Buying cars and trucks at dealerships can often be an exhausting process. It's kind of like making sausage and can be a messy and unsatisfying experience. Thankfully there are shining lights within the dealership that save the day with their genuine friendliness and caring concern for their customers. Jeff Novack at Baxter Ford West is one of those kind of bright lights. Jeff and I worked together for months and while something always seemed to get in the way of the sale closing, Jeff consistently took care of me and my wife like a true friend would. I cannot say enough about how Jeff treated us and worked to get us into the right vehicle at the right price. He was terrific and Michelle and I will certainly purchase another car with Jeff's assistance regardless of which car dealership we find him. Any dealership would be very lucky to have him. Michelle and I thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his patience, his understanding and most of all how he treated us while we worked out personal challenges we faced through the automobile buying process.
