After posting the initial review below, I was contacted by Bill Page Honda Service Department the following Monday and the manager (Al I believe) explained that they did not find my tire anywhere and asked what they could do to make it right. We settled on 2 free oil changes which will roughly equal the dollar value of my lost tire. Additionally, one of the tires they replaced had a valve leak which was causing it to go flat every few days. They fixed this for free when I took the car in last week.
So, while the initial experience was disappointing, I am encouraged that Bill Page is doing what they can to make it right and that means a lot to a long time customer. I have updated my review to 4 stars.

I was disappointed in the handling of my recent service because I've been coming to this place for almost 10 years and spent around $15,000 here over the last 10 years. I've generally had a good experience here but this recent incident was not nice. I worked with Rico to replace all my tires on my CRV because the front tires were worn and one of the rear tires had a nail in it that they could not plug. One of the rear tires was still in great shape and I specifically asked that they keep it in the trunk so I could use it in case I have an unforseen flat. The service department threw away all my tires when they replaced them including the one tire I had asked them to keep, at least a $100 value. I filled a complaint right when I picked up my car, and then again with Rico, and then again with the manager Al. Given my history here I thought they would work with me to fix their mistake but I never even received a call back. I wasnt expecting much, was hoping for a service credit to make up for the tire, a complimentary oil change, or at least a call back to explain why they threw away a perfectly good tire. Unfortunately I never heard from the service department (its been 2 weeks) and I'm just disappointed in how I am being treated despite being a loyal customer for years. I hope to give them the opportunity to make it right and will post here if they do.
