I have always had exceptional care when I have been at BMW in Concord. I have purchased two BMWs (535i) from Sheila Lane and she has always been most professional, knew her information, and has always spent quality time with me. My first BMW was totaled two weeks ago in an accident and David White went Above and Beyond and was most helpful from the Collision Center. My car was undrivable, and he came to my house after work to reinstate the battery so it could be moved to the tow truck. He also spent quality time on the phone with me directing me on next steps. I'm grateful to know that there are still good people in this world. Thank you BMW

By far the worst customer service I've experienced...

By far the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Called Friday left 2 voice mails with service advisor. No one returned call. Called back Monday and left 3rd voice mail. No one called me back. Finally after the 8th time I got a hold of parts because service wouldn't return calls. Operator didn't try to communicate with rite person, she just sent me to a so called Jeremy in srvice. I will not return to this place for future purchases.

This is a great place where staff are attentive. Omar and Mike in particular stand out.for being courteous and extremely professional. Omar knew the cars very well and helped us identify the vehicle best suited for our needs. I bought a 2015 BMW X5.

Experience was excellent except I am really annoyed that they made me fill out a credit application even though I was paying with a (good) check. A day later Credit Karma was telling me my credit score had dropped Maybe OK for Sharkey s Sleazy Motors, but not OK for a plush BMW emporium.
(18 months later) Went back and bought another car from them. Experience was again excellent and filling out the credit application wasn't annoying. Sales person was zero pressure and well informed. I've bought three BMW's from them so far, and I'll probably buy there the next time around as well

Having traveled almost 350 miles to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, in the times we currently live in,was questionable to say the least. I am beyond impressed with the service and professionalism at this facility. I walk in, everything is sterile. Masks and gloves on everyone but you still feel you are greeted with a smile. Yolanda at the front desk was more than helpful and went out of her way to make the completion of my buying experience a memorable one. Taking a look around everyone has masks and gloves on. There is a gentlemen walking around spraying and wiping everything down and going over twice on areas you would assume to be heavy hand traffic. Pens are in sterile containers and marked as such. The buying experience was just as such. Kris(with a k) was my salesperson. We conducted business over the phone and via email. Peter helped with my transaction. Everything was signed electronically. Again for being a different time we are in right now, this was as close to normality for me as I could get. I've been in the car business since 2006. I've worn each hat in a dealership environment. But I take my hat off to you guys, thank you so much again for your hard work, professionalism, and being sincere .

The service advisor who assisted me was very helpful and professional. Downside is i made an appointment 5 days before i went there and i requested a loaner car. When i got there they call the enterprise to pick me up and have to spend more money to get a decent car. This is the only dealership that sent me to rental cars.

This Concord BMW dealership was not good. The salesman that worked with me was nice and friendly during the transactions, but his after service was poor. It made me felt like he just acted friendly before I finished the deal, but totally changed after I signed the papers. On the day I got the car, I saw the inflated tires alert on the screen, the salesman said it would go away after it resets itself. So I took his words, but after I drove the car for a few days and pressed the reset button like he told me, I still saw the same alert message. I called him and told him about the situation, he asked me to take the car in and he can take care of it very quickly. Today, when I took the car in, he said an appointment is needed for that service. I wasn't happy about it and he said he would let me know once he made the appointment and then he walked away. If an appointment is needed, why didn't he tell me that before I made my trip?!?! Then I saw a random salesman walked by, I told him the situation, he said no appointment is needed for inflated tires and told me to go to the service dept around the corner. I went there and they took care of it in 3 minutes! I confirmed with the service guy that there is no appointment needed for inflated tires, we can just drive in at anytime because it literally takes 3 mins. And the salesman said he worked there for 10 years, I wouldn't believe that he doesn't know that no appointment is needed for inflated tires service. He just didn't want to work with me anymore since I already bought the car from him....
Also, another thing I am not happy about him is that, I noticed that two signatures were missing on my financial paperwork after I went home and I called the salesman to ask if he can ask the finance person if I need to go in and resign the papers. He said he would get back to me that day after he talked to the finance person, of course he didn't call me back. I called him again the next day, he gave me the same story saying he would get back to me once he talked to the finance person, but again, he didn't call. So today, I went in and talked to the finance person by myself. And yes, I did need to resign the paperwork. The finance person did say my salesman mentioned to her about some paperwork, but was not clear about what was wrong. The finance person is not professional because she didn't even notice two signatures are missing. The bottom line is that, the salesman could have communicated back to me on that and the finance person could have called too after knowing the customer has concerns about the paperwork. It's just after sales customer service. After all, it's still within a week after I bought my car from him. If you want to buy a BMW, I would not recommend this place! The salesman will not help you with anything even within one week after you bought your car! The only reason that I gave this place a two stars is because I got good service from the service dept. People at the service dept are nice and helpful, but don't buy the car there! Buy it somewhere else!

I admit that after reading the other reviews I was extremely skeptical of coming here. But, I was in a pickle with my tire issue that needed to be looked at ASAP. I didn't have an option to take it to another dealer at the time because of safety concerns.

Boy was I fortunate. Tom Reitz. was my godsend. He was extremely professional and personable, patiently listened to my concerns and answered any questions I had, promptly followed up to clearly explain my options, and most of all took initiative to make sure that my experience was exceptional every step of the way. Tom will be the reason why I will come back to this Service Center! His colleague who helped with my loaner was also extremely pleasant to work with. Thanks Tom R!

I have purchased many vehicles through out the years, however, I have never experienced five star service from sales, finance and tech service and I highly recommend Concord BMW, specifically Michael Heller, sales professional and BMW expert who made the entire buying process easy, pleasurable and no pressure. Zach Lee, finance manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Now for the star of the show, my BMW X3 SUV is a dream come true. It was pre-certified and in immaculate condition, fully loaded and priced to sell. I've only been driving her for 3 days but I'm in love with the smooth and powerful ride. I plan on keeping my SUV for many years and when it's time for new vehicle, I will be back at Concord BMW as I can't imagine driving anything but a BMW! Thanks again to everyone at Concord BMW for the impeccable and friendly service!

While the manufacturer may produce some of the finest cars on the planet, this dealership fails to conduct themselves as a responsible member of the community in a wide variety of ways.

I highly recommend finding a different dealer as It's managements actions in the community certainly don't speak well of a great brand like BMW. Avoid these folks at all costs.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ve visited this dealer a few times and have left with the same feeling. My appointment never seems to be in the system, there s a lot of whispering going on which made me feel very uncomfortable, and then they gave me an outrageous price for a simple service. Crazy thing is I ve gone there before and there was no charge, same for other dealers. When asked why the change, I was given several excuses about what might be wrong with my car, they would have to open their garage to complete the service (as if there weren t any other services taking place), the service would take 3 hrs, etc. My issue wasn t that there would be a cost, it was more so that it felt like they were willing to tell me anything! I politely pulled out and visited another dealer that my family has gone to for years. They are always welcoming, very attentive, friendly, and treat you like family. For now on I will go out of my way to avoid using BMW Concord for any reason.

I was in a dilemma and little thoughtful of my purchase of a new car. I arrived at this place only because of Salesperson Mike Bushel, who assured me the best service and deal. When I reached the dealership, it was 6:30pm on a Sunday night, which is already past the working hours of the salesperson, but still strecthed his time just because I gave him a call and said that I am on my way. At first, I was certain that there will not be a productive talk on deals as it is late and I was also thoughtful in buying a car for huge grands. But once I started talking to Mike Bushel, I got a feel that it would be the best dealership that I have arrived and best deal that they would offer. Suprisingly, we concluded our deal in no less than 45 minutes and it was the best deal ever than I got from other dealers. I almost researched and went to 3 dealers prior and these guys had given me best deal that I did not think of stepping into other dealerships post the talk with Mike as I know that none can beat this. Finally, I did all my paperworks by 7:30 and left for the day ! Would you believe it as I had no idea of purchasing because, I was fed up of other dealers and their way of talks in the deal finalization, but I was lucky that I chose BMW Concord. I already reffered two of my friends who also bought their new BMW from this dealership with pretty good deal. I am happy and my friends are happy ! Everyone did appreciate for the deals they offered and was stone stuck when I told about the deal I got from these guys. If you want to purchase a BMW, dont think, just go for BMW Concord, meet Mr.Mike Bushel.

I had a paint problem with my 530i. I took the car to another BMW dealer where I live and they refused to take care of the problem. I was surprised because it was clearly a BMW problem. So, I took the car back to where I bought it several years ago, the Concord BMW dealer. When their BMW rep. saw the car, he agreed it was a problem BMW was responsible for. So, they repainted those parts of the car that required it. During the time, they gave us a loaner car, and were very polite about everything. If I buy another BMW, I will not buy it from my local dealer but I will drive 500 miles to where I bought my current BMW and buy it at Concord BMW. Lena and Sammy were excellent. These two made buying a vehicle enjoyable. Concord BMW also has the best service department in the East Bay (Unfortunately I had the pleasure of visiting 3 of them, that said because of Concord BMW's persistence the issue was resolved).

If you are looking for a vehicle, I would strongly recommend giving Concord BMW a chance, especially these two. It is not common you find the best price along with the best service!

The sales experience is very good, but service is another matter. Even though no loaners were avl they expected me to pay for the day rental. The compromise was a 2 hour wait to fit me in. To top it off the estimate was for $300 for one new tire, when the tire only needed to be patched. Bottom line get a second service opinion and estimate before getting any work done here. I am not a happy BMW customer at this point and I just made the car purchase in July.

I have been going to Concord BMW for service for more than 10 years now, and while they aren't inexpensive, they really try hard to do a great job in servicing your car. For me, attitude and how they go about fixing a problem is at least as important as how the primary repair goes. They have had the same service manager for a very long time, and her team really likes working there...and it shows. I would highly recommend this dealer for service of any BMW...just don't expect it to be cheap and good...you usually only get to pick one of those, and at Concord that means good.

This rating is for service only. My experiences with the dealership on the sales side have not been good...but that's a story for another day.

Definitely this was by far the best experience we've ever had in buying a car and we've purchased quite a few. And the reason for that is just because of the agent that we dealt with of the name of Robert Matthews, very considerate, not pushy, extremely helpful and literally went the extra miles (70 miles one way to be exact, because we live in Sacramento) to accommodate us in getting all the process expedited the way we wished it to be. If we weren't talking about cars but cheaper goods, this experience would have made us come back for more, because it's really a pleasure to spend money when it's worth the value!

We came in on 2/27/21 at 9:30am. to test drive a 2012 GMC Yukon. We were very impress with the car and told the car salesmen that we wanted to purchase it.. I have all ready been pre-approve through my credit union. We were told we have to go to the credit union to get a check in order to purchase the car.. which is in Livermore. We get to the bank and was told that we did not have to make that trip because for the convince for members everything is done on line, process call CUDL.. also there was no signatures on the contract. We called the dealership back and was told that at that BMW dealership that they did not do CUDL, our bank representative stated that they had dealt with that dealership before with no problems.. We ended up going home without a car.. This ordeal was very frustrating to say the least!! We were told we could do doc sign on Sunday and someone would call.. I was ready to go to another dealership!! Then I got a call from Eleni Wright a dealership rep/Retail business manager and ask If I was being finance through there dealership and I said no I have already been pre-approve with my credit union and now we need to do doc sign.. Ms. wright said we do CUDL here and she was very apologetic for the unnecessary steps we went through. Ms. Pulled the pre-approved paperwork in the system and said don t worry I ll take care of the paperwork and make sure the car was ready so we could pick it up Sunday. Ms. Wright is very professional and amazing person, it was an absolutely joy to work with her and I will forever be very thankful!!! We finally got our car, thanks to Eleni!!! Job well done!!!

This is not to say that there wasn't a lot paperwork and negotiation that took place, but it was friendly and non-intrusive. Dilip was our representative and he was knowledgeable, accommodating and, best of all, a decent man all around. I will look him up again next time.

My husband and I purchased a Pre-Owned Certified BMW from this dealership a little over a year ago. We decided to upgrade and went to another dealer that had a newer BMW we wanted. During the purchase process the new dealer informed us that our Concord BMW had been in an accident. This was never disclosed to us by BMW Concord. Furthermore, this information was never even reported about the car on Carfax until a year after we purchased the car so there was no way for us to know the car had prior damage. This fraudulent behavior devalued our BMW trade in by $5,000. It is appalling that a dealer of this caliber would stoop to such sleazy tactics such as this.

In search of an electric vehicle for the first time, I really did my homework. I spent time reading up on all of the possible cars that might possibly suit my needs, and then spent approximately 2 months, test driving them all. Some, I even test drove twice as I narrowed down my choices. Finally, I decided on the BMW i3 (with the gas extender) at BMW of Concord. Not only am I completely thrilled with the product (I don't think I have ever loved a vehicle as much as this one), but the professional manner in which we were treated made a huge difference in my final decision. Mike Bushel, Internet Sales Manager, took great care of me directly at the dealership. He was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of the i3, and worked with me on my specific requests and needs. Mike listened to me carefully and met all of my vehicle goals. He made all of the difference for me. Other staff who made my experience a great one are:

I absolutely love my car. The workmanship is superior. It is incredibly quiet and the ride is as smooth as glass. I cannot say enough about how much I am enjoying my car. I haven't put one ounce of gasoline in the 2 gallon mileage extension tank, and I smile each time I drive past a gas station! Altogether, my experience was excellent. I highly recommend this dealership and I commend the individuals who made it all happen.

The best car purchase experience I have ever had, without question.

I inquired about a vehicle I found on the dealer s website. Raquel L. sent me an email and gave me a phone call within an hour.

I visited the next day. Although the car that brought me to the dealership didn t work for me, Raquel made it clear that she (and the rest of the team) wanted to earn my business. And that s just what they did.

Raquel listened to what I wanted, worked with me to evaluate options and helped me find a car that met my needs.

Although the car I decided to buy had just returned from a lease, she and the rest of the staff worked hard to help me drive away with a beautifully detailed car the very same day.

I would recommend BMW Concord, and especially Raquel, without any hesitation. Every aspect of this experience is a model for how buying a car should be.

BMW Concord really surprise me how these thugs are not been raid by FBI or state. I bring my car 2011 bmw 528i with only 27000 miles on it for driver side window issue and here is what my service advisor Jeff told me. Your wire harness need to be replace because it has tape on it which could cause the which will cost $865 + 320 labor so i asked him will this fix the issue he said no but once we change it we will go to next step to see why the harness doesn't have power. Then he said we will look at the next issue SRM or switch. Next he told me Mr Khan your car radiator is leaking and your Belt tenisoner also needs to be replaced. i asked him how much it will cost to replace radiator and tenisoner $1240.28 and tensioner $652.61 plus the labour.

I asked Jeff how is that possible that car only have 27k miles and radiator and belt tensioner is also bad and you guys have no idea that why is the real issue with window. You want me to spend $1200 to change the harness what if that's not the real issue may be it just $1 fuse is out. Jeff " Well we have to check step by step whole system in order to see why window is not working." Then i told him that there is no coolant leaks did you guy hit the car while it on dealership. Jeff was like let me get more details from mechanic and i will call you back.
Im not Trump or Bill Gates who has thousands of dollars to waste on cars. The thing which surprise me the most that he come up with all these repairs and a lot of customers who doesn't have any idea what is happening end up paying alot of money even though they don't need the repair but thugs like concord BMW know the art how to scare people.
This is my first and last BMW never buying it again - Filing complain to CA Consumer affairs and California Attorney General today with all the invoices and diagnosis.

This is my third BMW purchase and the absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. First, "Peter" tries to tell me the car I like is no longer available and proceeds to try to sale me one that is almost double the price and not even the same make or model! Finally, after getting frustrated and threatening to call another dealership, he miraculously finds the vehicle. Next, he says he cannot hold it no matter what even if I put down a deposit; it is the dealership's policy. Then he tells me that he can't help me with trading in my current BMW, "why don't I just donate it." Peter tells me I must fly down immediately to purchase this car. When I request to send the paperwork ahead of time, he doesn't respond. Finally, I stress that I want the documentation process started before I fly down and send in my driver's license, insurance, etc. and then he tells me that he cannot sale the car to me because I am out of state. I can understand their policy, but why not put this directly on the website? In addition, this entire transaction was unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Don't bother. Call someone that actually wants to help you instead of just making $$. Beverly Hills BMW is a thousand times better and I will be going to them.

Lena was a very helpful and supportive online salesperson. She was attentive to my concerns and needs that led to my purchase of a CPO i3 without even seeing the car in person. Very honest as all my concerns about the condition of the vehicle spoke online were reassured in person such as any light cosmetic damages, which were none. Genius Ken was also very honest and helpful when going through features of the car upon pickup. Both shared personal experiences about the vehicle I purchased that made me feel confident about my purchase. Looking forward to doing more business with BMW of Concord again!

The car has other issues to look at and will need to be in more than a day. No loaners for 8 days. No offer to rent me a car, cars under warranty. Hey that s the quality service you get when you spend over $50k on a car.

Terrible sales experience with RAQUEL LOPEZ.

Given COVID-19, it is better to do some negotiation via email/phone rather than spending a long time at the dealership. So I submitted a request via their website to get their pricing for a car and Raquel responded.

At first, Raquel was polite and asked me details of what I am looking for, such as whether you currently own a BMW and what kind of PAYMENT you re looking for.

So it seems the moment Raquel knew that she will NOT be able to get more money from you, she ignored you. FYI, you CAN get a BMW X5 ($70K) for about $800 WITHOUT any cap reduction.

Research the car and payment and talk to other dealer. BMW Concord will just ignore you.

Peter the salesman is great. Been using him for the past 15 years. I have bought 5 cars in the past 15 years from him. On the other hand, the new ownership/management are horrible, those little people that wont come out side of there office to talk to a long time customer is pis poor business. If I ran my company that way, I wouldn't be in business. The millennial's have no clue what relationship means. And its clear, the new ownership has very little over sight.
