We did not have a positive experience at another local deanship so friends recommended Bill Page Honda to us. We had the opposite experience with Thierry and were very pleased with the low-pressure, respectful and friendly atmosphere at BPH. We will highly recommend to others.

My impressions after making an appointment to test drive a car:

I inquired about a different model, but since Bill Page had an option that I thought might be worth test driving, I made an appointment. I arrived about five minutes early, expecting the car to be ready, especially given the construction. I was asked if I had a trade-in and told them I wasn't sure if I would trade it in, but would be interested in getting an estimate, then filled out the paperwork.

The manager was clearly uninterested in my trade-in. His attitude came through although I was sitting at a table and couldn't hear all of the conversation. When I made a comment to the salesperson, I was told that the manager is really only interested in new car sales. Frankly, the manager could have easily walked over and told me that I could get more selling it myself, so they would recommend I go that route. If he had done such a simple thing, I would have at least felt as if the dealership was looking out for my interests.

As already noted, the dealership is under construction and did not seem to have any other new customers when I was there. Many salepeople appeared to be sitting at their desks, but otherwise they were completely unengaged.

As for my test drive, I never took it. I waited just over half an hour before giving up, which is more generous than I should have been, I think. The salesperson did ask if I needed anything, but then disappeared. I was literally pacing after about 25 minutes had gone by, looking for the car to be brought up. Since the salesperson was no longer available, I walked up to the manager and told him that I was leaving.

I have never had such a strong impression that a dealership could care less if they received my business. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing a car from Bill Page Honda. (On the only positive note, the salesperson called after I left, apologizing. This was too little, too late, however, so I will not return.)

Go anywhere else. If I could give zero stars I would. Service is incompetent and rude. Can't fix the same problem on repeated attempts, create new problems, are wildly dishonest, and totally rip you off on price. Service agents are so rude and can't answer basic questions. When getting a loaner I asked why they needed my credit card and Joanne couldn't answer, got nasty with me for asking, and eventually told me it was in case I got a ticket (which is utter nonsense). From top to bottom every experience we've had with Bill Page has been horrendous. I wish we had never got our car there, never used them for service, and I truly wish we hadn't gotten a Honda because of our experience with them.

Ever since my Honda Accord purchase a year ago I have been very impressed and pleased with Bill Page Honda's service department. So far I have only had to visit for two oil changes (complementary, by the way) and replacement of a small panel (covered by the warranty). Still, the efficiency of the Service department, quality of the work, and a very comfortable waiting area (complete with a cappuccino machine!) have made me a happy customer.

I had a wonderful experience at Bill Page Honda working with Warfa. He is exactly the type of person you want to work with when buying a car. He earned my trust immediately and was both genuine and thorough throughout the process. Beyond the ease of purchasing and getting a fabulous deal on my new Accord, I really enjoyed working with the staff. Warfa answered all questions patiently, walked me through everything and even after we closed the deal spent time making sure I was comfortable with all information. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership.

From the time we walked on the lot until the time we left, we were treated very well in every aspect. Sales person Mr. Loman Kamal was very knowledgeable and throughly covered all the features of the car. They gave exceptional customer service and fair pricing. My overall experience was excellent.

It started off okay. We brought it in for some recall fixes. Everyone was helpful. Then we got the car back.

They told us that we needed new tires. So we got new tires, new brakes, new air filter, and an alignment for the tires. Our multipoint inspection came back with the tires at 8/32 and 6/32. They gave us tires that they didn't quote for, but which the manufacturer states should always be 10/32.

The alignment report came back with the camber in the red post alignment even though it was in the green to begin with...and then everyone we talked to afterwards said that the camber can't be adjusted and couldn't address why it would be in the red, ever, and why it would have changed.

The air conditioner blower was making an awful racket after we brought it in.

They volunteered to fix the problem. Great. The problem became our service rep (Cassie or Cathy, it seems to change depending on who I talk to) apparently decided that she couldn't be bothered to fix the problem on her own because we complained to the manager. The manager, of course, leaves at 5 PM, which is ridiculously early for a service department of this character. No one else was willing to take accountability for this problem.

Points were docked for: unprofessional behavior with regards to issue ownership, treating my wife differently than me on the phone (they will talk down to you if you're a woman), evidently knowing nothing about their alignment machine and process, delivering the incorrect tires that were somehow worn down 2/32 before installation.

Avoid like the plague.

The customer service during the purchasing process of my new vehicle was absolutely outstanding. Every employee that I encountered demonstrated professionalism and willingness to assist me wholly. I highly recommend Bill Page Honda for any vehicle need whether new or used. This is definitely a great place to shop for cars.

I had a terrible experience, criminal to be exact, with Landmark Honda. I called up Bill page and they gave me the same deal for a new Odyssey and a better trade-in value for my car.

The HUGE selling point is that we did all the negotiations over emails! Only thing I went to the dealership for was for them to look at my trade-in and to test drive the Van. Once all was agreed upon, they drove over the new van to my house and we sat down and signed the papers. They transferred the plates and drove my old car back.

Great experience!

I also have used them for regular maintenance. They are quick and provide you rewards and credits for service.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted right away by one of the sales associate, Luis Machuca. He was very helpful and nice to my entire family. He was also informative starting from the test drive and then during the negotiation process. Luis was working with us, giving me the best price he can and assuring that I get a great deal for my 2019 Civic. He was courteous throughout the entire time we were at the dealership. He even showed us the lounge area where we had the chance to get coffee or hot chocolate which was a nice touch since we were at the dealership for a couple hours. Everything went by smoothly down to the finance associate Habib. He gave me a great deal I couldn t refuse. He was also very factual with all the warranties that I can sign up for. Everyone in the entire dealership was accommodating and gave me and my entire family a pleasant experience. I m a first time buyer and so they made sure that I got the best deal possible. I have had encounters with other dealerships in the past and overall this place had the best customer service and great facility that also even had a kids corner! I don t really write reviews but i feel like i had to with this experience. I went to this dealership to get an oil change and my cabin and engine air filters changed. I had an appointment at 2 pm only to be acknowledged 30 minutes after my appointment. I was standing there waiting for someone to help me even after i stated that i was here for service at 2 pm. To make matters worse, I got the multipoint inspection done on my car and they said everything was fine with my car. They checked the green box for everything only to find out my battery was not good because it was old and needed to be replaced two weeks later. I only found this out when my car couldn t start and i had to get a jump start every time i wanted to start my car because my battery was old and was failing. I have a 2015 Honda Civic. I got a complimentary car wash at the dealership that they give you every time you do service there and it seems like drying my vehicle was too much work for them. They left my vehicle with huge water marks all over my windshield and side view mirrors. Poor service and customer service. I ve been to other dealerships before but unfortunately I m not from VA so i don t know which places to not go to. I only gave it 2 stars because Jackson went out of his way to help me screw my license plate back into my car because it was loose.

We bought the first release of Honda Accord in 1980's from Bill Page and been a regular customer. We bought a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid from them and did all the maintenance with them. After retirement, I wanted the newer model and initially i was treated like a clueless walk in customer with all the sales talk.
Then I started the process with Dhayalini a newbie but who acted effectively as interface to obtain the trade in value for my 2007 car and then the selling price of the 2013 model.
There were few times though when I wanted to walk away because I felt they were not willing to do a fair deal but they realized we were their customers for decades.
I got a fair trade in value, a fair price for the newer model, the financing and the whole process was completed with three visits during a week.
Even though we dealt with different folks when we had transactions with them for more than three decades, once in six or seven years, it appears Bill Page is maintaining a set of core values that made our experience rather pleasant. Perhaps this is helping them as evidenced by their fancy building under construction.

I never write reviews but I was sold a warranty on the premise that it covered tires. 10 months after buying the car I had a tire issue so had it towed here. I was told no way the warranty covered tires and that my tire was destroyed and I needed two new tires and an alignment costing $600. When I got back to the dealership to see the tire, it had magically disappeared but they claim the sidewall was punctured but the tire was disposed of already. The whole place felt like a scam and no one cared at all to even speak to me about the issues. I would avoid if you can.

I had a great experience at Bill Page Honda. I went in for an oil change and received first class service at a bargain price! All the service techs and sales staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and clean. There are magazines, free coffee, vending machines, and televisions in the spacious waiting room to help pass the time (and a McDonalds right next door :). I walked the grounds looking at the new model Honda Accords and was never once hassled by a sales associate dangling key and pressuring me to take a test drive. Tyrone Brown, the customer representative, was especially helpful in coordinating my oil change service along with Joanne. I would definitely recommend Bill Page Honda. I will be going back for future services.

From the second I went in, the experience couldn't have been better. I've bought a decent number of new cars over time so I've experienced the full range of dealerships. I was paired with a new sales person, Moayad, who was amazingly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at -- a 2019 Ridgeline. He respected what I already knew about the truck, didn't try to push me, let me take the test drive the way I wanted and if there was something he wasn't sure about in terms of features or how something worked, he immediately checked when we got back to the dealership. Almis, his sales manager, kept checking in with me throughout the time I was there -- he even knew a ton about Duke basketball, which is my passion. I left that day with the promise of coming back tomorrow to take my wife on a test drive, and no one pressured me to stay with an offer of an "unbeatable deal." Moayad followed up immediately by text and email, and we coordinated our schedules for the next day. I did come back the next day as promised and bought the truck. Our negotiations on the purchase and a trade-in were tough but fair, and I appreciate how they listened to my case each time, getting Carlos involved for the final deal. We ultimately came to a conclusion that had me walking away happy and with the truck I wanted. Finance team was great and fastest I've ever experienced. Highly recommend Bill Page Honda.

She gets me in and out quickly and recommends only necessary services. This dealership also washes your car every time they service it, which is a nice touch! Sales: They are flat out liars.
-They are very nice to you until the second you have paid the down payment and signed the documents. I was promised oil change for an entire year. When it was time for me to get my first oil change, the same manager who promised me oil change for a year asked if I have it in writing. He denied it straight to my face. I am glad I had a witness that day. His own car salesman accidentally admitted that oil change was part of the deal.
-It doesn't matter what price you've negotiated with them, their finance guy will make sure that you end up paying the price they want you to pay. He will make you sign a bunch of documents within split seconds while trying to talk to you and keep you occupied. He will sell you half a dozen insurance policies that you don't need and didn't know existed. You will pay so much in their processing and service fees that you will not realize until the bank that you have borrowed money from sends you the statement.

Do not believe in the Carfax report they gave you. Take the car to a mechanic and make sure it doesn't have any issues. The minute you sign the document and put down your money, you are on your own.

Service:
Moira and the rest of the crew are in dire need of professional and cultural sensitivity training. They are rude, classless, and don't give a damn about your time. They will talk down to you as if you are a complete idiot. I waited 3 and half hours for an oil change that they promised would take 1 and half hour max. I went to the service manager, sales manager, and every other manager that was on duty that day. Every single one of them acted as if they are really not interested in helping. They treated me so bad that even some the lower level employees felt bad and came to me to apologize for their boss as I was leaving. I decided to never return again. They are liars and bullies.

Raquel was amazingly helpful!! My mom bought an Accord and Bill Page gave her the best price in the area. My Ford was rear-ended and totaled and looking for a new car for me was just a mess. Then I went to Bill Page as well and they took care of me so well I bought the new Pilot the same day I test drove one. I love my new car! Thank you Bill Page.
Edit: A year later I needed some service on my car. Bill Page is great at selling cars but their service department is awful. I now have gift cards I will never use because the service department constantly gives me the run-around.

It's probably more expensive than a non dealership place, but I've never had a problem after a fix, and I've never been told to fix something that didn't need to be fixed. They are fast and get it done exactly when they say they are going to get it done. Danny & Ms. Justice are the best.

Worse customer service..... the guy Louis called us poor and repeated several times, neither talked about poor credit but disgraced the person itself, he was reported to the manager and even manager didn t really care like it s a norm for those people to treat others that poorly. The experience was great and went smoothly. The staff was very helpful and gave me more than enough information in deciding which Honda would be a good fit to for my wife and newborn (ie growing family).

Coming from a Subaru Outback 2013, I can say Honda has their stuff together. Hands down the 2017 Pilot is all around superior. The amount of technology they put into these cars are insane; my wife loves it!

I wrote Warfa on May 24 telling him that I was interested in a 2014 Honda Civic. I provided him with the specifications. He called me immediately and told me that I couldn't have picked a better day to buy a new Civic. They were having a customer appreciation day to include a free BBQ. I rushed over, test drove a Civic. The only problem was that it was the most high-end version. (Included Navigation). I didn't want Navigation so I could save some money. Worked with Alfonso to buy a used 2003 Accord. He was a pleasure to deal with - honest, friendly, and I never felt pressured. I had the car independently inspected before buying, and although the dealer put a fair bit of money into reconditioning (including a new clutch), we ran into two items the dealer had missed that needed to be replaced. They reduced the price of the vehicle to account for the items without any complaint. All in all, a good experience and I would happily recommend Alfonso to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.

Sorry to say was disappointed. Purchased a Nissan Rogue. Had issues with getting tags, the car was not cleaned well inside and we ended up with a flat tire and the front seat passenger side was broken and glued at the bottom. Sadly disappointed.

James was my initial salesman and he was very nice, polite, honest and willing to work with me. However, when it came down to the negotiation with his Manager, I felt the process was exactly what I wanted to avoid and something one would expect when coming into a dealership and to deal with an aggressive salesman. His Manager initially made an extremely high number as if he thought I was ignorant and didn't know anything about buying a car. Even though he was professional, it felt like a slap in the face with the unreasonable initial offer. In the end, I was able to negotiate the price I wanted but it took me over 2 hrs longer than I wanted. It would have been a better experience had his Manager made a reasonable initial offer rather than putting me in a situation where I had to negotiate the price I wanted as convey from the start.

Literally tried to double charge us for an oil change. They quoted a 90k service cost AND and an extra fee for a an oil change (which is included in the 90k service fee). Beware, they're crooks trying to take advantage of an inexperienced female that brought the vehicle. Never going back.

Went there for an oil change and my car blew up. Terrible service (they did not cover for a dollar of the damage, and my insurance rates TRIPLED). I tried to contact them from my phone/email, and eventually they blocked me. I had to go to court over this, and I am still awaiting the results. Everyone that I worked with to buy the car was very helpful. There was a bit more pressure to buy the car ASAP than I would have liked. Mourad made the test drive and initial pricing enjoyable. He also brought out the new car bow so I could take a nice picture. Luis in Finance was also very friendly and knowledgeable.

After my original purchase I discovered very serious issues with my vehicle. I made many attempts to get the dealer to take care of them per the short term warranty they sell with the vehicle. When they realized I knew what the issues were they quickly made every effort to prevent me from getting these things taken care of. Years later, still suffering issues from my bad decision to do business with this dealer. Spoke to Jr himself about this actually, and was given a hard time even though it was only a couple days after purchase. Not really a good experience in the end.

Purchased Used Vehicle. Went in to check out a used jeep they had posted online. They gave me no hassle and did not do the usual dealer tricks to keep you sitting around, or try to keep me there - things that would usually make me take off and reconsider doing business. The sales-man Jaime threw me the keys and off I went to check it out. Took my time with nobody standing over my shoulder. They valued my trade, negotiated and when I decided I was happy they moved me right in to get financing (Thanks to Emery the used car manager it was stressfree). I have had some dealer nightmares, so I was very happy to do business with these guys.
