I'm not able to drive it and be shown the features? Because I want to compare BMW to its competitors before I make a large purchase, I'm not worth the time?

I was extremely displeased with my experience at this dealership and if I do purchase a BMW, it won't be from here. Stay clear !

The sales team was outstanding however my previously turn-in leased vehicle terms were not what was agreed upon. I had requested 15K per year from the finance officer yet only received 12K. This resulted in a payment penalty at lease end. To avoid this happening to you ensure you read the lease terms carefully despite what is agreed upon verbally. Mistakes can happen so Trust but verify. Had the previous finance officer been accurate. I would have rated 5.
