Beth Miller Tyron brown and Tom helped me out so much today after I had a issue they gave me great customer service and definitely kept another customer happy

I highly recommend Bill Page Honda! I contacted them about the car and within 5 minutes they had responded. I had to drive 2 hours to see the car so obviously I was very interested. I had one little concern with the car and when I got to the dealer ship they had already fixed my concern. They treated me fairly and worked with my needs. They made the process very easy. They gave me time and space to look over the car, they were not pushy. I did not feel any pressure from upsells. I will definitely return to Bill Page Honda when looking for a vehicle again.

Bill Page was solid choice for getting my new car. The entire time since before I even went into the dealer, I spoke with Sang who made it his job to make sure I was taken care of. After having spoken to a couple dealers, he was able to work out a price that was the best out everyone else's. After working with him, the finance guy took over and I believe his name was Gary. He was the tall bearded fellow. Comes off a little rough and seems like he doesn't care too much but he was actually very helpful. Was able to help me out on getting loan in order to help out my credit score. Overall took me about 3 hours in and out. First time buying a car so not sure how long it was suppose to take but it all seemed quick. Will go back if I go for another Honda!

First class service. I brougt my Honda Civic in for evaluation of potential issue. The issue was fixed and the service advisors and technicians took the time to explain everything. Absolutely the best dealer maintenance operation I have ever encountered.

Front desk girl told me to come in for detailing my vehicle and I drove 30miles to get to them. Once I got there she tells me I have to make an appointment! Not cool! Plus all the workers lingering around. Please stop using covid as an excuse and serve your customers! Please don t reply back either because it s not help. Other then a lie!

After two horrendous experiences, one at CarMax with an inexperienced sales person and one at Chevy Chase Acura where we were flat out lied to, it was a pleasure dealing with Lou and Harry at Bill Page Honda. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and even offered to have some cosmetic issues corrected which I didn't notice until I got home. Maria in the service department was also knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Not the best place if you need a better business.
I went there to test drive a car but they were not able to find the keys so I had to leave.
Very next day, I received a text from a sales rep that the car was available to test drive, but when I arrived in 20 mins, the guy told me the car had been sold! I wasn't sure if that was a joke?
A waste of time during rush hour. Very disappointed. Never will go there unless they have free cars.
