I have been waiting for 5 days for a parcel to be collected. We agree on the withdrawal time, but instead they pass when they want to and so they do not find me. Today I made 5 phone calls to the warehouse of Aurisina (TS) because I'm waiting for the grip, they tell me that they are already gone and my grievances close the phone in my face or leave me hanging on the phone call. I tried to call the management of Bologna to report the disruption, but do not respond. Bad service and great rudeness.
