Took my 2016 Civic in to get a quote on getting the AC fixed & oil changed. My appointment was with Cassandra and she was so helpful! I had the extended warranty and she followed up with them and got my AC covered. I didn't have to do anything. She called me multiple times to give me updates and explained everything clearly. I used to take my car to get service at a different Honda, but now I'll only go to this one because of the great service.
