Getting a new car couldn't be easier than with Concord BMW. These are my third and fourth cars from them. The price is great and the service excellent. James Stanford made the process smooth and easy.
One of the worst bmw dealers I have ever been to. No stock and no options.
Don't use the service department unless you take all of your items of value out of your car! If it comes up missing the management don't care. I had an item stolen out of my car when it was in for servicing, I was told no one seen it "BIG SURPRISE" and I was offered more services for my car to make it right. Really, like I would truss them with my car after that! BE WARE!!!!!!
Another great experience at the Concord BMW dealership. We leased our 3. BMW i3 with the conditions clearly spelled out via email and phone. Upon coming to the dealership, we found no surprises and the lease proceeded as per the provided information. Sumaira Sadiq was very nice and knowledgeable that we could conclude the transaction in a reasonable time. We highly recommend her the Concord BMW dealership.

Took my car for regular oil change last Saturday. I was greeted and checked-in quickly, until I was told my "service advisor" was busy and I had to wait. After 8 min I complained. I was told I had to wait some more. Finally some other service advisor decided to help me. That was after three other customers checked-in and left, while I was waiting. Finally they took my car. When I returned to pick it up that afternoon, it had still an alert message on the dash stating that maintenance was needed. The mechanics failed to re-set it. I complained and that was fixed. I had asked for courtesy car wash. It wasn't done. They gave me a card so I could come back for a free car wash. No thanks, won't drive 40 min for that. On the way home I re-set the pressure monitor (adjusting tire pressure is a common task in those revisions). I noted they did not adjust them properly. My car, on the driver's side inner frame, clearly states the rear tires are to be kept at 38 psi. They adjusted them to 32 psi. The BMW experts don't know how to maintain the cars they sell. Highly disappointing. Won't ever visit that dealership.
Michael Heller is the best at what he does. I wanted an M car but wasn t sure which one. He took me logically from one to the next until I had enough information to know that an M5 was the ideal car for me. At that point he found the perfect car and made it very easy to get the deal done. His values and process are rare in this industry today. I buy and sell a lot of high end cars. I trust his judgment and appreciate his high integrity. We have 3 vehicles from Concord BMW now. Michael is a primary reason why.
Had an issue with the driver door closing, they were able to look at it right away and fix it. Explained what could have happened. Was told if it happens again, since it is a safety issue, come right in.

1. $500++ to replace a coolant hose with connectors ($46 part, I checked)?
2. Two days wait before someone even had a first look at the car?
True, I did not have an appointment because of the emergency situation and I had to just drive in, but for them to not even open the hood for almost two days, is just an insult.
Took the car elsewhere and it turned out that the Concord BMW's quote was not even complete (other mechanic showed me what needs to be replaced and explained why). The shop I used is run by a former BMW racer. Full repair cost was $250 (!!!). BMW genuine parts.
Here is another "interesting" part. Apparently, BMW Concord agents are actually lying (in paperwork) to their management about some services delivered to customers. They are reporting something that was not done, thus creating an illusion of a "perfect" customer care experience".
As I took the car from Concord BMW, agent provided the paperwork, which stated that the car was washed and vacuumed (not that I expected or required this, BUT it was NOT). Report also stated that some basic, complementary multipoint inspection was done. Well, I can't check this part, but seriously, it just doesn't make sense for them to do these "complementary" services BEFORE the agreement about the actual repair was made(it was NOT in my case). Therefore, I have my doubts on this part of the paperwork as well.
So, if you are "stuck" with this particular BMW dealership, here is what you need to do every time you are here for repairs (... this is NOT being "cheap", this us about not allowing the abuse of customer's trust, this is business, ok?):
Get your qoutes and know what kind of repair needs to be done. Ask for part numbers and check prices online. If you see that the prices are lower, but within similar ballpark at several other places, request adjustment. Do not accept the argument that dealership is not going to match "some online sellers out there" (this is what I was told after giving me twice the price quote). Authorised BMW dealerships have parts discount no one else can have, by definition. Alternatively, you can just order parts yourself (should not be an issue for you, especially if you have a loaner car).
Call other BMW dealerships to check on labor rates and in particular on the time it will take to get the repair done (it shouldn't be difficult to get an estimate because you will already know the scope of the work). If the repair is not too complicated, give a non BMW shop a shot too.
I am sticking with my regular BMW dealership, would use towing next time.
P.S. Attached is a picture of my "$500++ issue". A little connector between coolant tank steem hose and upper coolant hose was broken. Both parts were replaced, coolant flushed and special designated BMW coolant added.

Very very disappointed. Bought a 42k worth used Mercedes from Raquel at this dealership and its been 3 months stuck waiting for my Registration. I am being forced to drive a car with an expired Registration all thanks to their mess up.. They don't have any concrete answers either claiming they don't have title yet. And I never get a cal back. Idk how they were able to sell a vehicle without having a title in possession. I would like to speak to the Manager or else I will talk to my Attorney very soon. I feel mentally harassed and wronged. Don't recommend em to anyone.

I have owned bmws for 15 years and never been charged half what they charge for service. My car needed a new alternator. They burned out my battery that was brand new and charged us for a reinstall even though it was their fault. 2150 for an alternator to be fixed. Never ever in my life have i paid that much.

First visit to this dealership for service. I didn't buy my car here...the only business I've ever done with them is to buy hard to find BMW parts (I like to do my own work). I had the airbag recall done last Friday morning. I was greeted by a gentleman in service that handed me off to Vernon who explained the process very well and made sure I had what I needed to get through the time that would pass while the service was completed. My car is a 2001 X5 and my back seat is owned by my Rottweiler...who slobbers inside and out (when the windows are down). I returned to find my car cleaned inside and out! What an unexpected but pleasant surprise. Professional through and through...thank you guys!
I can t say enough good things about BMW Concord. They ordered the exact car I wanted and it came in earlier than expected. Not only was the sales person fantastic with communication and professional, they had a separate person go over iDrive and all the tech specs. Signing loan papers was very easy and done via DocuSign. That saves time and is much appreciated during the pandemic.

I had a very pleasant experience at Concord BMW. The salesman Kris was very pleasant and trustworthy. I had no problem making a trouble free purchase.
Pros: The inventory is quite large. So, more ofter than not, one will find something that he/she is looking for.
Cons: The vehicles are massively overpriced and when an informed buyer calls them out, they accuse you of lowballing. I drove 60x2 miles to find this out. If the car is not decently priced online, don't bother paying them a visit, if you're not close by.

Very disappointing. Had 2 front parking sensors malfunctioning. Was told 2 were damaged by a collision and I could not find any signs of a collision, then they said rock chips. Rock chips damaged 2 sensors at the same time? Felt scammed. Only one probably really needed to be replaced. And then I was told my car will be ready after at least 3 days. No loaner or alternative transportation was offered at all even when I said I need the car sooner than that. Yes, I do have another car but am I at a Kia dealership? Officially hate dealerships. Reason why I got a Tesla and not going to look back after I get rid of the BMW convertible. Lounge area was not bad, only reason for 2 stars instead of 1.
My shopping experience at Concord BMW was PERFECT. I met with Mark Wilson and explained to him exactly what i was looking for and what my poramitors were. Mark did not try to upsell or give me the "Used Car Salesman" act that is so commen in this industry. Mark treated me with respect, honesty and direct good eye. I appreciated that. I then met with Sales Manager Sergeri Beloi. Sergeri has such a pleasent, no pressure demeanour way about him. He makes you feel at ease that he will do all he can to help you with your financial limits. That is something i have not felt in all my years of buying cars from a dealer. Overall I left Concord BMW with my 2013 Mini Cooper at the price I could afford and with such a "GOOD FEELING" that I had been taken care of by Mark and Segeri. This may sound strange but let me 1st start out giving kudos to Jake Jernigan at east bay mini. The kid lined up several cars for my family to test drive. The feeling while inside a mini dealership is no pressure and completely professional. We knew we wanted a mini after driving one. I decided to see if there was a white one in the area. Luck had it that mini Concord had one. Robert Mathews was awesome. Dream transaction. Never went to the dealer. Everything on line including meeting with Sammy from finance. To top it off. They delivered to my door today. The Covid is horrible but the Bay Area mini dealers make it seamless. We re so excited with the new car. Thanks Robert!(robert also followed up today on his day off to see if everything was as expected) , thanks concord mini and thanks Jake from East Bay Mini(the kid used to maintain his own mini).

We were in the market for a new car, so my husband & 9 year old stopped by BMW Concord one day. We are long-standing customers of BMW Concord of 10+ years, but were ready for a different sales person. No one took notice of hubby & daughter except Jackie, who was very warm, sincere and not pushy. They are arranged for Jackie to follow-up with us at a later date. Jackie called a few weeks later, had a short & sweet conversation with hubby about his vehicle requirements, set up an appointment and that was that. We walked out with a brand new 2017 X1 this weekend at a fair price. Initially we were planning to lease a re-certified X1 loaner with less than 5K miles on it, but after sitting down with Jackie and comparing options, a new 2017 X1 made the most sense for our family.
Jackie is very easy to work with. Very experienced and knowledgeable, no games, no bs. By the same token, we give her the same respect. We are all about establishing good relationships with good people, and plan to give Jackie our business from now on - we liked her that much. Go see Jackie! :-)

I had an extremely frustrating experience. I had found the car I wanted at concord, made an appt to see a sales person so I could see the car and take it for a test drive, and after driving an hour in holiday rush hour traffic, got there and found out that the transportation dept had loaned out the one car I came for! It was a unique color and there were no others I was interested in. Why, why, why would you loan out the one blue x1 that a customer had expressed interest in and was coming to see??? And why won t you let your sales people identify cars that are in play so they don t get loaned out??? It was a disaster, and I was extremely frustrated and disappointed in concord bmw, who I ve leased from before. Very bad management and processes. And the only reason I didn t give the experience a lower number is because the sales person Dan Perdue could feel my pain and did everything in his power to make it right! I would give him a 5 and the dealership a 2 after spending a total of 4-5 hours there to lease a car.

BMW Concord is one of the best dealerships of any manufacturer that I have been to. The entire staff was great. They went out of their way to make my purchase of a CPO vehicle so easy. From their fleet manager to there geniuses, this team was top notch. I will recommend BMW Concord to anyone, and when I am ready for a new vehicle they will be my first call.

I bought a CPO from Jackie. The passenger molding was loose, they wont fix it. The brakes were squealing, they blamed it on the car being just detailed, then they blamed it on the brake dust. I asked to tighten the ebrakes, they claim it's "fine", but my car moves when I park it and have the ebrake up. I bring my car in because Jackie the sales person told me to. Then she said all the mechanics are busy. So basically, nothing has been fixed as of today.
The only silver lining to this whole thing is Jake E. the manager, he cares about customer service, so I have just been talking with him. He actually booked me an appointment with the mechanics. That is where the 2nd star comes from. I will update this review accordingly.

Finance department was a little on the hard sell side but otherwise a very nice experience. I bought a certified pre-owned 328i nothing fancy or pricey but they still did an amazing job detailing it before I took off. Even after the sale they've been helpful giving me info for insurance that I was too lazy to find in the folder of documents they gave me.
Once again I found BMW Concord to be customer focused during the process of purchasing a second car from them. From explaining the electronics to financing, the process of purchasing a new car was without stress or dread given the help from Sofia and others. The dealership was thoughtful and sent me documents overnight that was required from DMV, to guiding me with the actual purchase of my new car. I appreciated the open ended questions and help that I received at the dealership. There was the absence of the "negativity" that many associate with buying a car, I sincerely appreciated the positivity from Sofia and the dealership. I work in a career that is person oriented and I must say that if you seek that experience, then I recommend that you give them an opportunity to make your cur purchase an easy and efficient process.

Great Dealership and even better service! Although I did not buy my BMW from here I did bring it in for service last week. The person who helped was Joey Tiongson, and I can't say enough about how he took care of me getting a loaner vehicle while my car was in for service. Then the next day when I picked up may car they found that they would have to order my part from Germany. In recompense, he went above and beyond what was needed and helped me out greatly!
