I bought a new Odyssey with Luis. Overall, the experience is not negative. He is very friendly and I think the price I got is not bad. However, after I got home, I found there's about $600 in the price that I cannot figure out why I was charged. I went back to the dealership and found out that's something called appearance package, which is installed to the car. But this $600 is charged as a fee on top of the car price. I think what he can do better is to explain me what it is and why this charge is on top of the car price. Of course if he told me, I could've ask him to give it free or reduce the $600 to $200 or something. Because I think $600 is way too high for a wheel lock and some plastic piece near the wheel.
