My wife and I dealt with Ron Archer last week. We bought a 2018 Ford Escape SE. We have been very pleased with Baxter and with Ron, as well as the rest of the staff there. Ron was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicles and automobiles in general. I was particularly delighted with our discussions of the evolution of automobiles over our lifetime; this made buying a car through him very pleasant. That may not seem important to some, but to us it was. His patience and demeanor were excellent. We got a great vehicle at a very good price. We are happy.
