In the Oristano office there are the same problems most of you have complained about. I am waiting for an urgent package, which appears to have been delivered for three days, and is not delivered to me. I made about forty calls and talked to different operators: one more rude and liar than the other! I was hoping to be able to contact a manager in the Bologna headquarters ... vain hope! I am thinking of contacting the postal police.
