Went there to trade my 2003 BMW M3 for Ridgeline, they appraised my car at half what other Honda dealer in the area did a day ago, I felt insulted with there offer, simply walked out, as I was leaving they increased there offer by 3000$, which still way lower than what the other dealer offered the day before, two possibilities either they do not know what they are doing which I doubt or bunch of opportunists, more likely.
I gave one star because there is no option to give non.
