Do not buy a pre-owned car!!! Purchased a pre-owned vehicle, and magically, sometime after 1 month, serious oil leaks developed. Took the car back to Bill Page, for it's 6 month check up, and was told that they "couldn't tell where the leaks were coming from," conveniently enough. I was told to take the car down the road to an unaffiliated repair place, and that they would "help me on this." Help turned out to be $100, toward a $1000 repair bill. The oil leaks were serious enough to compromise the timing belt, and could have caused serious, if not irreparable, engine damage. I'll give Bill Page the benefit of the doubt, and assume that all of the leaks were not apparent at the time of sale. Granted, I did not have a warranty on the vehicle. However, when alerted of the problem, not offering to find the leaks, and being unwilling to provide more than $100, smacks of a back alley dealership.

In my journey to purchase a car, I had to go through 4 or 5 other dealers before getting a recommendation to Bill Page. They offered and beat the best deal, and gave me the most fair amount for my trade in value right away. Everything was streamlined and was unbelievably easy. The financing guy even helped me out with the loan, finding me an even better rate than I imagined. I was in and out of the dealership within 2-3 hours!
I just went there for price quote and then this guy came up with disgusting attitude and was smirking like I'm not gonna buy anything...... He was so rudeand keep saying if want to buy I get u price.. So negative attitude
Competent and professional staff who answered all our questions and worked to provide us an excellent deal. Luis was very accomodating to our needs and requests and instrumental in our selection of the best vehicle for our needs. Ashlee worked hard to get us the best rate for financing. I would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle.
We have bought new cars at Bill Page Honda, but this time it was a used car, and the experience was great all around. We go to Bill Page Honda because we trust them to put the customer first in everything they do. It starts at the top with Bill Page himself, and you see the commitment to excellence in the sales, service, and supporting departments.
Good service and great prices towards the end if the month. This is the lowest price Honda dealership in the area from my research on buying a new car.
After considerable research on the vehicle, I had stopped by a few dealerships in the area to test drive the car. My initial impressions of Bill Page Honda were the best. I was initially helped by Billion Dano and Jeremiah Hill, with whom I had subsequently corresponded by email. When I returned to the dealership several days later with a few quotes in hand and prearranged financing, I was further assisted and finalized the purchase with Maureen Erengwa and Hugo Marano; the financing and all the paperwork were expertly handled by Omar Elbardisi. Making a major expensive purchase is nerve wracking, and I expected to spend hours of back and fourth torturous negotiations. The experience turned out to be entirely different--the interaction was delightful; all the staff were very friendly (without being over-the-top), cooperative, and approachable. I had all my questions patiently answered, I had not felt pressured of making decisions, and was provided ample time to think, recalculate, and have things explained and confirmed again when needed. The final out-the-door cost that was better than I had anticipated, and the financing alternative provided by the dealership was a better deal than my pre-approved rate. I had spent about three hours at the dealership, with most of the time spent by me verifying all the numbers and going through the financing paperwork. I was very pleased by the experienced and having purchased the car I wanted at a price I liked without compromises and hassle.
I appreciated Tony's low-pressure demeanor and ability to move through the process quickly once we had decided on a vehicle. I would purchase a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from here again.
On our first weekend driving the new crv together, and approximately one week after buying the CRV, and half a tank into its use, my wife and I spot a shiny line on the windshield, directly parallel and next to the base of the rear view mirror. Then upon closer examination find the windshield is cracked in a line about 6 inches long. We both look at each other thinking how could this be, we know nothing has hit the glass. I later determined and am positive it came from the first adjustment I made to the mirror from the position she had put it into, to accommodate my viewing. I recall thinking how stiff the mirror was and how hard it was to get it into position. So confident that the dealership would fix our brand new car, one week off the lot, on a Sunday I took it to the dealership and was told by the salesman that I would need to bring it into the service manager on Monday morning and it should be taken care of. Despite knowing what the service department at Bill page was capable of, I agreed and came back Monday morning. I went to the service department and the service manager came out and took a flashlight to the crack and proclaimed it was struck by an object and was not covered by warranty. I told him repeatedly that there was not even a scratch of any kind on that glass not a mark or a dimple or an imperfection. There simply was a line and not even the tiniest of marks. He disagreed and marched me over to the sales manager. The sales manager looked at it and promptly agreed with the service manager. Back and forth we went until I boiled over I left the dealership and got a magnifying glass and looked closely at the line, and once again, even under magnification, saw not a shred of evidence that anything had struck the glass, no mark what so ever. So I took the car back to Bill Page Honda again and asked to speak to the GM, at this point fuming over my treatment to this point. The GM comes out and I explain the problem and ask him to examine the crack as I did with the magnifying glass. He looks at it and says that the only possibility is for him to try to get Honda to cover it, but gives me little hope to think they will, by adding that in his years of business he had never seen Honda cover a cracked wind shield , and making no effort of any kind to contact Honda.
It was the disgust in his voice when he then verbally assaulted me that made me realize they were not going to fix our brand new car and we would be stuck paying the $1200 for a new windshield.
bill page honda does not honor the warranty and the service department lied to me on multiple occasions about repairs my element needed
Imagine paying $31000 for a new crv and the first time you adjust the rear view mirror your windshield cracks and having both the sales manager, the service manager and the general manager tell you your out of luck because we think a rock hit your windshield
Absolutely enjoy the service here. I purchased my car here in January 2012 and have always enjoyed the service I've received from the staff. I haven't had any issues or concerns.
Nevertheless, with the renovation of the facility for the improvement of the overall facility offerings I only hope that the service quality increases as well.
The service was great and super fast. I appreciate the customer service from Mr tommy. They fixed my AC after I was suffering in this hot weather. Thank you Jackson I really appreciate your help
I went in for service on my car and the customer service I received was outstanding! Everyone was super pleasant and answered all of my questions with a sense of urgency.
On September 18, 2019 took my Honda CRV into Bill Page Honda for an oil change and to determine why the windshield fluid washer nozzleI didn t work. I was told by Tommy (service advisor) that the hose had been chewed by a rodent and a replacement was needed for a total of $155.00. I was taken aback at the cost for a small piece of hose but he said that that s what it costs. I reluctantly agreed to the cost, since I had to drive to Florida the next morning. I ran into many bugs and dirt on the way and the washer DID NOT work when I turned it on. In Florida I took the vehicle into a Honda dealership (Brandon Honda) and asked them to determine why the repair I had just had at Bill Page didn t work; no fluid came out. I tried several times - no change. They said the piece of bulk hose used earlier was NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY. Bill Page Honda used part of my hose and an 8 piece of thinner plastic hose. So I had to pay again to fix what Bill Page Honda repaired incorrectly. I have Brandon Honda s paperwork stating it had not been installed properly. They gave me the parts that Bill Page used and my original chewed hose and 8 piece of bulk hose that when connected together failed to spray. I was charged $5.00 for the piece of plastic hose and $149.00 for labor. I believe the fix from Bill Page Honda was fraudulent. I was led to believe I would have a new hose and I didn t get one. I take my car to Honda because they have all the original parts not substitutes that are crafted to work. What I got was not a correct part and labor costs to build a fix that didn t work and was untested. It is poor service when you know it s not the way to repair the problem. Honda took advantage of a senior woman who wouldn t know the difference and they made money on a lousy overpriced repair job. The mechanic surely would know better as would Tommy the service advisor who told me I needed a replacement hose which would cost $155.00. He lied to me and took advantage of my trust and profited from their actions. Don t know if this is common treatment in their service department but I would suspect it is. Being a senior and female makes me an easy target. Also, living on a limited income it was an unplanned hardship to pay $155 and Tommy knew it. I trusted Tommy and was ripped off. Bill Page Honda should be ashamed but it s probably standard procedure in that service department. If they can do that to me they can do it to others. Bill Page should return my money. I paid two dealerships for the same service and Brandon Honda apologized repeatedly for the actions of Bill Page Honda. They said the repairs I received should never have happened - it was embarrassing. I went into the Bill Page dealership last week and was told by the information desk person and other employees wiring in service that the service manager was in a meeting. I then asked to speak to the general manager and was told he also was in a meeting. When I said I would wait I was told it would be hours . I requested to make an appointment for both managers and was informed they don t take appointments- just keep coming back and eventually you ll find them available. I experienced poor customer service and fraudulent processes at Bill Page Honda.
Great place , friendly staff . My experience was with a genteman name Adeel , great guy very friendly ... so helpful . Process was so easy .. or I wana say he made it look easy .. Love to go back there again , and definitely only wana deal with Adeel ...
My sale went exactly as I hoped. My expectations regarding follow-up, delivery process, after sale questions and the readiness of the car to be delivered were all met. My trade-in Honda was valued at full value, and I got a great price on the new car. Our new Honda is beautiful and the experience was all we hoped for. Carlos Granados made the negotiating easy, Ashlee Jones & Nina Getachew had me in and out of paperwork very quickly; I never even had to go to a dealership little office; she brought all the papers to me at the saleperson's desk! Bernard Beaumont-Bertrand patiently explained all the minutia of a 2018 Accord Touring. Overall a very good experience and we highly recommend!
I went to this service station for my car CRV-2017 dashboard displayed A6 7 Maintanance codes. The day service advisor asked me what is needed I told her dashboard is showing A 6 7, and asked her please verify and she mentioned Brake Fluid Flush. I asked her my car does not have even 15,000 why my car needed Brake Fluid Flush. She told me she will check with Mechanic if needed can do it. After I went to pick up my car they did Brake Fluid Flush even though it is not necessary; in the reciept they mentioned EVERY 30,000 MILES 3 YEARS OR MAINTENANCE MINDER 7 EVERY THREE YEARS, REARDLESS OF MILEAGE. CUSTOMER STATES PERFORM BRAKE FLUID FLUSH this is totally false I did not mention to do this service. This is rip off my car age is not even 2.3 years they did and collected from me $165/-. This is totally un ethical they are cheating customers. After picking up my car dashboard still shows same maintanance codes A 6 and 7. Beware of this service center.
After my review they responded to my review stating that they did something wrong; in their response to my review they mentioned contact details and email address. I tried to reach them through email and phone to talk on my service. No response from them, do not fall for these cheap tricks. They are trying to give color that they are more concern about the customers. But it is completely false. Beware of these service center and cheap tricks.
Great used car experience - very satisfied with repair of minor car before taking car home. Thanks Ali Sami and Lawrence Labonte !! I will buy again from Bill Page Honda used cars.
I took our van into the service center because water was leaking into the interior through the tailgate. It took five days to repair it. Additionally, they scratched up one of the panels during the repair. Attached you can see photos from before the repair and immediately after. There are small scratches along the bottom of the panel, like someone tried to remove it with a screwdriver, and a big scratch next to the open button. If you have interior work that needs to be done, you may want to think twice before dropping your car off here.
Update: I emailed the service center weeks ago and still haven t heard back from them. They also tried to charge me for the warranty repair when I picked up the van but I caught the mistake and asked them to correct it.
I just bought a car from this dealership today! Im very happy how much they helped me I haven t been to a dealership like Bill Page Honda I live in Gaithersburg MD and it was worth the drive! I will definitely recommend and I ll come back when I pay off my new car lol :) very happy thanks again to Hadi my salesmen and to the owner for all the help!
I had a positive buying experience at Bill Page Honda this week. Warfa, my salesman, was an advocate for me and what I needed. The dealership worked with me to come to a financing deal for a 2014 Crosstour that met my requirements (i.e. car price, payment terms, interest rate). I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda and would certainly recommend Warfa.
While I liked that we weren't harassed, I didn't like that we were basically ignored and not even asked if we needed any help or had questions, etc. That said, it was kind of nice to just look at a car, inside and out, without an escort. If their approach is hands off, maybe at least offer brochures or business cards, etc. At the entrance or exit?
I took my truck in for a airbag recall And fixing of my pass. Side mirror. Made appt for 7am. I was there on time. Helped by Tommy. He said it should only take 1.5 hours. I don't hear from them until 10am and they hadn't even started on the f'n mirror. Tommy, why lie right to my face when the true wait time was a little less than 5 hours?!? Melvin was great .
From the amazing out-the-door price that they promised me via email, to the seamless, no-games dealing with our sales-person, Luis, to the non-pushy, pleasant financing with Almis, this was an amazing all-around experience at Bill Page Honda. They changed my mind on how car dealers operate.
When I went to Bill Page Honda, I was greeted by James Chung, who helped me when I was looking for the new Honda CR-V. He went above and beyond my expectations, and was extremely patient with my decision-making process. He made sure that everything went flawlessly when I bought the car, by showing me how to use every feature that was available on the car and made sure that I thoroughly understood everything. On top of that I was given a very good price, even beating the price of other dealers. I would HIGHLY recommend asking for James the next time you look for a new car.
i wish i could give zero stars. people helping on phone about sales or lease offers are highly rude. they don't want to answer any questions. even though i live nearby but would never spend a dollar at this place.
Excellent experience. Made appointment for my car Oil Change and service. when I arrived, Joan(hope I did not make mistake with her name) took care of me. Very nice, professional. Usually even with appointment I wait at least 2 hours , but at this dealership I did not wait more than half an hour. Even i live in woodbridge, I will go back and will do All my car services there. They have great customer service, Friendly and Fast. I got referred from my brother who bought his car from there. He had an excellent experience too. He was right.
It really is a terrible service, I went a few months ago to buy a 2020 car, I paid the amount of the car in cash: MRS. RAQUEL, who is one of many vendors at the dealer, told me after signing the documents. M TITLE, it would be reaching me a month later. It's been around 4 months now and I don't see any positive response. The truth is I do not recommend it to anyone as a seller, it does not sufficiently explain the doubts that the customer may have. I have called many times and they leave me online, I go personally and they tell me to wait as if I had all the patience in the world ...
I was in the market for a new car and went through several research websites (American Express, Edmunds and True Car) to get estimates and offers from participating dealers on the 2014 Accord and CRV. The only person that responded by email (which I specifically asked for) and answered exactly what I was asking, was Limon Kamal at Bill Page Honda. I have nothing but good things to say about Limon, as he patiently answered every question I had, addressed every issue, no matter how unimportant it was, and went to great lengths to find the exact car I wanted with as few miles as possible. He was not pushy, was professional and got my business because he gained my trust. After all, the experience was great!
I bought a new Civic SI 2 months ago. I am happy with the car (thus 2 stars rather than 1), but am not happy with the process and was lied to about the price. I came in one day, negotiated the price, and respectfully left when we didn't arrive at an agreeable number. Shortly thereafter, the salesman contacted me that they were willing to meet me at my number. I agreed. I drove a distance to get there, started filling out paperwork, and they even had me sit in the driver seat of the car, before the GM came out and told me that the salesman made a "mistake" and the lowest they could sell it for was $500 more. He admitted that it was their mistake (as I had the text that was indisputable), yet didn't remedy it nor was overly apologetic.
I feel like I was lied to make a sale, similar to what one would imagine at a shiesty used car dealership. Bad way to conduct business.
My experience at Bill Page Honda is always an enjoyable one. I have purchased two cars from there, one used, and recently, one new. My sales person both times, Walid, has always been very professional and understanding, and is always meeting my expectations. The deal I got on my most recent Honda Civic actually turned out to be better than I expected. I was well guided throughout the entire process, and all of my many questions were answered right away. The experience was very smooth, there was no beating around the bush, and they did not waste my time in the slightest bit. I have already recommended Bill Page to my family members and I would also recommend this dealership to anyone looking into buying a Honda and experiencing true quality care.
I went in for my first oil change/ recall on my new Honda and was treated to the best customer service by this dealership. Right as I walked in, I was helped. Everyone who works at Bill Page seems highly motivated and eager to do their job. Cassandra and the mechanic were able to finish my car ahead of schedule. Thank you!
I had an awesome experience when I brought my car for service at Bill Page Honda dealership. Service tech Danny provided an outstanding service, I was well pleased and received with respect and well taken care of . Thank you Danny . Keep up the good work .
Bill page as well as Eduardo Nunez my salesperson were extremely helpful , eduardo Nunez took the time to go over all the details of the lease and he explained my wife and I about all the car features. I recommend everyone to buy from them , you won t be sorry . GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
The sale guy over there is so rude. He ask me the price I expect, so that he can match it. When I told him the price, he just said bye and hung up. If you cannot match it, that's OK. Don't behave like that. This guy need some basic training on how to respect customers.
The best car buying experiences I've ever had! The staff at Bill Page Honda is friendly, professional, and exceeded all my expectations. They have a great selection of cars to chose from and you can't beat their prices. From first contact, sales consultant Liubov Klimova answered any and all questions I had. She was overly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I never felt like she was trying to "push" the car on me. On the management side, sales manager, Carlos Granados went above and beyond to handle my questions and concerns and made the whole process a breeze. I now understand why Bill Page Honda has such a great reputation. Thank you all for a great buying experience and I will be sure to send my friends and family your way.
James was an excellent salesman. He had everything we needed when we wanted to test drive 3 different cars on 2 separate trips. I recommend dealing with him. I did have issues with Carlos. He didn't make a great first impression and then it was all downhill from there. When we decided we wanted to buy a Civic. Carlos came with a price that was 300 above the large price tag in the window of the same exact car 10 feet away from us at the show floor. I wanted to leave at that point. Somehow I stuck around and finally agreed to a price. I was not smart enough to ask about all the accessory prices so I was upset when I had to pay for those and saw the breakout with the financing guy. I was more upset when I finished and asked about the accessories and they weren't even on the car. I asked for a refund and got more pushback and never an apology for charging me for something that was not on the car. Honest mistake or not Carlos never showed a bit of contrition and I wish I did not give him our business.
I also got pre-approved from Honda before coming in and they made me do the application again. Not sure who is at fault there, but Honda's financing process doesn't seem very straightforward.
Thien Vo was really professional and friendly. We appreciate his help and attention. The dealer s environment is great as so are the employees. The manager Fernando Lobo took the time to sit down with us and got us a great deal. We are really happy with our new car. Great experience with Bill Page Honda.
I've had good luck with the nearby Bill Page Toyota dealership, so I encouraged my wife to switch to servicing her Honda at Bill Page Honda - since it's so much closer to our home. But when she called to investigate, the person with whom she spoke was so rude and unhelpful that she vowed never to go here.
The service was done in estimated time. Waiting room is spacious and clean, very important in pandemic time. My only gripe is the online scheduling system. Twice I schedule my service online and was noticed of a successful submission. No one at service department called back to confirm my schedule as promised by the scheduling system. I had to make a call to get it scheduled. I guess the old fashion phone call is more reliable than the online scheduling system.
I've been bringing my Hondas for service here for nearly 10 years now, and the service has been wonderful. Joanne is super attentive, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. She always goes out of her way to take care of me, and my vehicle, and when I needed to leave my car overnight, she hooked me up with a loaner, no questions asked. She also ensured I'd get the best price for parts and labor on any service done to my car. Best of all, every time I take my car in, I get a free car wash, which is VERY nice!
Then I worked with Peter in Finance, who also provided wonderful and quick service; he made sure I understood every charge, and even gave me a discount on a warranty I purchased.
All in all, I always have a great experience when I come to this dealership, which, by the way, is family-owned, so you know the folks here will do their best to take care of you. If you work with people I've mentioned above, you will without a doubt be provided with the best service available in any Honda dealership in the area.
I just had the second time maintenance today. I did oil change and ties rotation.when I just got home, the tier pressure was low, and I found the scratch on my dashboard.
I would say Bill Page Honda has a good service department.
I took the car to service and didn t really feel that I was given what was needed. However, the GM approached me to explain the purpose behind the service. I honestly appreciated the GM come talk to me as it shows that they actually care about customers satisfaction.
I definitely recommend Cassie in Service. She has excellent costumer service skills and keeps you updated on your vehicle. I brought my car in today and got my oil change and car wash done, she made sure she took care of everything. See Cassie in Service, awesome asset to Bill Page Honda! Very courteous and knowledgeable!
I had a great experience with this dealership. I live in Wisconsin and was in need for a certain discontinued part that Bill Page Honda had the only one left in stock in the WHOLE COUNTRY!!! Luis at the parts desk was more than accommodating with helping me find the part and shipping it to me. He took the time to send me pictures of the box to make sure it was fine to ship in that condition (witch of course was fine as long as the parts were Not damaged. He ended shipping them in a new box anyways. Weather your local or from afar, I would highly recommend checking them out.
I dread going to car dealers, but this was actually a pleasant experience. Rene was a delight - nice and knowledgeable - as he showed us everything about the car we wanted to see, and then found a slightly different color that we liked better. Bohzad was easy to deal with on price. Bill Page Jr made sure we happy and even bought us dinner when the final steps were delayed. There was no pressure, we found a car we really liked, and price agreement was a short, non-confrontational give and take. .
Like all service shops, some visits are better than others. I go for oil changes and they are far better than Jiffy Lubes especially if you put a value on credibily. Tommy is a pretty good service advisor. The sales side impressed me as crooks with mandatory options of overpriced mud flaps and wheel locks and 500 dollar processing fees.
We recently purchased a new Pilot from Bill Page Honda and did not have a good experience (still not). The bottom line is they will tell you one thing and then do another, and what they do agree to will be the absolute minimum they believe they will get away with. We negotiated for a trailer hitch with the purchase, but they didn't install a wiring harness. They said they would include roof rails, but then demanded payment a month later. Get EVERYTHING in explicit detail if you do business with them.
Update: So, after they saw my post and figured out who I am, they contacted me, pressuring me to remove or change my review. They didn't try to make things right, but just to change my review.
I recently came in two weeks ago to Bill Page while waiting for my prescription at Walgreens. I was wanting to get a new car and went in to check out the models in the showroom. I was immediately greeted by a salesperson named "David", He was very energetic and eager to help me. I told him that I was just looking around and he had no problem working with me even though I told him I wasn't buying today. Hes mood did not change once so ever.
He started showing me the Accord and the CR-V that were in the showroom. Showed me the key features of those vehicles. He knows his product very well. The more he answered my questions, the more I started leaning towards asking him if we can pull a CR-V out of there huge garage for a test drive. I loved the way it drove, and David never pressured me into buying a car but he did give me lots of knowledge.
At that point, I was curious to find out there offer for the vehicle so I asked David what kind of specials are you running, so we sat at his desk and he quickly got me some pricing on a CR-V EX. I asked him if he can work out some of the numbers with his boss, he tried. 2nd time of showing numbers, I appreciated the straight forward offer, I felt like my time wasnt being wasted. He did manage to lower it a little. After looking at the numbers with him, I asked david if I can have a moment alone to make a phone call, and he did with no problem. He got me a cup of coffee and walked away for about 10 minutes and he came back and sat down. I looked at him and told him SOLD.
Overall, I loved my experience at Bill Page Honda with David, very polite, professional, mature, and he treats all the same. I will recommend David to anyone that is in the market for a Honda. Before I left, David showed me the service area, introduced me to some of the service consultants, some of his managers that were there, the car wash area, lounge area. I felt very appreciated at this dealership, I think my best experience ever at a dealership. I will recommend this dealership to anyone.
I Have had some bad experiences in dealerships, but Bill Page Honda is a gem. We purchased a new Honda Accord last year for thousands less than competitors could offer (Arlington, Tyson's Corner and as far away as Richmond). It was a great and easy sales experience. We've been to their new facility a couple of times for maintenance and the Service Department has been great. The car is always ready before I want it. Also, they will provide a courtesy shuttle to/from the Falls Church metro and are open early to late hours. I highly recommend this dealership.
I was fortunate to have a wonderful experience purchasing my 07 Honda Accord with Walid. Since then, I have been back for all maintenance needs. Arturo and Tommy both see to it that I have a good experience each time. I feel like family when I come here!
Me being a Honda girl. When I was a lil girl my dad put me on Honda's. My very first car was a honda. So it was that time again to get another honda. So 2 weeks ago I went to Bill Page Honda to get my car. Mr. Mike helped me and I was able to get the car I wanted. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. He came threw for me. It was amazing!!!! Drives beautifully!!!! Thank u guys so much for your help. I really loves my car!!!
I am all about peace of mind. Whenever I need to get my car serviced, I have no doubt that their service representatives will give me good and accurate advice. Very pleased with my recent visit!
Great service. Customer reps always do their best for us. First 3 oil changes free, free loaners if available, gave discount on detail when it couldn't be done at promised time. Highly recommend.
My husband and I have been taking our vehicles here mainly because of location, however, the service from Tyrone Brown and his team are the reasons why after we move well be passing other locations to come back to this exact service center. Process is streamless, folks are helpful, there's never a question about your car, were always called first for updates and we can call a day before and usually always get in for a full service oil change. If something isn't right they go out of their way to make sure it is resolved or fixed. We cannot recommend them enough!
Probably the worst experience I have had at a dealership, EVER! Its easy to give credit to car dealerships for friendliness, they are obviously trying to sell you a car. But, you can definitely judge a car dealership's process on how they value your trade-in and how they negotiate on a new vehicle. This dealership failed miserably. I completely understand the point of dealerships making a profit; however, negotiating from way below market value for a trade-in seems like an impossible task, especially considering you have to then agree on a reasonable car price. I was insulted and completely turned around with my experience at Bill Page. Would never do business with them.
My buying experience at Bill Page Honda was fantastic. It was easy and no hassle. I would recommend this dealership if you are thinking about buying a vehicle.
The buying experience was great. The team was friendly and helpful and we drove away that day in the car we wanted at a reasonable price. This review was changed from one star to four. The one star was based on the problem I am having trying to pass DC inspection, and I will change to five stars if this situation is resolved with no more hiccups on their part.
This car failed the DC inspection the day after I bought it because (the working hypothesis) the battery was changed while it sat in their lot, which reset the monitors and requires a significant amount of driving before it can be tested. This should not have slipped through the cracks, but for my troubles I was given some credit towards future scheduled maintenance, and that's enough to show me that this really was a rare occurrence (that could only affect out of state buyers) and not representative of their sales and service.
All I can say is ask for Antonio. I worked with him in the Service Department. It was such a stream line process from check in to check out. He walked me through and educated me on services done on my vehicle. He s definitely going to be my new contact at Honda!
Poor customer service. I called to ask about a recall and got a cold shoulder and a "I'll call you back". Frustrated by a lack of progress I called Brown's Honda a week later. Within a 5 minute call I had the part ordered (back ordered takata airbag), an appointment when the part comes in, and options I didn't even know about such as Honda will pay for a rental car if I don't want to drive the vehicle with a faulty airbag.
This is my 3rd poor experience with the service department and my final. I will go far out of my way to avoid this dealership even though it is the most convenient.
Great service. Very helpful staff. Alfonso was very helpful! I bought 2 cars with Alfonso and experienced great service. He is great and has given me support on the phone even beyond business hours
The sales rep who helped us (Taheer) was very knowledgable about all the models - obviously studies the product and could talk about every function/feature inside and out. Easy to talk to and no pressure to deal with. Very up front and low key. Great experience - wouldn't go anywhere else!!
Let me start off by saying that the majority of these bad reviews for Bill Page Honda are so ludicrous that I'm hoping that most people should be able to see through them without me pointing out the obvious. To the Latin community, the manager who helped me spoke Spanish very well and we spoke about my frequent trips to Latin America leading me to believe that the dealership was very friendly to the Latin community. Also, realize that this is a dealer and that it will most likely be more expensive than your ma and pa shop for everything from repairs to maintenance and most likely everything else, if you want super cheap service and super quick oil changes go to Jiffy Lube. I just bought a new Accord from Syed and I couldn't be happier. I did my research online went in and said I want this car for this price and I got exactly what I wanted and more. Not to mention they were willing to figure out for me how to make the monthly payments I wanted to have work. I had taken my previous CR-V to them for maintenance and was extremely happy with the service and time it took, but I went in willing to wait for quality. After all, the world doesn't always revolve around me, and contrary to what many people think the customer is not always right. In fact many times the customer is dead wrong, so if your that customer get off your damn high horse please! Bottom line is that I've been going here for about five years and am on my second Honda vehicle. Mistakes can happen and I'm not saying they're perfect but I've gotten nothing but great service and care from Bill Page Honda and I'm sure they will have my business for many years to come. I would highly recommend Syed and the staff and Bill Page Honda to everyone.
Painless purchase. I bought 2017 Honda Odyssey from James Chung at Bill Page Honda. Best auto salesman I've ever dealt with. I had purchased several cars in the past from different locations, but this was the most hassle-free car-buying experience ever.
My sales person, Bernie, was great. From the time we arrived he made us feel welcomed. During the test drive he explained the different aspects of the vechile and answered all of my questions that I had regarding the vechile. Thank you so mich Bernie!
Almis was very informative and helpful in helping me through thru the finance process. He also worked to ensure that he was able to get me the best deal that was available. Thank you Almis for working with me through all the questions that I had.
Had a fantastic service experience there this week. My 99 Accord needed service for a recall (about 10 years late), and the team at Bill Page took great care of me. Thank you, Cassie!
