All they about is taking your money and jacking up insurance every year. Difficulty removing one of my many vehicles from policy they said I NEED storage insurance and it was a 10 minute argument to get done. Got shorted on storm damage payment and then they raised insurance after that.. went from 1500 to 3250 a year, in a 4 year period. Very poor service

with their advertising budgets being about equal to the states gdp I don't see how they could actually pay on a valid claim. I don't think i would use their insurance even if it was free. A little commercial=ok, 40% of internet traffic=not ok
Initially signed on with this company in 2016 at a discounted rate through my employer and you decide. Premiums were supposed to be deducted from my paycheck. 2016 policy, $869, 2017 $996, projected amount for 2018 $1175. Mind you my husband and I drive 10 yr old vehicles ++ and have no claim history no ticket history, ect since weve had our own insurance ( over 10 yrs) not sure why the huge jump in premiums as thats a little much to be called inflation?? I recently returned from maternity leave in Feb 2018, all to receive a $734 bill. Apparently at different intervals liberty wasn t receiving any payment from my employer and failed to let me know about it until we basically owed the entire premium. On top of trying to communicate with them, they tack on a 5$ charge everytime they issue you a new bill..... ?!?! not sure for what.... They are highly disorgnized, lack professional communication, and price gouge on people who have a clean record. I urge anyone to reconsider doing business with this company! GO LOCAL!
My gf just checked their car insurance rates online to compare, the next day they called 7 times... very annoying, if someone wants your services they'll contact you.
I m suppose to get an annuity from them for a previous injury its suppose to be paid once a year but conventley they cant find my case i havent recieved my annuity now for the last two years so now i have too get the attorney who won my case too find. Out what is going on what a bunch of crooks
One of the most expensive insurance companies I've ever been insured with, not a single claim on either of my policies in years. On top of that, the wait time for getting to insurance agents is absolutely atrocious on ANY day of the week at ANY time. Do not insure with this company!
I don't have Liberty Mutual Insurance but I get to see that totally unrealistic commercial 20 times a day....Really, too busy with two kids to handle her own business...Liberty stands with her!!! but the really bad part of that commercial is the woman with a bunch of kids running around a car repair shop...Kids are running rampant at the garage....This will never happen at any reputable garage!!! (unless of course Liberty Mutual is insuring the car repair shop owner) He better have some really great coverage when a car falls off the lift and falls on those unruly kids running around the shop!!!!!!!! Good luck with that!!!!
Customer Service and their Claim reps are VERY unprofessional. Good Luck actually getting someone that will help you or get you in touch with a supervisor! Very Disappointed in my overall experience!
