This was my first time going to a dealership for a car, and being a single lady who had never bought a car before I was feeling overwhelmed. It didn't help that I had already been to a few other dealerships that had left me feeling a little frustrated. But as soon as I walked in Roberto came over and just chatted with me and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process. He was very understanding, and didn't make me feel stupid about knowing next to nothing about cars. He was very patient with me on the test drive even though I am pretty sure I gave him a gray hair or two. I LOVE my new Ford Edge, and I think it is great that we found it in the exact color I wanted! I am pretty sure I never would have picked the Ford Edge if Roberto hadn't helped me figure out what I wanted.
