I have been looking on the Baxter Auto website for months and seen many cars I liked finally the time came to go look at cars. Found the salesman I liked went to an other dealership to look at some more cars came across another sales person who just didn't fly in my eyes was very frustrated by the time we left. Went back to our original salemans he did great at helping find us the car we purchased but turns our one of the Baxter dealership will not negotiate prices so I called Michael Anderson and told him what I wanted. Asked him to hold the cars for me and he got the cars for me and sent me pictures. He probably thought this lady is crazy but he went along with all my questions and once I said Yes to two vehicles yep you read that right two vehicles we started the negotiations. Michael Anderson then said he would drive the cars to me. I than thought he was crazy had to ask him twice if he was serious. Did the negotiations and got a good deal for two vehicles. After settling the paperwork Michael and two coworkers drove us our vehicles. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who asks about buying cars and will go back to Baxter next time I'm car shopping.

Based on being treated unfairly by another local shop, I turned my Clutch issue/s over to Loden. Oh my goodness! What a refreshingly positive experience. He helped to get this work completed very rapidly. They paid for my ride to their facility and even stayed late on a Friday to see that my vehicle was picked up. Nicely done.

This was my first time going to a dealership for a car, and being a single lady who had never bought a car before I was feeling overwhelmed. It didn't help that I had already been to a few other dealerships that had left me feeling a little frustrated. But as soon as I walked in Roberto came over and just chatted with me and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process. He was very understanding, and didn't make me feel stupid about knowing next to nothing about cars. He was very patient with me on the test drive even though I am pretty sure I gave him a gray hair or two. I LOVE my new Ford Edge, and I think it is great that we found it in the exact color I wanted! I am pretty sure I never would have picked the Ford Edge if Roberto hadn't helped me figure out what I wanted. If you are new to purchasing a new car, I would highly suggest Baxter Ford and ask for Roberto to help you!
John Carnes helped us today with our purchase with a 2014 Titanium Ford Escape. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the vehicles as well as details. John was very personal and made sure we were purchasing a car that fit us and our needs. I would recommend him for anyone out there looking for a car and a salesperson that will deliver!
I have just left Baxter Ford with my new to me Ford Escape. I would like to thank my salesman, Gary Carr, for being so patient with me. The only criteria I had for the car was: an SUV with 4-wheel drive and low miles and within my budget. Gary brought me every vehicle that fit this criteria. We test drove many cars and as we did we compared and contrasted them to help narrow down the search. He was honest as we talked and I appreciated his feedback as I was making my decision. My wife and I dealt with Ron Archer last week. We bought a 2018 Ford Escape SE. We have been very pleased with Baxter and with Ron, as well as the rest of the staff there. Ron was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicles and automobiles in general. I was particularly delighted with our discussions of the evolution of automobiles over our lifetime; this made buying a car through him very pleasant. That may not seem important to some, but to us it was. His patience and demeanor were excellent. We got a great vehicle at a very good price. We are happy.
Hayley was my salesperson and she was amazing. She knew what she was doing and respected what my wants and needs were. Do not buy a used car from this dealership. I've had my vehicle for only 7 months and it's just one thing after another and they are no help in trying to fix it. They did not tell me all the problems that were wrong with this vehicle. In fact, they told me the brakes were at 90% and 4months later they needed to be replaced along with the rotors. After taking it in to replace the brakes, I was also informed I needed to replace the sway bar. And now, my car won't even start and they want to charge me $100 to tow it from 204th to 192nd. So disappointed.

Took a work truck in for transmison not working properly and they say they can't get it to do what I took it in for, so an hour later I have to have it towed do to the transmison not working
Awful experience and rude people! Have a 2014 Ford Raptor with the roush package with 23,000 miles blow a transmission. The west ford dealer told me they could not help me. They then printed directions to the other ford dealer across town and told me "good luck"! I then drove it 30 mph only having third gear to the other location. That was October 12th, at around 2:00 pm! I was on an elk hunt heading to Colorado and had to rent a truck to finish my trip! They just called today October 27th and said they figured out the problem and were going to order the parts today!
Baxter Ford took care of me when purchasing a Ford Explorer and the service and oil changes. Everyone from the staff was friendly and helpful. Tim Kennedy, Matt Rawley, and Sydney Burke were all very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I have a recall-related maintenance appointment set up with them, called them this morning to ask when my appointment was for because I have forgot. The lady on the phone was rude; she failed big time in building rapport. I said 'good morning' to her but she didn't say anything and I thought the call dropped so I asked if she could hear me, she said yes and that what did I want. That is terrible customer service. I hope their maintenance staff are nicer.

Beware! The contract reflected a different interest rate than promised and taxes are not included in monthly payment, again not as promised. One good thing...I kept declining the extended warranty, so they dropped the price for it from over $100 to $20/month! After I submitted the Ford survey, they contacted me saying they would resolve the issues but they haven't followed through and its been 50 days since...
If you are looking for the best deal I would recommend Donovan Roehr! He is an honest hard working sales man.
Super shady. Made up a story that my trade was worth $2,000 less than either of the book values appraisal because the 2015 model has 0% financing. Uhhhhhh, I'm sure Kelley Blue Book and NADA might have heard that. Also wouldn't provide a sale price on the vehicle I wanted. Kept talking in math riddles. I asked several times for the sale price. Nothing. They are swindlers. Pretty much the worst dealership other than Woodhouse. If you want to get screwed over by all means talk to Baxter Ford.

Previously I have had two bad experiences with Baxter not specifically this store but this added to my third! I will likely never go to a baxter again! I went to trade my 2014 Ford Explorer and was hooked up with a Salesman named Eric, he was very helpful and getting the cars that I was interested in to test drive he even went to Lincoln to get one! I came in on a Monday test drove a Toyota Highlander and an Infiniti QX60. I went with the infiniti however by the time we were done talking numbers it was 9 p.m too late to do any financing. They let me leave in the Infiniti and I was supposed to come back Saturday morning when I had time to complete the process.
Throughout the week I was in contact with Eric frequently. He was more than helpful to get any information that I was needing. The Infiniti came from the Infiniti lot next door and was a certified vehicle on on their lot. I knew purchasing it from Ford I would lose that warranty however I was willing to pay the asking price for the vehicle because I felt it was fair. I told him since I was paying the certified price I wanted a warranty similar to the CPO at no cost to myself. I think that was a fair request considering I was paying the price of a CPO vehicle! He said he would work on that but wasn't sure if it would happen.
We came in Saturday morning to finalize the deal and the management team completely ruined the sale for Eric! They wanted me to purchase an extended warranty which I was not willing to do because I could just easily go next door and purchase the vehicle there and get that CPO warranty with no problem. I was then told that that vehicle would NOT be going back to Infiniti for me to purchase!! To me that is bad business but like I told them that was fine they had a whole lot of Infinities over there and I would just purchase another one!
I went next door and ended up purchasing another Infiniti QX60 it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever done! I didn't have to haggle for an hour about my trade they gave me exactly what I was wanting with no back and forth!
I truly feel sorry for Eric after all the time he put into this deal and lost it due to his management team being willing to lose a sale over $1, 500! I am more than happy with Infiniti, they are nothing like the rest of the Baxter Auto Group family! They are amazing over there! I will definitely be going back to Infiniti next time I am in the market for a vehicle! Also to top it off I did end up buying an extended full wrap warrant on top of the CPO warranty I was already getting from them!
I highly suggest staying away from most of the Baxter auto group Lots! I would be more than happy to go see Eric for a vehicle purchase again in the future if he was at another Auto Group lot!

Took our 2013 Ford Explorer in to address a recall notice. After this service we found that our steering was off. We then had a reputable mechanic look at the issue. So Baxter Ford was going to let my wife and kids drive around with an unbolted steering column. Let this sink in before you take your vehicle to Baxter. I've contacted Ford corporate and have relayed my experience on every social media outlet I could find. This is my 4yh vehicle, but your utter disregard for your customers safety has given me a new mission, let everyone know how incompetent you are.

Jeff Novack at Baxter Ford West is one of those kind of bright lights. Jeff and I worked together for months and while something always seemed to get in the way of the sale closing, Jeff consistently took care of me and my wife like a true friend would. I cannot say enough about how Jeff treated us and worked to get us into the right vehicle at the right price. He was terrific and Michelle and I will certainly purchase another car with Jeff's assistance regardless of which car dealership we find him. Any dealership would be very lucky to have him. Agreed on a vehicle with one of their sales associates and he told me he would get everything put together the next morning. Half the day goes by and I finally get a call back saying they sold the vehicle to someone else. Waste of time.
I am writing this review for my father who is not so tech savvy. He recently purchased a 2014 F-150 from Baxter via Ryan Flynn. He gave a price and they were able to get their truck within a few hundred dollars of his price without hassle. We received a very good deal on a new truck and very good service from Ryan. He was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. I suggest you ask for him if you go up to Baxter as he will be eager to help you.
I had an enjoyable experience at Baxter, mainly due to Ryan Flynn and his excellent service! No pressure, just honest and open throughout the whole truck-buying session.
My 2nd biggest purchase was almost a great experience. Tyler Genovesi was not pushy at all. Instead, he was very helpful in finding a car for me by simply asking me what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. If it wasn't for the finance guy keeping me in a room for over an hour just trying to up sell me extra insurance, this probably would have been the best experience. I would recommend Tyler to anyone and I would make another purchase from him in the future if I ever need another car as long as Baxter has the car that I want. He paid very good attention and showed great professionalism.

I bought a certified mustang i bought my mustang in October 2018 and got the platinum warranty which wasn't explained to me. I contacted Chip back in March said would mail it or email me a brochure. Nothing followed up with him May no response. I emailed the dealer last week and following week no response. Horrible customer service . Don't care about there customers stay away

I pay them $14,500 and they refuse to hang the plate on my car? The car does not have holes in the front, so I called after I got my plate and asked them if they could hang the plate for me because I got the car from their place. And they told me to look for someone else on the street to do it? it's ridiculous!
So I want to begin by saying.. the process up until Baxter Ford obtaining your business is such a fantastic and easy experience! However, everything after that is is such a terrible and unbearable travesty, that it makes us wish we had went through a different dealer. Any point in time that you need service done to your vehicle, it s like pulling teeth. The customer service is awful.. When calling the main number and the secretary answers the phone, she says nothing and transfers you off like you re an inconvenience to her day. The service department is unhelpful and rude. They provide you with the minimal information and then hang up on you. We had aftermarket options put on the car after purchasing it, the service department proceeded to ruin parts of the vehicle during installation then try to pass it off like they did nothing wrong until confronted, in which replied oh yah that ... if you re looking to purchase a new vehicle and then want to try and make use of the extra money you pay for your upgrades, warranty, or rely on any service done by professionals I do not recommend Baxter Ford. Take your money to someone who actually cares about your business.

Seriously take your business elsewhere. Also, 99% of these 5 star rating are forced... So pay attention to the bad reviews that s where you get your real information.
