Previously I have had two bad experiences with Baxter not specifically this store but this added to my third! I will likely never go to a baxter again! I went to trade my 2014 Ford Explorer and was hooked up with a Salesman named Eric, he was very helpful and getting the cars that I was interested in to test drive he even went to Lincoln to get one! I came in on a Monday test drove a Toyota Highlander and an Infiniti QX60. I went with the infiniti however by the time we were done talking numbers it was 9 p.m too late to do any financing. They let me leave in the Infiniti and I was supposed to come back Saturday morning when I had time to complete the process.

Throughout the week I was in contact with Eric frequently. He was more than helpful to get any information that I was needing. The Infiniti came from the Infiniti lot next door and was a certified vehicle on on their lot. I knew purchasing it from Ford I would lose that warranty however I was willing to pay the asking price for the vehicle because I felt it was fair. I told him since I was paying the certified price I wanted a warranty similar to the CPO at no cost to myself. I think that was a fair request considering I was paying the price of a CPO vehicle! He said he would work on that but wasn't sure if it would happen.

We came in Saturday morning to finalize the deal and the management team completely ruined the sale for Eric! They wanted me to purchase an extended warranty which I was not willing to do because I could just easily go next door and purchase the vehicle there and get that CPO warranty with no problem. I was then told that that vehicle would NOT be going back to Infiniti for me to purchase!! To me that is bad business but like I told them that was fine they had a whole lot of Infinities over there and I would just purchase another one!

I went next door and ended up purchasing another Infiniti QX60 it was one of the smoothest transactions I've ever done! I didn't have to haggle for an hour about my trade they gave me exactly what I was wanting with no back and forth!

I truly feel sorry for Eric after all the time he put into this deal and lost it due to his management team being willing to lose a sale over $1, 500! I am more than happy with Infiniti, they are nothing like the rest of the Baxter Auto Group family! They are amazing over there! I will definitely be going back to Infiniti next time I am in the market for a vehicle! Also to top it off I did end up buying an extended full wrap warrant on top of the CPO warranty I was already getting from them!

I highly suggest staying away from most of the Baxter auto group Lots! I would be more than happy to go see Eric for a vehicle purchase again in the future if he was at another Auto Group lot!
