My wife vehicle was involved in an automobile collision resulting in a total loss. We were in search of a new vehicle for her. While out shopping she mentioned she wanted a BMW, So I pulled over and we begin to google BMWs. She found one at BMW of Concord. I called to get directions and was informed you cannot just walk in, by the front desk receptionist. I explained to him that I was less than 5 miles away, he transferred me to Michael Heller. Michael told us come in and immediately begin to do all he could to help us with purchasing the vehicle my wife wanted. Our first experience with BMW was an excellent one because of Michael. And, after getting home he called to ask how did my wife enjoy her ride home in her new car. It would be hard to top this kind of service.
