Mini Concord always provide excellent service. Kudos to Claro Tagle and the branch manager Sergio they are always very accommodating. We always appreciate the service department as well. Mini Concord has the feeling of very relaxed environment and the salesmen are not pressuring you to make a purchase. Keep it up guys.

Wow! Could you ask for anything more?
James was competitive, efficient, timely, and friendly.

I emailed him car specs, and within a day we were able to find my car.
The first price he quoted me was his best price and the lowest I received from other nearby dealers.
Car arrived about a month later and everything was just as we agreed. No surprises.
Also, closing the transaction took less than an hour b/c James prepared everything ahead of time.

Only positive remarks. Thank you James!

In February, 2017 I leased a vehicle through BMW of Concord working with Danny Andrade. When I arrived to complete the purchase my new car was waiting under showroom lights with a HUGE red bow that made me smile and laugh. I returned that fabulous car (hint hint it s for sale on their lot and in immaculate condition) at the end of the lease in February, 2020 prior to leaving on a one month vacation. I had ordered my new vehicle and was supposed to pick it up in late March. Well, we all know that didn t happen when the dealership responsibly closed their sales department. Fortunately, they ve VERY responsibly opened to just one client a day and yesterday, with the help of General Sales Manager Peter Pinzon I was finally able to gain transportation when I picked up my new car. BMW of Concord fully understands and is complying with social distancing and infection control above and beyond. All paperwork is completed in advance via DocuSign (thank you Finance Manager Sammy Velasco) with the exception of one DMV document which requires a wet signature. They have a large fully-sanitized table where the customer can sign that document and leave payment. Then your new vehicle is left at the front door with the key and Operator s Manual on the front seat. It felt so good to finally have my own transportation after so long. And although I didn t have the luxury of a BMW Genius to fully help with the initial setup (they do offer FaceTime appointments) I ll be fine until the lift when I can return. So as unusual as the circumstances were, the customer service was fabulous and truly the only thing I missed was that huge red bow ... and seeing Danny.

Mixed experience here. Came looking for a 335i CPO and the first salesman really wasn't interested in telling me much about the car or features during the rest drive. Seemed like he was more interested in either signing paperwork or finding something at a higher price point. Second time, drive the X1 and the test drive experience was much better. And this was a less expensive car. So I guess it's salesperson dependent here. Overall, selection seems quite good and facility is very clean. Maybe I'll look again, but was much happier with my Acura experience.

My girlfriend brought her BMW in for an inspection, since her warranty was going to be up in a few months. The inspection report stated her rotors were BELOW spec. The service writer told her they would not need to change it because her brake pads were still good. I called in and spoke with a different service writer named Carlos who informed me "anytime a rotor is below spec it should be replaced, even if the brake pads are good". So I asked the service manager Mike why wasn't it replaced under warranty. He said per the manufacturer it wasn't necessary. I believe they just want her to pay for the rotors herself, knowing by the time the brake pads wear down she will have no choice but to pay for the rotors herself. Shame on them for taking advantage of a lady. This is totally wrong and I would not recommend this place. If a service tech tells me it's dangerous to drive with rotors below spec, it should of been replaced. I am not the one who works for BMW who said that. Their own service tech said it. They don't stand behind their words.

Sheila is a terrific person to work with, no pressure, she s honest and thoughtful. While getting through all of the paperwork, I got very hungry, she went to Taco Bell and bought us tacos! What more could you ask for? I would recommend Sheila if your looking for a BMW.

I made an appt called several times and left message for service advisor who I was supposed to speak with who 3 days after had someone else call me back, AFTER I had already called the service department and made an appt with someone else.

The service advisor said YOU WILL GET A BMW LOANER CAR once I got there the service advisor that was supposed to call me back said BMW called you right and told you there are NO LOANER CARS WE WILL HAVE TO SHUTTLE YOU TO THE RENTA CAR PLACE. I advised NO and I NEVER got an email about the appt as stated. NOW TOTALLY UPSET THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR SHUTTLE AND GET SOME GENERIC CAR WHEN I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET BMW IM VERY UPSET. the Service Advisor then ASKED DO YOU WANT TO RESCHEDULE. ME: after driving over 45 mins and taking time off work for this do you think that's an option.

AFTER ASKING FOR THE SERVICE MANAGER, WHO WAS IN A MEETING, I THEN WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A BMW LOANER CAR. REALLY: why make it hard on customers that just paid over 26,000 on a car for the safety and luxury and your going to expect them to drive a focus or so lame car... Makes NO sense to me if you can handle the clients then tell them you can't service their car. BMW owners have expectations

NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL I GIVE THIS EXPERIENCE LESS THAN ONE STAR

When I got a chance to stop by the dealership, I loved the car we chatted about. We were able to come to agreement on a lease deal that fit my needs. All aspects of the transaction were great.

I was sold defective brand new vehicle from the Concord BMW dealership.
Vehicle has pre existing issue's which I discovered after few days of delivery.
I have all the receipts for repairs which I got done from different dealership. I complained about the issue to the BMW corporate but nothing was done. Please don't buy any BMW vehicle from CONCORD BMW dealership. You might get good discount from this dealership but vehicle sold will have pre existing defects. Beware of these discounts. Stay away from BMW concord dealership. I have all the invoice's for the repairs if you wanted to see. Dishonest people working here.

Peter Stoumbos is the best person I have ever bought a vehicle from. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and a car enthusiast. When I buy a car it is less about the car dealership and more about the salesperson. That said, BMW of Concord is outstanding and Peter represents them well.

This is tough for me to say as I am a Mercedes guy but my wife loves her BMW X5. Based on our experience with Peter maybe my next car will be a BMW.

Sale person, Lena, and delivery assistant, Scott were excellent. Very helpful, professional service.

Transaction was a little slow because dealership was busy.

Finance department put on the usual sales pitch for a bunch of added services, which was okay, but a little off putting because of 4-6 extra services and warranties they try to talk you into.

The Finance person was efficient and professional with the handling of the paperwork.

Just know in advance what you do and don t want and don t get talked into things that will cost you money, if you don t need them. (Do your research first.)

Overall a very positive experience and I would buy from them again.

I came to Him 3 years ago to purchase a Z4. I did not purchase that car for other reasons, but he was so helpful and easy to deal with, that 3 years later when decided to purchase a new BMW for my wife, I made a point of contacting Ken. He remebered me, and was, as I have said great to work with.
We live in Berkeley, so it was not convenient to go to Concord BMW, but to work with Ken we did and will again.

At the front counter got estimate for parts ....was totally shocked by looking at price quoted..on the average was 400/500% more than I got from So Atlanta BMW in GA. with free 2 days shipping.
Price quoted $830.00 -price paid $199.26
Don't know who authorized to provide customers that price ,maybe under new management particularly from L Garcia or Soijits Corp.who acquired that company.
Advice for those who will need parts - STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!

Exceeded my expectations

Wendy Dahlstrom was from the moment I first inquired about a 2014 BMW 235i, was on top of her game and called me back the very next day. A few questions later and I had my deposit down for a built to order M235i.
Fast forward 2 months and I'm now the proud owner of my first ever built to order BMW. A 2014 M235i in Estoril blue with all the options I wanted. And through out the last 2 months Wendy kept me informed of my cars progress from being built to shipping and then final prep and delivery.Even on the day of delivery my contract signing and last minute price haggling was painless and drama free.
In short my encounter with Wendy was the most enjoyable car buying experiences I have ever had. She's friendly, personable, funny and no pressure will keep me coming back. And the personalized key chain is a nice classy touch.
Its the small details that make me feel good about buying my new BMW from Concord BMW. A big thumbs up to Wendy Dahlstrom in internet sales and Marta Parker in finance, I couldn't be happier.

I was able to find an excellent online "special" price on a BMW X5 and quickly contacted Mike Bushell who is the internet salesman at Concord BMW. Mike quickly replied confirming sales price and availability and quickly sent me an appointment time. When I arrived at the dealership, Mike verbally confirmed the data shared previously via email and also had my vehicle washed and ready to go. It was a great overall buying experience for me.

I am very pleased with the service I received at this location. I was having some big problems with my car, and they were so thorough and were able to fix the issues. They did multiple test drives after the repairs to ensure the problems were fixed. I am also incredibly pleased with my service advisor Joey - he kept me informed on what was happening and went to bat with my extended warranty company. The repairs cost well over $3,500 but I walked out only paying my deductible of $100.

Due to COVID-19, we were initially concerned about the prospect of undertaking a transaction like this, but we felt totally safe throughout the entire process. We are so happy with our new car, which was special ordered, and arrived sooner than expected. It s perfect, and the Genius (Dakota) expertly helped us get acquainted with all of its features. I have been coming to Concord BMW for years, and always had great experiences with the service staff. I am a M3/M2 owner, a "brand enthusiast" if you will. My recent visit to Concord BMW had even made me question my loyalty to the BMW brand.

The staff up front (receiving my M2 for service work/arranging loaner car) was extremely rude to me. As a business owner, that staff would not last a week in my store.

Here is the main reason for the one star; they scratched/swirled my BMW M2 (a car they still sell with a mark-up and are obviously quite proud of) and was offered 1/4 of what it will cost to fix! This is outrageous! I'm still steamed about this, and my car is still scratched/swirled up because I am a business owner and haven't yet had the time to take it in to a professional.

Customers beware, this is not the Concord BMW you remember from a few years ago.

I had the pleasure of working with Tony Helmand and he made this 100% painless and enjoyable. They have a way of making the customer feel wonderful. They don t miss a beat, and no matter how many questions or times you call, they treat you great. From the wonderful receptionists that first take your call, the very informed people in financing to your sales person, this is the place where you want to buy your new or used BMW!!! I thank everyone that was a part of my car purchase. BMW of Concord is #1!!!

I contacted Concord BMW by email during my internet search for a car. Wendy Dahlstrom, internet sales manager, was instantly attentive, and provided some great options for me, without any pressure. She kept in touch, pleasantly. In fact, I was on my way to the local Mercedes dealership to test drive a C, when Wendy called me with info on a 328i that had just arrived on their lot that morning. She offered such a compelling deal on the car, that I changed course and drove into Concord to take a look (I live in Sacramento). Wendy was a pleasure to work with. First and foremost, she is very knowledgeable about the BMW lineup; she knows the cars better than any other BMW rep that I have met. Wendy has the unique ability to blend technical knowledge with her great personality. She was sincere, low pressure, fun to talk to and a blast as a test-drive companion. We shared a lot of smiles during our afternoon together. So happy that Wendy called; got a killer deal, and BMW over Mercedes was absolutely the right choice. I highly recommend Wendy and Concord BMW, a great experience all around!

We have a BRAND new 2019 540i and while heading up...

We have a BRAND new 2019 540i and while heading up to San Francisco the right windshield wiper popped apart. We went to the closet stealership which was Concord BMW to avoid the metal arm of the wiper bracket scratching the windshield. After arriving we spoke to a service advisor named Marshall about snapping it back together, he replied " I don't know how this style works ". He replied I'll have to get the service manager at which time he said you'll just have to buy a new one. So we went to parts, parts sent us back to service. By this time we were so late to our appt. My husband was able to snap It back together. Now we're ready to put it back on and not one person in the stealership knew how to put the windshield wiper arm up in the lock position to install the wiper. I googled how to lock the arm into a verticel position and we put it on ourselves. My gawd I'd give them no stars and would highly recommend anyone going here for any safety work to go away far far away. BTW ... asked the service manager to give us a call, he never did. Take your money and your safety elsewhere.

I really like Tony, my salesperson. He made the experience of buying a car. HOWEVER, when it comes to the Finance Dept s policies on payment in cash, they would not accept a cashiers check! You had to bring a witness from their dealership to your bank to get the damn cashiers check! WTF? Personal checks weren t acceptable unless you had a certain credit score! So, I got cash and paid them for my car that way. It was crazy to sit in front of the Finance manager watching him count every dollar down to change. For such an upscale dealership, I felt like I was dealing with some low class car lot. I do love the car, Tony was the best!

So BMW of Concord there's a technician by the name of Jason he does not know nothing about BMWs especially when it comes to suspension. He doesn't do a full inspection of your car at all. I recently bought a car from a used dealership that sends their cars to Concord bmw and to my surprise Jason seem like the backroom sales rat that didn't know what he was selling of service he was surprised with my background I grew up in a BMW shop and after all of asking questions the man begin to stutter so badly the pressure in front of his colleagues was so bad Every question I asked him he invertedly didn't know how to respond. His ASC certification is for American cars no BMW he might have done a crash course but he doesn't know squat. If people have had this guy worked on your car take it back or go somewhere else.

WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! WARNING!!!!! Took my 5 series in because it was overheating scheduled a drop off and to have a loaner car setup but upon my arrival I was told they didn't have any loaners and would have to go to hertz rental car in which they only had 2 cars available a Hyundai and a Ford that smelled liked smoke and the A/C did not work. Called back to BMW and complained and now all of a sudden they have vehicle available. My car was dropped off on Thursday got a call from the Service advisor Vernon the day after to inform me that it was the water pump so I told him to proceed with starting the job and his response was he wanted to wait to get confirmation from the warranty company to see if they would cover it even after I told him that regardless of if the warranty covers it or not the work will be paid for so please start. That did not happen in fact the work was not started until the following Tuesday when Vernon called me to tell me they can take care of it since the warranty will cover it..... now trying to speak to a manager has also been a nightmare because every time you call they transfer you and you get the damn voicemail and no call back. Finally after days of complaining I get a call back from the Manager Scott who seems like a nice guy and wants to help and he gets the car back in the shop and looked at and after a few more days he let's us know that his master tech says 250degrees is normal operating oil temps for the 5series mind you the car has never had 250degree oil temps since owning this car. So we go to pick the car up and what do we find but an infestation of Ants on the inside of the car on the dashboard on the back seats com I g out of damn near every place there's an opening. Smfh... we return the car and express our frustration and they explain that they don't know how Ant's got in the car and that they can't control nature but they will take it to their detailing shop and take care of it.... now anyone knows that when you have any type of pest you don't just vacuum and air blow away the problem in which that was stated to me of how they would handle it. If i don't give you my property with Ants in it I don't expect to have it returned to me with anything that wasn't in there when I gave it to you. Currently waiting for the car to be returned in hopes that there will be nothing else we find. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at any BMW dealer let alone any auto experience to date. We will contact corporate about this experience and do what is necessary from there. If i could rate this place a 0 or negative I most definitely would.

Awesome service by Peter (sale), Tyler (sale manager) and Zach (finance). Excellent customer service experience without any pressure. We had a toddler with us and passed her bedtime. The team speed up the process and we got out of there in 2.5 from the test drive to the keys in our hands. That s impressive. We highly recommend this team.
