He was very patient and knowledgeable and it was a stress free buying process. He did not push me into getting anything I did not want. He also had a great sense of humor. I shopped around (online and in person) and knew a good deal when I saw one. It was worth making the drive to Concord from Sacramento. Mike Bushel is the best auto salesperson I've ever worked with. My previous experiences were typical pressure, jerk-me-around price negotiating. Not so with Mike. My experience with BMW Concord has been exceptional. Started with an email a week ago with Mike Bushel about my requirements of a new 2015 BMW 5 series, Mike responded quickly with options and prices that no other dealer could match. On the day of appointment within couple of hours I drove my car with me. It was just that simple and quick without compromising on service. Thanks to Mike, Alyce & Jose for such a great service. Mike Bushel has contacted me very fast in response to my Internet inquiry to lease an i3. He gave me the quote that my SF BMW store, where I had leased my last BMW i3 could not even come close to.

During pickup, very little wait time as Concord Mini utilized my time by giving me the vehicle overview. Finance staff fast and friendly. I originally came in to BMW Concord because I had some extra time on my hands and my 8yr old son absolutely loves BMWs. I was greeted by Boris whom I informed I wasn't really interested in buying we were just looking. He gave me no pressure and still treated us like honored guests. I didn't seat in any of the cars my son did (in almost every floor model) in the driver seat and Boris was absolutely GREAT with him and treated my son like the buyer (adjusted seat and showed him several of the car features).
So making a long story short Boris's non-pressured great customer service and quiet relaxed manner lead me to trust him and continued to do business with him. I definitely am a customer that is very hard to please but Boris was still very respectful of my wants and needs. On each successive trip I took to BMW I never felt pressured nor did Boris rush me or act like he had better things to do. Boris was very confident and knowledgeable about all the features of the cars I looked at and truly has a love for BMW.
Originally just came to BMW to look and waste a little with my BMW obsessed son and....... 2 weeks later (which equals about 4 trips later) I was driving off the lot in a brand new 550i.
