Today I contacted your office in Alessandria at 17.11 asking when it was scheduled to deliver the package! So how unpleasant I was told that it was expected by 5:30 pm so there was still time! At the request for contact for delivery, I was denied. At 5:35 pm for commitments I had to get away. The transition was made at 17.56. At this point, given the delay after the scheduled time, I think it is necessarily due to contact to warn! I do not find it correct to find the attempted delivery beyond the last scheduled time, forcing me to wait for a possible next delivery, or the withdrawal at the branch. Sad to tell you that the Alexandria branch would not recommend it for any reason. Thank you
