I bought a 2016 Odyssey EX-L. I had a good experience with Oualid Houaya. I started communicating with him via email, and he was consistently responsive. We negotiated a price over two days. I set up a meeting time to visit the lot. Before I arrived, he emailed me that morning saying that he had spoken with his manager and that the price might be 300 more because of certain dealer accessories on the car. Not a deal breaker for a 30,000+ minivan, especially because his deal was still arguably the best price I had gotten on the car. Once on the lot, he was low-key and did not pressure us at all. After the test drive, I told him about various other competitive offers I had received, and we negotiated the price down to 100 more than what I was quoted via email. He seemed forthright throughout the whole process, which in total, including financing, took only 2.5 hours.

A pleasant experience all around. I would recommend him
