I inquired about the status of an open recall (i.e...

I inquired about the status of an open recall (i.e., drive shaft replacement) that was listed on the CarFax and NHTSA reports of one of the dealer's M4s. The salesperson --- Lena Chi --- provided conflicting information regarding the recall. I was first told that the drive shaft had not been replaced, but when I asked for an explanation she responded that it had been despite the recall remaining open according to the NHTSA's website. This exchange happened over the course of a day. When I asked a follow-up question the following day, she sent a snarky response. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are in the market for a BMW.

We ve all had to adjust due to COVID-19 but I was impressed with Jackie and the team s approach. The online listing was accurate, the car was incredibly clean, and the process was clearly defined and smooth.

We received service on Both ends of the spectrum from BMW Concord. Our sales person, Jackie, was professional, responsive, courteous and efficient. However, we were also asked to work with a salesman name Michael who was rude and dismissive. When we arrived at the dealership and were told to ask for him, after five minutes of waiting, he shuffled out and said Is someone here to see me? Not Hi I am Michael. Can I help you? He jumped right into all the reasons how he couldn t help us that day until we asked him to slow down and explain the process again. We ultimately laughed when his phone rang In the middle of our conversation it without skipping a beat or acknowledging I need to take the call he picked it up and started talking.

On a separate trip when our sales person was not in the office and we were asked to speak to a car genius , the individual did not know we were coming although Jackie had clearly arranged the visit as the 2 cars were were coming to see were parked out front and sanitized. He basically told us it was our problem to figure it out, told us to call our sales person on our own and walked away. The two levels and approaches to service were so diametrically opposed It was shocking. We twice reconsidered whether we should work with BMW Concord at all or go to Audi Concord where we had received exceptional service in both sales (Ryan) and repairs (Marty).

Had we not selected the exact vehicle that we wanted from BMW Concord, we would not recommend returning to this particular dealership, with the exception of the fantastic service provided by Jackie (Sales) and Sammy (finance department)

The process was nothing like any experience I have had previously buying a car. The experience was great and zero hassle. Peter S. Our sales person was very straight forward and definitely accommodating. He asked us what we wanted. Peter informed us there was no match and that it would need to be ordered. We did do previous research and had already decided, I think this was part of the experience. Being prepared takes out the guess work.

My previous second hassle when buying a car was dealing with finance. I dealt with Eleni W. She was as great as Peter was. I listened to all of the options. I informed her i was not interested in them. She said OK and we moved on. (I was prepared for the fight) She actually got me off guard. I was prepared to pay cash for the car, but 0.9% APR I couldn't pass it up. I actually took the financing.

Pleasantly amazed by the experience. Good Job Peter W. and Eleni W. Now if BMW had trucks :)

Recently leased a 2021 X5 at concord BMW and had a great experience working with Howard. He went the extra step to find me the right car with all the options I wanted. Would for sure work with him again in future! Very easy process from test drive to signing papers via Docusign.

10 yrs with this dealership, 5th Beamer, 2 Mini s and a referral to a family member to also get a BMW with this location, but they hold the car for 1-2 weeks, IF you don't finance through their dealership. End result, DON'T plan on driving home with the car that you ve already paid for after signing the deal. So aggravating and frustrating, so I m giving them 1 star for this ridiculous process!! We gave them 20% cash out of pocket with an outside credit union s pre-approved promissory note/AN ACTUAL CHECK that cleared in 2 days (all funds have been processed and cashed into Concord BMW s account), and they will not let us take delivery. We signed all papers on a Friday, I tried calling to explain that our bank cleared all the checks yesterday (Wednesday)... crickets... no one has called us back to confirm. I spoke to another finance representative (because ours was not in yet, and has not returned our original msg) and now having to leave additional messages, not getting calls back. Our bank said all has been cleared on their end and we are now responsible for paying the loan on a car we aren't driving. But BMW is holding the car, it's their policy which is absurd & unrealistic since they have our money deposited into their account.

Even with the endless questions that I had, he was patient and willing to help me through the process. I cannot imagine getting a BMW anywhere else. This team was fantastic. I use to take my 3 series here for servicing which was pretty good but expensive. I decided to lease a new car here and the experience was awful. Stay away as they don't have the customer's best interests in mind. They are fine with getting your business but don't care about keeping it. I contacted the salesperson Kris post-lease and he was totally unsympathetic. Basically said too bad. Even worse the General Sales Manager Peter Pinzon didn't even have the decency to respond. Never will use BMW Concord again

BMW of Concord has been extremely helpful making my first BMW purchase as easy as possible. I went in with my friend back in December to purchase his 2020 X5. I liked how easy the transaction was and all the great measures they took in order to ensure our safety due to the current COVID SIP regulations. I contacted them on a Saturday morning and Peter Stoumbos was on it right from the start. He was able to make my purchase seamless and provided me great service from beginning to end. Working with the finance team was also great, I had a quick zoom call with Sammy to discuss my options about adding any additional services to my contract and he was very honest and did not try to sell me on anything that was not necessary. He recommended great options for my vehicle.
I look forward to continuing my relationship with this dealership in the years to come.

Robert Mathews was terrific! He was very respectful with my initial online inquiry, not scaring me off with the car salesman stereotype. If you work with him, you ll discover he is as far from that stereotype as you can get. We discussed my Mini ownership history and he understood my emotional attachment having owned 6 himself. At 55, I thought I should be more responsible and decided on the new Hybrid Countryman; there weee only a few, all at Mini of Concord. I couldn t manage it right away and needed to get some finances in order; he never hounded me while he waited a few days. A few hours before I was to meet with him and test drive the car I wanted, he called and texted another client was on his way in to purchase the car I wanted. Disheartened, I convinced myself I would be OK with a hardtop, 2-door in a color I liked. Upon arrival, he surprised me with an incredible offer: another Hybrid, not in my preferred color, but priced just slightly higher than the 2-door hardtop; the price difference was about $14,000! I had to do it and am so glad I did. Robert s passion for Mini is infectious and you know you re in good hands when he explains features. That dealership is the only location with actual dealer deals on top of Mini deals. I would highly recommend you go there for your Mini!

I have called probably 12 times to get him to either call me back or email me anything. They are like children running this place. Completely self-absorbed and rude. I suppose if you are not buying a brand new car from them -- they don't give a rats a** about you. If you want to feel invisible - go here. They do NOT treat you like this in Roseville BMW or San Jose BMW.

This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had in my 44 years of purchasing different vehicles. Tony Yuan was very knowledgeable about the i3 and helped answer all of our questions. I highly recommend him.
The financing took 15 minutes, Yes I said 15 minutes!!! Alex Cheung the finance manager was very efficient and helpful!

Today started off as one of those days. Yesterday my check engine light came on. It was after hours so I couldn't call the dealer. I have a 2014 328i with less than 50,000 miles on it so I was a little disturbed that the light had come on. I called and spoke with Alan in the service department. He said to bring the car in and they would try to get to it after their appointments. I walked into the dealership and was greeted warmly and with a smile by several advisors. A female advisor, I didn't get her name, welcomed me, told me I looked like I knew where I was going but asked if she could help anyway. I told her what I was there for and she escorted me where I needed to go. I am big on great customer service and love to see it in action. I cannot say enough about the service I received at Concord BMW, it was exemplary!!! Thank you Alan (service dept.), Zack (Finance), Yolanda (customer service specialist (?)....she made me a cup of coffee...who does that? LOL), and Victor (client advisor and the guy who sold me my car). BMW Concord, whatever your customer service model is, PLEASE stick with it.....it definitely works!

I ve been a customer with this dealership for ~4 years. It was a great place to have my car serviced. But something changed here this year (don t believe me, see other reviews as well.)

I brought my car in for general service/check engine light on a Thursday morning and dealt with Christian Garcia (extremely unprofessional, arrogant) as my service provider. He had his airpods in his ear while talking to me (unprofessional.) As usual, I was lent a loaner car (which I always book much In advance. )

I received a call (on Thursday) from Christian at 3pm stating that the oil change/service check had been completed but there is other work the car needs and he provided price quotes right away with the motivation that I say yes immediately because that s where he was veering the conversation (I.e yeah it will cost this much and we will start working on it right away. ) I politely mentioned to him that I will have to look into other service quotes to compare and then we can continue. (Requesting $5,000 for repairs, who wouldn t?) He even called himself the turbo guru (I don t believe he has an educational certificate to support that claim, but probably makes his assumptions from being a Wikipedia Keyboard hero,) on the phone and said he rather get a new turbo than a tattoo to emphasize his vast knowledge (if anything it just made him come off even more like a shark and less educated in my opinion.) Christian, you should know your audience.. I have a mechanical engineering background.

I call him back on Friday (next day) to tell him that I ll pick up my car because I haven t had the chance to look into quotes. Keep in mind that Christian didn t follow up with me himself and I had to call him back. I called at 330 the next day on Friday and said I won t get the turbo work done and I ll pick up the car tomorrow morning (I specifically said 10am Saturday) because I m still at work (thus I can t drop off the loaner vehicle today, which shouldn t be an issue because Christian the turbo guru hasn t closed out the ticket yet.) now that he knows I won t get the work done through them, he tells me you ll have to bring the loaner vehicle in by 7am because there is someone who is waiting for it. I reply :

- that doesn t make sense because the loaner was allotted to me till Monday, and even if you re closing out the ticket NOW (330 pm Friday) you should have 24 hours to bring it back.

- 2nd, I ve been a customer here for 4 years, and this is how you want to talk to me?

Christian was dumbfounded because I caught him in his own white lie/scam personality/turbocharged idiocracy that he began stuttering on the phone with no response. At this point, I knew I was going to talk Christian s manager because these levels of unprofessionalism and lies are what gets customers to leave. All that was turbocharged was Christian s spewed nonsense.

What followed was equivalent level of nonsense.
I bring the loaner car on Saturday morning (715am) and pay for the services already completed on my car. I speak to the on-site manager (Mike) who listens to my complaint and fair enough says I ll talk to Christian during coaching sessions. I mentioned to Mike that I like coming to this dealership, because my experiences have been positive. But something here has changed within this year because it s not the same and I m on the cusp of not returning.

Guess what, it takes 50 minutes for my car to be brought to the front. Why? Oh we couldn t find the key right guys, right. I complained to Mike about that to which he keeps saying I understand. So apparently it was life/death situation if I didn t bring the loner car by 7am, but you guys can t have my car out within even 20 minutes? Imagine if I had health issues/another place to go immediately, would a dealership be ok with knowing it took that long for me to get my car out?

It was done on purpose (don t want to assume, but just saying) or simply put; extremely unprofessional, and that s not an opinion, it s a fact. Please avoid this place with the like of studio sharks such as Mike and Christian.

Concord BMW was the best experience in car buying by far. The employees are very friendly and accommodating especially during COVID times. The new process for scheduling appointments for visiting the showroom and also telephone appointments to go over other details are very efficient. I had the pleasure working with Raquel and Peter during the process. They made everything so easy and seamless. They explained everything I need to know and what to expect so there were no surprises. I would definitely refer them to all my friends and family.

Dealing with concord bmw for a factory recall is a nightmare. BMW concord no longer offers their own loaner vehicles and gives out an enterprise rental. This wouldn t be to bad if it wouldn t take 4 HOURS to drop off your car for service and get the rental. In fact i never leave reviews but i have nothing to do while waiting...

Almost no point in even taking the rental as my car would be complete within the day. Appointment was at 8:40am, got rental from enterprise 12:35pm. If you have a service/factory recall take it to another bmw dealership.

Today, I went with my in-laws to buy a car. We viewed and test drive an X3. One word WOW. Good looking and great features. The sakes person (Milisa Ortanez ) was excellent. She explained and showed us the features and made the choice process easy. Once we decided the buying process was not too bad. They handle the process remotely. The finance agent (Eleni) was awesome as she talked us through the complicated process of buying a car. In the end we could not be more pleased. Thank you BMW

Danny and Sammie(?) are the folks I dealt with when I purchased my car. Danny was very helpful in explaining the process and showing me all the features of my new-to-me set of wheels. Talk about enthusiastic, he was so attuned to the car I chose, it was as if he was buying it for his best friend. My sales representative, Mark, helped me design my own car, helped me track it across the ocean and then explained the plethora of amazing new functions in my new car. The used car department, the finance department and the site manager all really helped me to get the best deal for my trade in and a great finance package on my new car. You are only a number at this dealership. They had my car for 5 weeks and $2K later my BMW 328 still isn t running. They returned my car to me saying it was complete and fixed. When I got in, the Service Engine Soon light was on! Then said it would be another $3K to fix it. That is not how it works.

They truly only care about running cars through their maintenance line and adding $$$ to your bill. They have zero care about the customer or the cars.

I highly recommend looking somewhere else.

In the market for a reliable, reasonably priced pre-owned car I found what I was looking for at BMW Concord. Although the vehicle had just come in on trade, Peter was very accommodating and was able to expedite detailing and even a trip to it's nearby branded dealership for repair of an open recall issue. Overall both Peter and Zack Lee in Financing were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them and the dealership to others.

My family and I have always been Lexus buyers. However we came across BMW Concord while browsing the Lexus dealership next door about ten years ago and have been BMW owners ever since. The Concord BMW staff is extremely knowledgable, helpful and always seem motivated to help you make the best decision for your needs (as opposed to simply trying to sell you a car or service in their repair department. We only buy from Concord BMW and will only get our vehicles serviced in their repair department. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about their dealership.

Concord BMW continues to be my go to Bay Area dealership...I'm from the South Bay/Fremont area and I bypass Fremont, Stevens Creek, Mountain View & East Bay BMW and prefer the Concord dealership because of this:

Service - if you have a modded BMW or are just very particular/meticulous when it comes to work being done to the car, the technician team (Jose Santos) really understand how to troubleshoot issues while ensuring they treat the car like their own when wrenching on it.

Sales - I just wrapped up a deal with Dilip & JV and got the exact car I was looking for with a no pressure/stress free experience. Dilip listened to both my wants from the car as well as helped me weigh out the pros/cons with finance options to help me find the best decision for ME, not the sale, and finally Evan was a great help with the hands on test drive and the final car inspection/review... thanks guys!

Finance - Similar to the sales & service team, Sammy knows how to ensure I'm fully informed & aware of services/options but also keeping it casual & ensuring the final portion of the transaction continues to be a great experience

In the end he spends hour to show me every detail how everything function in my car though I was tired to even remember some since I spent hours there .

Timely service updates via phone or email (very convenient when working!), great inspections and all around, they genuinely care about you and your experience. Awesome in both sales and service!
