I bought a Civic at the beginning of November from them. Worked with Oualid Houaya. He was professional, patient, answered every question, and made the process easy. Over the years I've bought/leased several cars at several dealers, and I think I'll be coming to Bill Page to work with Oualid as long as he's there. The other people I met/spoke to, including front desk and finance, were professional and pleasant. Overall it was a great experience.
