Employees and especially DRIVERS WHO DON'T WANT TO WORK!
They say they haven't found the delivery address, when it is on a wide and straight road with no obstacles that could obscure the address number!

I had the package in stock at the branch of rveri 2, with which I was unable to get in touch for two, say two, weeks. I warn you that they only respond when they understand that the email has been sent to the wrong branch, they respond in three seconds, promptly indicating the reference email of the branch where you have the package.
I showed up at the warehouse and I was also caught in the face by the warehouse workers because, unfortunately, not being their colleague and having had no answer, I dared to go to the warehouse without the certainty of being able to do it (covid period already in phase two in which you could take a takeaway pizza for example).
This happened, I called the following day (Friday) with an indication to call them Wednesday.
I recall them and the package has returned to the sender.
My question is :
"For what obscure reason every time I call you ask me for the shipping code, if then a precise answer cel I have only when you understand that the package has now returned to the sender?"

Management of indecent deliveries, pretend to be passed for a delivery and not having found anyone, when it was not so, zero notice of non-delivery. We rescheduled a delivery with great difficulty, they had guaranteed me a call before moving on, today I find that it is not in their policy. I find an unfriendly, arrogant employee on the phone who doesn't even let whoever is on the other side speak. But from what I read from the other reviews, it will be your company policy to be so worthy of what your service should be. First and last time that I rely on you, this negative experience of mine will have a sequel, I will not recommend it to anyone. In the last two years, BRT has had a precipitously unstoppable collapse.
Deliveries always late and often lost, but perhaps worse (to think badly it is a sin, but often we guess it).
As a business owner, I have already revoked the supply contracts, to eliminate the reputational risks connected with the inefficiencies created by this courier.
Unfortunately I did not eliminate the problems as an end customer: even Amazon packages are in some cases entrusted to BRT, and my last totally negative experience confirms this: ordered goods with Amazon Prime on August 7th with delivery in one day ... .... disappeared after custody at BRT.
Remember this review of mine: within a couple of months this courier will disappear from the market.

Exactly 9/05/2020 day I send a request for collection that will be made on 11/05/2020 from the sending office of Palermo with Destination Brescia, my package exactly after 10 days has not yet arrived at my destination. Repeatedly calling the operators for an explanation of why my package I still see registered with the departure of Palermo I am told exactly after 5 working days that it is in transit from Naples to Brescia, checking this morning I see the traceability of the package still blocked in Palermo so I decided to call the Naples office for further clarification, I am told that my package appears to be 14/05 day tracked in their headquarters and from that moment on we no longer know where it went. Now I ask myself: 1) how come I can't get in touch even with the Bologna office which I suppose the central should be, no one answers me? 2) how come the operators of the other locations called put my phone down?
I want to emphasize that my package is not the usual one that contains bullshit, my package contains important things worth 250. Should I start going long now maybe taking a lawyer?

I highly recommend choosing another courier for deliveries. Every time there was a problem:
- I'm home to the arrival of the package and I get the email saying that they passed but I was not at home, when I was there instead! And the same thing is repeated the next day.
-for two times in a row they did not find the address (when anyone else courier and person) never had a problem! I had to call to find out what their problem was.
- they were not able even to pick up the package, I had to call 3 times to insist and make them understand that a person can not stay at home 3 days in a row hoping for their arrival!
I'm sorry but I found myself really bad every time!
