Was taken care of right of way dropped my car off to get bumper fixed. (Which a driver there at BMW caused). As I was picking up a rental car, while the rep went inside to get the keys the rental car was backed up against a bim, which had a dent.PLEASE CHECK YOUR CAR AFTER YOU GET IT SERVICED! And check your rental car.

I had email interaction with this dealership before showing up at their doorstep. All persons from the sales, BMW genius, service center and collision center treat you well. They give you enough time to consider the price. Their pricing is very competitive. The dealership is nice and clean. Since I had a good experience buying one BMW from them, I went back and bought another from them.

Lena was an awesome person to deal with in purchasing my car. Her attention to detail was good and she was also very straightforward during the negotiations. I am excited with my new car and in the future plan to buy more from her and this dealership.

People don't take you seriously, when you have a problem they don't care and push you aside, front desk doesn't care to help whoever is in line till you say something. Do not trust this dealership

Serivce kevin hong is unprofessional amd should not be working there. I had bought a warrenty from the dealer for the wheels. Needed to fix my wheel in the warranty company went to the dealer a few times try to fix it and Kevin would not allow them to fix it. He hs caused me alot of time of work. Brought my M6 to get serviced they re checking for brakes and to get the wheel fixed while it s there at the dealership which I have done before and this time this idiot will not let the dent pro company which I had bought from the dealership warranty go and fix my wheel he said I could do it on my own time. I m find a complaint to corporate into the GM of the dealer . I had also bought my car for service there a couple years ago my 2014 M6 and one of the service people car was parked they backed into it hello hard and messed up my rear bumper which did a few thousand dollars in damages but they paid for it of course but I did not pursue a lawsuit or make a complaint or bad review until now . I did vies anybody taking the car there to be careful they take the cars for jewel rides park your car Nick your car scratch your car hitch a car and they don t care . I am going to call my attorney and pursue a lawsuit for when they hit my car. I will do everything in my power to get that dealership

I found the car searching the Internet. I contacted them using the online messaging feature and was put in touch with their Internet sales guy. I was pleasantly surprised when I came in to find that the sales rep actually knew a lot about the cars. These days it seems most car sales guys assume the customer has done all their own research online. Although I had done a lot of research online, I still had questions and this guy knew the answers. He also wasn t too heavy handed pushing the sale. I feel as though in the negotiation went well and I got a fair price. It was the best car buying experience I ve had in quite some time.

From my first contact with Kris, and then the finance side with Michael Newcomb I had the best experience possible. No hassle, no sizzle, just kind, polite, respectful people doing their jobs. Our salesman, Kris Mang, was such a pleasure to deal with that we truly enjoyed our car buying experience. We felt we had plenty of time to roam and test drive. This was my 4th times to lease vehicle. This one was one of the best experience! I feel like I purchased a car below market value. I highly recommend BMW of Concord.

Without don't, the worst communication I've ever had with any dealership service department. They are not responsive, they don't clearly explain what the customer should expect, they don't return calls or text messages. When you call to speak with a manager, there's never one available. Don't expect any different if you set an appointment they'll prioritize drive in customers who don't have an appointment and you won't get your car back when promised. They won't call you to tell you that it's delayed it why. When you call to speak with you service adviser they won't be available...I could go on. Either don't buy a BMW it don't go to this dealership. Yo have been warned.

I was a painless experience through out the whole process. I bought my second Cooper at the BMW Mini dealership in Concord. Jason Krupa helped me with my very first mini six years ago and now with my second. He was awesome! I really recommend BMW of Concord.

Ken Gonsalves is in my mind the model salesman. He knows his product but most importantly he is sincere. The one attribute that is key in building relationships and repeat business. Ken has accomplished something I have never been willing to do when purchasing a car and that is be a repeat customer. So, anyone looking to buy or lease a BMW, I truly hope you seek out Ken.

My review would not be complete if I failed to mention Alyce. Often times, the stress of buying a car only rises as you sit down with the Finance Manager and services are pushed. Not with Alyce, she was efficient and a true professional and also sincere. She was a true compliment to Ken.

I can t speak for the rest of the dealership. But I d avoid working with Tony in sales.

The sales rep who helped us was really nice and helpful, but I was really disappointed about the long wait. My husband and I showed up on a Saturday at 3:30pm with what we thought a pre-approved loan from my credit union. We test drove the car and went back into the dealership to get the process going. We were told that they were really busy and had to wait for finance to get to our application because even though we had an approved loan they wanted to run our credit to see if we can get a better APR. By 7 pm we were told they couldn t locate our per-approved loan and that since the lenders don t open on the weekends, they couldn t approve anything. They asked if we could go back the next day (New Years eve) to try again. We did not. So after driving an hour to concord and waiting 4hrs we left with no car!!

I called my credit union on the next business day and I was told that everything with the loan is fine and approved. Called the sales rep to re-run it and I was told we were approved and that we were ok the car.

We drive an hour and 15 minutes to concord on a Tuesday afternoon and when we get there we had to wait another 45 minutes to be seen by the finance person because he was working on it . So we finally signed paperwork and were able to get the car with a better APR but not without hearing how busy they are and how the finance person was 2 hours late to a dinner party because of us.

I think that if they know they re going to be busy then have more people on the floor to assist the customers, and if lenders are closed in the weekends, why is the dealership open!!!!??

I really thought that being a BMW dealership customers service would be better than any other dealership, but I guess that s not the case when they re so busy .

Nice friendly dealership, unlike others. We went to the BMW SF location and was treated with terrible used car salesmen tactics. It is worth a drive to come it here to this Concord BMW. The salesman we had Rob went above and beyond what you would expect from others.

Every step of the way was an absolute breeze! My car was in a motor vehicle accident and from BMW retrieving it from my house, to James handling the estimated repairs, to it being deemed a total loss, to delivery of my new car to my home it was all a breeze. As most BMW dealers is very expressive. For minor work they charge around $800 for labor. Better find alternative options

I test drove a 328 CPO with Mark Salvoni the other day and he was so helpful and wasn t at all like the typical salesman. He really wanted to make sure I got a car that was reliable and what I wanted, instead of just pushing me into whatever car was convenient. Buying a car can be stressful though its suppose to be exciting, this past Sunday after months of dealing with my car been totaled, a best friend drove me to mini of concord and dealing with Butch and the finance team, i am super happy with my new mini.

The salesman was fantastic. Got me a good deal, worked with me and was helpful. Then I ran into the finance department. The most horrible experience. I live far away and went to concord with all the items I needed. They first made a mistake on financing then they wanted information that I had for them when i arrived to get the car. Just be aware, double check and ask over and over, "do you need anything else, please check and consult others". That will make it tolerable.

This place is the best. Best service, best deal, best sales , and finance staff and best coffee. Really! Once you re at the top of the mountain there s nowhere else

The place is crisp and neat. However the service is slow. You leave your car and they will call you at the end of day and tell you the work is not complete and may take 2 days. I have the same issues with San Rafael BMW. Go there not expecting to get your car on time.

I went to purchase a vehicle this past weekend. I worked with an awesome Sales Woman Jemille Alongi. She was the best and very thorough. I did my research on the previous day via-internet and after I talked to Jemille I scheduled an appointment and was able to meet her on the following day. Infact I had arranged another appointment at a different dealership. After reviewing a couple of vehicles I had a particular one I really wanted. Jemille was very punctual and professional. I had my BMW 435i with 48k miles serviced before the warranty expired and I had the valve cover gasket changed. Recently I checked the car again in an independent shop and I found out that with only 3k miles more, the car has the drive belt worn on front edge: this is unacceptable, nobody said anything to me about that and it is impossible to have this damage with only 3k miles from the last service. I am going to change the drive belt in an independent shop, but I am completely disappointed for the lack of information, seriousness and confidence for any BMW service.

Very nice experience with Concord BMW - especially Sales Manager Lena Chi. She was very approaching and helpful in choosing the right car that we were looking for. Very friendly to work with. Also, Michael from finance and Ken from Genius were very helpful and the process was very smooth. They have a nice inventory of cars with good combination of packages you can choose from as per your need.

I scheduled a day off to take my 2007 BMW Z4 coupe on 20 October 2017. The appointment was set up to arrive at 720, check the vehicle in, get a loaner vehicle and leave the dealer. Upon arrival, the gentleman at check in greeted me and told me where to park the car. Inside, the lady in charge of loaner vehicles was very courteous and started the paperwork for my loaner vehicle. After this she instructed me to sit at the lobby until my advisor contacted me.

While at the lobby I received a phone call from the advisor. In my mind I believed advisors should talk person to person to build that rapport from client to advisor. I felt some disrespect from the advisor but did not give it much thought at that point. The issue arose when the advisor had a not so friendly tone while asking the same questions I had previously answered for my appointment. I waited 50 minutes for the advisor to take my paperwork to the loaner vehicle desk with no avail. Then, at that point I decided to take my vehicle and leave BMW Concord. Needless to say, I will not take my car to this dealership again.
