To preface my review, I've been coming here for almost 4 years to get my Honda Accord serviced, including the (one and only time) I was in a car accident and they repaired the damage done to my car. The service department has always been professional, however...
This review is specifically for the used car department. I spoke with Larry today, to ask if he would best a higher appraisal I got on my car from a nearby car dealership (better even than Carmax). He looked at my car, and ultimately said, "I don't want to get into a bidding war... you have a bad Carfax." A Carfax with the one and only accident I've ever been in. So my question is... what does that say about this dealership, A). whose collision center fixed the damage done to my car with the only car accident I have ever been in? What does that say to you about their level of confidence in their repairs? I'll let you draw your own conclusion on that one. And B). you really won't bother to beat a competitor by a few hundred dollars? Congratulations, you've lost a loyal customer and her family (we're Honda people, by the way, for nearly 20 years now - although we've bought our cars at other Honda dealerships).
